Who do you trade through? I use TDA and they give me Level II for free because I trade a fair amount with them. I don't use Zecco but I have a friend that does and she has always recommends them to me, so they should be decent. It's hard to justify paying a fee for a Lev II. There's Pinksheets.com's Lev II, no charge.
Kind of a boring day today.
Added a video to the iBox today.

Revised- Hey guys take a look at this:
So I think this answers the planned sales/ restricted stock questions (or it's at least more info then we had before).
Manshoon in regards to your post#20339, I think the 144 filings replace the Form 4 you were talking about, or is Form 4 abrev. for 144? Either way I think this sheds some light on the subject.
Source:http://www.dailyfinance.com/company/kraig-biocraft-laboratories/kblb/nao/sec-filings?srt=$srt&tf=1
(Iv'e been on this site before, but not till now have I noticed that it posts more info than a lot of other sites)
It shows (under SEC filings) a bunch of 144's.
This has to do with restricted or planned sales. (As far as I know) Any insight on this is appreciated. The 144 Forms begin being filed around the end of Oct 2010 and have been filed as recently as May 05 (last week).
Info about Sec Rule 144.
Source:http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Rule 144: Selling Restricted and Control Securities
When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC's registration requirements to sell them in the marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and control securities if a number of conditions are met. This overview tells you what you need to know about selling your restricted or control securities. It also describes how to have a restrictive legend removed.
Exactly right taco, the more verifiable info the better. That's what we're here for.
I'm out for the day. GLTA
Have a great weekend.
Happy Friday the 13th.

