Peter, you're welcome. I am frustrated as you know. I have spoken with the powers to be but am reluctant to disclose any possible news due to the fact that certain people here want to suggest inside trading. I am not an insider, never have been.I am not a day trader. I am an investor, that was lied to early on. I was also an investor in another company these guys had, and lost on that as well. In my opinion, this company is real and Michaels and Chase are real. I had dinner with them sometime back. Chase is the new Ceo and Michaels is a strtegic advisor. In the short he will be on the Board of Directors. Michaels doesn't really need Zell for this deal. He has people in New York that would eat this stock up down here and wait for earnings to get strong before selling. This will happen. I am not suggesting anyone buy or sell stock on my advice, just take the information, digest it and make you mind up. In my opinion this is a steal down here, and that is for the short term.

Houge, please do me a personal favor and hold on for a couple of days. I just got an update, that everything I was told last week is still in effect. They are a couple of days behind but all is still a go. We have short support, as early as next week and Edwards did resign effective the 31st of December. Bean is stepping aside as Ceo and Chase is the new Ceo. This will be released this week or early next week. In all the years of posting on this board, all I ever posted was potential news, and every time I posted something, it came about. I never suggested to buy this stock because it was cheap, but I am telling you right now this stock is about to run with some leg, maybe, 0.25 over the next 15 days or so. I was told Edwards resigned already and Chase was the new Ceo. Bean did not resign, he is still on the BOD. Now if this isn't great news, then what is. Tracker here is what I am getting. I say this tounge and cheek. This is NOT from the fat bald one but from a pretty reputable source who anyone can check out. Just call our guy out west. Its called due dilligence by a share holder. Sony goes live today, and we will, my best guest, re-release the Sony release on Radioio public release. When Sony gets back after the 1st, they will bring in support to the stock. They are talking Sony COULD take a position in the company. They are in talks with Bean, Michaels and Chase. Even if they take a small position, the support they bring is huge. We could see a first of the year like last year and then a huge reverse, once the price is hiked so then a move to the big boards will be eminent.

gulf what i am hearing is all his assests are locked up and he can't sell any of them. As for radioio sony is going to be releasing huge news in the next 2 days regarding radio. the executive vice president of the company is doing so himself. in my humble opinion the stock will run and we should be buying small chunks to make up for what we lost on the down slide. this should be a mid teens to low 20's by xmas.

Tracker I am being told, they are working on locking up stooge number one from selling stock. Bean is afraid he will sell into any run we get from any release. He is holding 3-4 releases because of that. Its the same guy selling and using one of his stooged to do so. Michaels has always preferred to have them private and 0.45 was the number until the ass started selling into all runs and then he backed up

Don't think your buddy has anything he could do or say anymore, I think its just Beano running the show. You might be right about the side deal. i hears him and the other stooge can't even be in the same room without arguing, they are at each others throats. So he probably is the one dumping. Tracker i was told the pr was to be released yesterday. i have no flipping idea why it has not happened. i certainly have not heard about any ir firm, as you say he is an idiot. i am still waiting for a return call from 3 weeks ago. as for anyone else, i personally think they have the best interest of the company at heart, but i think our ceo gets in the way.i know there is tension brewing between two of them.

Thanks Tracker. Credibility or not with our CEO this is huge for IWDM. Now we need support in the stock with someone like Spartan Securities or some of Michaels big hitters. The stock two of the stooges have is not significant any longer when heavy hitters are in there buying. Its what we need short term. I am trying to convince them to bring someone in, but this announcement alone should have some legs and get us in the teens, and maybe Yugor and Pasta will shut up for a bit.

it makes all the sense in the world, and what they are doing is not buying out all his stock, they are collaterizing a loan against his stock and lock him up so he can't sell it. Then they can do what they have too with the releases and not get dumped on.

molly I am hearing some news behind the scene that a small group of Michaels eople are putting money together to buy one of the stooges stock so he does no more selling. Then they will support the stock on News Releases.

My ir deal is dead. Not the companies fault this time, it was the damn firm. I believe Mr Edwards is willing to resign. Michaels is not on the board of directors, but I believe Chase is gonna be announced. The frustration here is Bean dragging his feet with everything. One would think with all the stock he owns he should want better value, but who knows. I do know Michaels people can't do anything until this is off the pinks. Only will a private investor be able to help, Michaels is working on that. Don't forget I am limited to one post per day.

No tracker they have backed up big time. Don't know for the life of me why, because everything they asked for they got. Its a shame though because clearly there are good things happening. I truly believe the only reason Michaels people haven't started to buy is because of the Pink Status even though we are fully reporting. Tomorrow is suppose to be the conclusion of the signed share agreement, maybe then they will bring in some institution fund that are allowed to dabble in Pinks, I don't know.