It's significant, but not... if that makes sense. It means were through another hurdle of the trademark process and gives us an update on the rough timeline of the mark being finally approved. After a mark is published for opposition (if unchallenged) the applicant gets an NOA, Notice Of Allowance. During the oppostion phase though, the biggest wrench in the works would be someone filing to oppose the mark which would hold up the process to an extent that would be very unsatisfactory (to put it kindly). So it's good news to know they're in the next phase. Now we wait for Kim to send his SOU (Statement Of Use) to continue the process. See details in Post #20033.
Go KBLB.
So we have a Boat guy(King) and an RV guy on the board.
So who flies a plane here? lol
These are some of Jimmys Q's. Post#20146.
It even said Eternal on it and I skipped over it each time.
Maybe I should'nt be an asst. mod. If anyone abrev. my name I would prefer Champion. jj.
And to begin today,
Taco is right.....here we are...
and as others have wrote, we've done a ton of DD, over and over and over. So we are left to pick apart eachothers posts instead of discuss any new topics (because there is nothing new really) in a healthy manner. Most recent info was the trademark news/info that came out 05/10 and before that the SIAL deal, which BioDoc and Zinc have been great contributors on. I think we are all just getting antsy/frustrated with waiting. JMO.
I answer in Blue. I honestly can't answer all your questions Jimmy and you have valid points. In no way are my answers here to be considered the "final" or "end all" or "only" way to view these topics. These are only my POV.
If anyone else has answers to any of these, or can expand the topic in an civil manner please do.
JB wrote:
Sure RT & Eternal, lets start here:
1) In prusing all the documentation available, I have come across what appears to be "Directors" to the company, all related to Mr. Thompson. Can you please confirm that there is or is not a BOD in operation, and if so, who the members are? In past filings, directors are listed and appear to be "family memebers" of the CEO, but then they "disappeared" in current filings. –News to me/I hadn't noticed-Please source, I'll start looking through all documentation available but it's quicker if you source please.
2) A minor tangent off the above, there have been PRs related to a "Business Advisory Board". In researching this a bit further, I have not been able to confirm/deny the individuals stated as joining this "Board". Is there a way for some outside collaboration on this? Additionally, what is the role of such a "Board", when are they meeting, what is their compensation arrangements and how is the "Board" structured and defined purpose? Why has the webpage not been updated with these individuals yet?
It was Confirmed (IMO) by reading a publicly released PR from a company that has a Large Cap global investor, a documented genius CEO and has been held in the respect and the home of NotreDame. And denied (IMO)by no one, at least not that I've found (and I look all day every day). Any one can issue an article of defamation if they weren't a part of this. It's an easy claim to dismiss and both an extremely costly mistake and an easily proven offense if it was untrue.
3) What's their role?
The key is,Board of ...Advisors not Directors or anything else...so far as we've been told. They give advice in the realm of their expertise wherever it may apply. The thing about being intelligent (or a genius as in Kim's case)is knowing your limitations and the ability to ask others (professionals in their field) for advice. To just assume or try to wing it would not be a genius maneuver. IMO. I feel the relation of the advisors is a bit more relaxed then we think. As to any structured pay or compensation, that is a valid question.
I am a bit confused as to the role, relationship and involvement with KBLB of the "IR consultant". Could you provide me with some background as to how he was enlisted, experience, compensation and any restrictions provided, length of contract, contract description as to roles, responsibility, time involvement, expenses paid or incurred by company or him, etc. etc. It appears that several million shares of stock have been provided this individual, are they available without restriction and if there are restrictions, when do they become available. Additionally, it appears this contact was up in Jan 2011, has it been renewed and if so, where is this mentioned in the current financials as to compensation? This IR consultant also appearently is tied into Wikiloans as is a number of current shareholders and "bridge loan" entities. These individuals/entities also appear to own some of the penny stock newsletters of which have recently (last couple weeks) begun a campaign again, possibly inflating the current pps. Some clarification as to these relationships is requested.
IR questions seem good to ask Kim. I don't know. Anyone else?
4) In respect to the patent(s) held, applied for or in the works, please clarify what the "Company" will or does hold exclusively and who (whom) the other patent holders are and the arrangement and duration of any agreements between these parties. Considering the current change in possible direction of the CEO to potentially move the lab away from the Universities, clarification as to how these operate in regards to future "revenue" or "payments" is appreciated.
We have gone over the patent info over and over again, you've been here you said. From Wyoming Orbs to Frasers Piggy Bac to Notre Dames patents over the most of the projects ingredients to Sigmas license to Sigmos license to Sigma. To even the trademarks posted, we really have covered it. The venue doesnt change the patents. Patents are specific to product not venue. And exact figures should be asked to be dislosed if they haven't.
5) Based on the funding sections of the financials, I see that warrants have/could be issued for drawing on line of credit. Are these warrants unrestricted and are they provided each time $$$ have been drawn from the LOC vehicle? It appears that several million shares have been "released" very recently (see #3)
2nd part of #5. I believe we’ve posted about “planned” sales from Kim through his contract agreement. We discussed it as most likely that. But again, valid question for Kim to know for sure. As Reagen said, “Trust but verify”.
6) Based on filings, there are 10bil AS, does the company offer any private share offerings, restricted stock, or preferred shares? If so, what are the program conditions for qualification? Additionally, if these shares are to be used for "deals", what are the details and restrictions of such? If the CEo believes thiat this company is not a "penny stock", are there plans to decrease the AS? There was no discussion or details in the current financials (again).
7) Additionally, although we have heard otherwise, the CEO has had several "planned sells" and we were told that they were not implemented, however there is now a discrepency of several million shares (decrease) in CEO's holdings on current financials. Clarification on this? Question 5 asks this in part two of question 5, doesn’t it?-Still on this one I can't and don't have an answer-that is a good question for Kim to answer.
I would add to the list:
8) Why didn’t you file for SPIDERSILK as a trademark? Recently I found a Canadian company filed for it and secondly AmSilk (a German research company) filed for it.
They are both in waiting. If we filed it with the other marks back in Oct. we would
be first in line for it. (whether it’s a valid mark that can be approved or not) I think we should have put it in. Although I prefer Silktanium and no ones taken it yet. Oh prob someone is now as I speak.
GO KBLB.
Kim you got some splainin' to do. lol
Isn't that great news. I stickied it yesterday.
Check out post #20033 for details of what's left in the process.
We are waiting only on Monster Silk's NOA. Monster Silk was filed 7 days later than the others. So I'm expecting (but not guaranteeing) the NOA will come out around 7 days later then the others. That would put it on the 17th, Tuesday.
GO KBLB.
Okay Jimmy, Found it. I swear I've stared at this computer all day (except when I went out for luch and some quick errands). Looked through all your last posts. So you referring and had questions in Post #20146. Got it. Yeah, read right over it. You really could have just posted the number so I didn't have to go through all the posts here for the 3rd time or so. Sorry, I did miss it. I read the bold type and it was RE someone else and I hit next. Didn't read the whole post. Checked through your posts (from today and yesterday to try to find your direct question before I posted to you last) and clicked through it each time. So you did specify questions. Got it. I am sorry. I did not read the whole post. You do have very specific questions on the post.
I have a dual monitor setup each with patent site, klabs site, google search, ihub menu, ameritrade trade screen and all the while changing stickies and updating the Ibox. Please just post the # next time.
Will take some time to read your q's to see what's up.
Again I am sorry.
Also going back on posts I saw someone posted about Shishkova writing about KBLB again. As I hate doing, I checked her article out. No one mentioned that she mentions our Ihub board on her article. Hilarious. We made her news article. She's prob reading this as I speak.

They trade for around $70 a share on NASDAQ in case you did'nt know. Global company and all. This isn't the sears toy catalogue.
All I can do is scratch my head at your posts sometimes mojo. Any more then that and I'll have another ban against me because of you. lol

I'm going to hang back after that one. lol
I really like RV's comment on leasing the property. RV's right about good deals on lease prop. Then with a great discount on lab setup they could really reduce the new burden. Maybe even rent equipment from the Univ of Notre Dame for cheap. Not sure if that last idea I put out is even a possibilty.
Oh here we go. This is what I read. They had it before as a graphic on the homepage as a promo offer before.

They even have something akin to a frequent shopper rewards program. I don't think we'll have a problem getting a good price.
But still, we need to know how they'll get whatever money they need to get this done.
Go KBLB and SIGMA.
As per TOU. I am not posting this for advertising purposes, it is directly related to KBLB topics and an answer to a direct question asked in relation to KBLB.
Totally a valid question, we've speculated on shares being given to Sigma perhaps or maybe they already negotiated in the shares already exchanged to Sigma about a lab. Definitely a specific question that should be asked at the CC.
I know I found on Sigmas site "Special offer Lab set up %70 off".
Not even joking. I should have posted it when I saw it 2 weeks ago. Can't find it now. They really update their site quickly.
All new graphics on their homepage. Wonder if KLABS would/ could take advantage of that deal. I know it sounds silly. Trying to find link as we speak. Property and lab techs would be the other cost incurred. Even if they negotiated a lab with Sigma they'll have to pay employees somehow. All good questions to add to a CC Q list.
GO KBLB.
This board has no problem with new posters. This board (group), just as any board does not like or encourage posters who post blatently innacurate information or information with no found source. Whether you're new or old don't pull facts out of your (where ever) and say they are facts. And yes. WE WILL CALL YOU ON YOUR POST. It's a good thing. Sorts the BS from the truth. We want to be challenged, we want to find holes in the company to either tell us to get the heck out or so that we can light up the CEO's email and phone. We have had our share of one time posters who have no idea what they're talking about or are just here for devious purposes and because everyone here is open and proactive they remain one time posters.
Jimmy please post your post # so we can see the question from today that we didn't answer. I looked back at your posts when you initially said that we didn't answer (with valid intent to answer you), but I didn't see any post where you asked a direct question. Then I found your offended because over months you've asked questions apparently that havent been answered. Jimmy if I (we) happened to miss your question simply because I or anyone else just happened to miss it. Just source your post and ask again. I don't understand the hostility. If it's what do we pay Ben for??? Yeah, no answer there. Thought that was rhetorical.
If it's what the plan is? Zinc laid out a whole page of what his spec for KBLB's plan is and I beleive manshoon1 laid out his thoughts also, me too (but we are all of course just speculating, we don't have a real answer. Only kim has the answer really. So that HAS been answered (as best as it can by the folks here).
The other thing here is that 95 if not 99.9% of the companies info is laid out right on this board and in the IBOX. We all know the worst thing going for this company is the financials and have discussed that for years. Literally years. And you've been here (so you said) for that long. So again, I don't get it. None of us like the fact that KBLB keeps racking up debt and brings no cash to the table. No one has ever argued that or tried to hide that. (At least not that I've seen) In case you didn't know KBLB is a research play, not a retail play (KNOW WHAT YOU OWN). It was when you got in and it still is, if your worried about that now then your way late on getting out. They don't make anything that they can sell yet. When the research is done, then maybe we see the payday (and hopefully a Big one)Anyone else feel free to help me out here.
New posters are always appreciated. The more points of view the better.
GO KBLB.
I agree, especially with the misleading part. It would be good to have Kim publicly state how we are better and different than AmSilk since they represent themselves as a competitor/front runner in the Spider Silk realm. On second thought, maybe not good to have AmSilk brought up at all. Any publicity is good publicity? I kinda still personally would like to hear his discussion on it though. Back and forth I go. He would probably dismiss them just the same. Different process, more expensive, not the same end product.
I still have no Level II on my Ameritrade for KBLB.
Arghh.
GO KBLB.
I was almost in that position. I had to get out of KBLB early 09 to move some money around, but luckily never took KBLB off my radar. Unfortunately I did'nt get back in soon enough to catch the split. I'd been telling my stock buddies about KBLB since 08 and they are kicking themselves for not getting in.
My penny shares are here and staying with a big BIG smile.
Go KBLB.
Totally understood. Thanks Zinc. You are a great contributor to the board.
To all, I'm moving the Ibox around a bit. Please feel free to comment or critique.

KBLB's Level II not working on Ameritrade today. My other L2's work, but not the KBLB ticker. Anyone else noticing this on ATrade, or any other Brokers..Scottrade having problems? I'm using OTC.coms L2 instead.

Thanks Rich. IhubDave already replied though Thanks again. Chill.
Yeah I thought that too, figured that's why KLABS did'nt put in for it. But now AmSilk has put in for it, Our German competition.
KBLB at least could have tried. Won't be happy if AmSilk gets it, I'll get over it but just not happy about it , you know. Here's to hoping they don't get it.
Go KBLB!
Monster Silk is better anyway.
How can any one be irritated after reading that. Lol
Way to go Spillmonkey in your attempt to lighten the mood.
With regards to questions for Kim. Please post any. If we can't nail them down here then they are surely worthy of the next round.
My questions relate to the missed oportunity on getting the SPIDERSILK trademark. I want that asked to Kim.
Also I want to ask him his thoughts on AmSilk, what he knows about them how he feels he compares and will compete against them.(they seem to be the leading competition)
I know AmSilk uses expensive techniques, but at some point they'll reduce those costs. Since it is our only real competition it should be brought to his attention, if only to see the confidence (or lack of) in his reaction.
Thoughts....
Please copy or add to questions for Kim.
Go KBLB.
I think that's a little harsh:
Inappropriate because the date was clearly very approximate. It was so because it is dependent on events that can't be predicted exactly. So if it's a little later than was expected, how is that supposed to be a "problem". This is a research company and research is inherently unpredictable. Delays happen more often than not and in the great majority of cases they are short and of little significance. Someone left the cap off the bottle of hydrogen peroxide and it went bad (oxidized) so that a reaction didn't work and it had to be repeated.
-We know the date is an approximate, and use speculation with regard as such.
No more inappropriate then you making ultra long posts (which I really don't mind) in the same reasoning of speculation. All that you say is your opinion and just your opinion on what's going on based on the general or "approximate" info you have. I don't consider your posts any more or less appropriate.
And you said:
Counterproductive because panic over such non events can lead you to buy when you should be holding and by the time you realized your error the share price has gaped up.
Counterproductive?
So if speculating on the date based on the general info we have lead us to buy and then the price gaps up, THAT sounds like a good trade. Confused about that argument there. But it is early.
I do not trade this stock. BTW. I've held the entire time (at some points to my dismay) but I hold none the less. Been here since 2008/9 and since .01
This board is largely speculative about what goes on and will continue to be. Inappropriate it is not. I may not be important in my mindset to guess day to day posts of what's the price going to be today or tommorow and find them trivial but still not innapropriate.
Name calling, and off topic posts or in all, TOU lists what is innapropriate and I and other mods here will delete those that qualify. I will say it's a bit wild to speculate on xxxx, or blank but I do say again Innapropriate is too harsh and unnecessary. We want to encourage conversation and critique and not necessarily chastise reasonable arguments.
Now....am I being too harsh? lol
Go KBLB.
I know you know what I mean. Some words are heavier than others and maybe thats why I locked in to this. Innapropriate is a heavy word in my book.
Always appreciate your posts Zinc.
Thinking about updating the Ibox a bit. I moved the KLabs videos side by side instead of in line. Just saves some scrolling time for noobs. Thoughts please....
There is a point where an Ibox gets too long. Too much info can detour people from reading or seeing the important stuff. I think what we have is pretty great though. Manshoon1 has done a great job with it. Was thinking of adding Sigma or, maybe a Zinc Finger graphic along with it. It's a Big deal to have them involved and I think it should go in the Ibox. That video (I think it was Zinc that posted it) about the Zinc Finger tech was very informative.
Maybe trademark info should go up there?
Thoughts please.....

Any way to request to have an additional "sticky" slot?
I know it says we get 4 and that Admin can add based on notices they need to make, but just was wondering if they'd grant another slot for general use to a Moderator or Assistant to have on a board.
-Thanks.
I have been tirelessly checking on the trademarks almost every day. Boring but definitely an important peice of the puzzle to keep track of. The great thing is this isn't info we have to wait for KBLB to release. When it goes through each phase of the process it is publicly announced from the Gov.
So at this junction we are about 2 months away from the trademarks being finalized. I have looked through a lot of other marks and it seems the quickest ones I've seen take a month each for the next/ final two phases left. Maybe we can get fast tracked? Either way July seems okay to me. The important part here is that there was no opposition so the rest of the process is just a formality. At least that's how I interpret it. I'm open to any insight on this.
I had emailed KLABS about another trademark I found that I think they should maybe file against, but I haven't recieved a response. Anyone know Ben's email?
Some apparel company in Canada filed for SPIDER SILK in April.
This is new: AmSilk shows they filed for SPIDER SILK in December, I found the Canada filing a week ago or so, but the AmSilk one didnt come up when I searched back then....
This is the first thing I've ever been upset about with KBLB, why didn't they file for SPIDERSILK? If they filed it with the others in Oct they would have beat this Canadian apparel company and AmSilk to it.
I'm not big on phone calls, next person to call Ben or KIM, BRING THIS UP!! PLEASE. Just a request, thx.

All this is JMHO.
So here are the details to the process.
Step 9b. Applicant timely files Statement of Use (SOU): If the applicant is using the mark in commerce on all of the goods/services listed in the NOA, the applicant must submit an SOU and the required fee(s) within 6 months from the date the NOA issued to avoid abandonment. Applicant cannot withdraw the SOU; however, the applicant may file one extension request with the SOU to provide more time to overcome deficiencies in the SOU. No further extension requests may be filed. Approximately 1 month go to step 11.
Step 11. USPTO reviews SOU: If the minimum filing requirements are met, the SOU is forwarded to the examining attorney. The examining attorney conducts a review of the SOU to determine whether federal law permits registration. The applicant cannot withdraw the SOU and the filing fee(s) will not be refunded, even if the application is later refused registration on legal grounds. Approximately 1 month go to step 12a or step 12b.
Step 12a. SOU is approved and mark registers: If no refusals or additional requirements are identified, the examining attorney approves the SOU. Within approximately 2 months after the SOU is approved, the USPTO issues a registration. To keep the registration "live," the registrant must file specific maintenance documents. Between 5 to 6 years go to step 13 and every 10 years go to step 14.
So still a bit to go, but we are clear of opposition phase , so we can't be challenged for theses marks.

Still reading what this means for sure, but I checked yesterday and didnt see this. As far as I've read so far. NOA means Notice of Allowance. Opposition phase finalized and no dispute recorded.
Here is SPILKS current status. Again, I looked yesterday and the NOA wasn't there. News News News. We have progress on Trademarks being Locked Down.

GO KBLB!
IMO If we don't hear something by tomorrow then I would venture to guess next Tuesday will be the announcement.
Out of 26 or so PR's in the last couple years about half of those came out on Tuesday. So Tuesday seems to be a day Kim chooses to put stuff out for whatever reason. No way to say for sure. If you could read a trend in this it would say Tuesday has the best chance, but I am a Big fan of spontaneity.
May has 31 days, half of that is 15 1/2. So Monday the 16th would be mid May, making Tuesday 17th the best candidate as per the trend. Friday the 20th would be the cap so I guess were nailing down next week as the deadline to a deadline. lol. But again this is all spec, fun though.
Details, details, details. The value of such is surely worth some points in the SP. Even though most of us have done a ton of DD we still have a lot of questions, those sitting on the fence have even more questions and might be waiting for these details to reinforce their strategy with KBLB.
What do they have at this point? How will they market it?
Where is Kim taking the company? Who will they work with, exclusivity or multilayered/tiered licensing? All we've ever done is speculate on these things (and I feel plans theorized by some here will turn out to be the path we take), as KBLB gets closer to a product (as we seem to be now) these issues must be addressed.
GO KBLB.
Great to hear from you manshoon1.
Hope all is well.
Go KBLB.
Just broke the 5 Million share mark.
Checked out your site a couple times. Great work.
Nice layout. Keep it up.

You truly are Adventurous, holding for .9's with no capital. jj
Hey I would'nt mind buyin some 9's too, we could be double that by next week. I thought .10 was a great accumulating sweet spot.
The good thing is your already in compared to some who were Really holding with capital waiting.
Just as this company is undervalued (IMO) it can also swing the other way. The problem is the value is in the potential phase, until money comes in or until a marketing strategy is revealed it's hard to put numbers on it. I am still amazed after Notre Dames Press Conference that this stock is below a Quarter.
I think that that even though we know a lot about KBLB, it is still relatively unknown and when we get new capital infused it's just traders trading on numbers not caring what the company is actually about.
C'mon CC info c'mon.
Go KBLB.
SO if you held out for .9's what are you saying to yourself now.
And if .11 seemed to pricey.....well now what.
The CC will have a date announced and it should move the SP up a bit with an actual time line squeeze running. I still feel that details = news. For those of you saying not really , I hear that, I do love a juicey PR!
I check the trademark data almost everyday. That will be you PR for those that want something sexy. There could be other PR's but the trademark being done for sure will be one. And for those that aren't in yet or are waiting... I would much rather get in before the company has the name locked down then after it's announced to the world. When the MonsterSilk trademark is finalized I'm guessing you will hear a "we are now open for business. KBLB now licensing Monster Silk!" Then let the bidding war begin.
You think .14 is expensive....wait till that bomb drops.
Then again how will they go about licensing it? Or will they?
Or is SPILK going to be Gen 1 & Monster silk gen2,3,4?
These are details I want in the CC or asked about in the CC. I think it's important info to know how they're doing and how they're going to run with this..
I have total confidence in Kim Thompson to get this done right.
All this is JMO. Do your DD and make your own decisions.
Go KBLB.
Two orders @ .1432 just went through.
Go KBLB.
Great informative post, bit of a game changer.
Go KBLB.
I only watch Cramer every now and then. He's disliked a lot of stocks I actually really like, so I take his show with a grain of salt (As anyones advice/commentary should be taken). The other thing is his show doesn't cover any pennies (not that that is a bad thing), but not fun for me. I can do my own DD for large and mid caps, so his show for the most part is a distraction. I think you didn't read my entire post though. My point was he brought up Info (not advice) about Dupont that made me take a second look at their involvement in textiles and brought to light for me that Dupont has sold their majority stake in the textile area. He did also give advice on Dupont but that's not what I found interesting or commented on.
Interesting you tube vid. The other side of Cramer.
Always appreciate your posts.
Go KBLB.
Jim Cramers show on Friday talked about Dupont. Seems as though Dupont's textiles portion was sold to Koch and that Dupont's more into chemicals and agriculture, they even sell gen modified seed to farms. Kind of a surprise to me because I pretty much had Dupont in my mind as the perfect textile partner. Still I consider Dupont though (they still market Kevlar, which is something KBLB will be giving a run for it's money at some point-fingers crossed-). I would also submit for thought BASF as a great candidate. They have a great textile product line. Solid company.
After doing some quick digging:
WICHITA, Kan., WILMINGTON, Del. – April 30, 2004 – DuPont and subsidiaries of Koch Industries, Inc. today finalized the sale of INVISTA, formerly DuPont Textiles & Interiors, for $4.2 billion, including the assumption of debt and certain joint venture and equity interests covered under a non-binding letter of intent. Ownership will transfer at 5 p.m. EDT
Going forward, the company will conduct business as INVISTA.
So we can add INVISTA to the list of suitors for KBLB.
...Never even heard of Invista till 5 minuts ago. lol
I checked out their website and I like what I see. For every reason I would have thought of Dupont, it's really Invista (now that I know what happened in 2004) that I'm wanting. I would put Invista over Dupont knowing what I know now. Definitely check it out.
Even better, we can just have Invista, BASF, Dupont, Honeywell and any other Big players fight it out over us.
On an unrelated note, I have an REI store close by that I drive by a lot, can you imagine that pretty much everything on the shelves at REI would be re-engineered with SPIDERSILK. $$$
GO KBLB!
