Was he arrested while out on bail?
not speaking for him...but yeah, I did....alllllll too well. *bows head in shame*....but then lifts it to fill mouth with alcohol :)
We might want to consider what these investors did.
Sanofi investors may sue as a class: Judge

maybe Paul doesn't exist. Maybe he's made up and they can't find any trace of him because he IS Steven/Michael/Chris... :)
Wow..here's an excerpt from the article naming Michael too. The whole damn family are criminals. Or at least that's how it's perceived. I do feel bad for those who will have to live with what they've done, wives, children, friends etc...
""The U.S. Attorney’s Office, which does prosecute alleged federal crimes, has not filed charges in the investigation, although Michael Sunyich was charged criminally in state court last month in a separate fraud case.
Steven said Michael’s criminal case is unrelated to the FTC’s filing, although a document filed by the FTC refers to the other case in a footnote.""
Wow...just wow.
I think Chicken's question regarding the hidden $40MM is interesting. They were a reporting company and were lying flat out on their quarterlies. I think there's a case here for Shareholders.
Sadly, Unfortunately, Embarassingly,...yes.
Don't be embarassed Chicken...you're in good company....Mine's over/around $50k. :/
Ya, I read all that. Pretty dramatic stuff, "the whole betrayal from one son of his father"....the lies, the deception and the obvious moral business malpractice.
Agreed.
I would love to know how the Investors could be part of the Plaintiff side of the suit as well. I mean, we are the customers on the other side of the aisle when it comes to the company's fraudulent activities.
More importantly, I hope we're not all being duped in the ultimate sense because I still can't understand WHO is buying up these shares?? I hope this is not all a "rope a dope" strategy being played out. After they (the associated scammers) get as many people as they can to sell, they announce a merger/buy-out and that the suit was thrown out or something.
Who would have ever thought that we'd be saying "Well!! Looks like Charlie and Isle were right!".
A case where there are no winners. :/
I like the sound of that.
Ya, definitely....a building would be a great place to start....sad, considering where we thought this company was a few months back.
Sounds good!...anyone going to Vegas anytime soon? Wonder if we could have someone meet Steve there?
I honestly don't know much about the process, but I would suggest making it more about the individuals if that's possible given the potential lies that were published in PR's, knowingly....it would be more criminal.
Okay, what about litigation....is this the time for the shareholders and investors to take the next step? I do agree with you (and I"m sure everyone reading your post) about Q4 numbers.
I do smell a rat as well....and I want to fish it out. My stock is worth next to nothing and very little is going to get it going again, short of a miracle. So we might as well set an investigation going into the reports and on-goings with IFSL management.
Thoughts?
I don't have level II but it when I saw it earlier, it appeared to be roughly 52k shares bought at ask and only a few thousand sold on bid.
haha.. :)
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is going to happen next? ;)
See, that's the whole thing. First we had a pink stock and we all new what the risk was. But then the financials starting bearing fruit and the company was making "what appeared to be" a real legit go of it. So much so, that it actually was no longer a pink sheet and became Over the counter reporting meanwhile touting how it has it's eye on the Nas or some nice exchange. All this time and effort surely couldn't have been for nothing right? THen there was all this "business is brisk" and so forth in the PR's. I mean, these guys are going somewhere. And that's where the real problem lies! Before, when they're a pink sheet we could acknowledge limiting our risk and knowing it's completely a gamble. Now, however, we've got to come to terms with them RETURNING to pink after pretending to be something else.
It's only because of all the effort and strain and maybe money that IFSL put forward in trying to obtain OTC:BB that makes me think any of this merger talk has a smidgen of legitimacy. It just doesn't make sense at all if they weren't legit. However, what makes me more doom and gloom is how they are enforcing radio silence, keeping their fins secret and turning a cold shoulder to Investors.
I'm eternally optimistic but for my own sanity I have given up here and relegated both my money and my regular trading account POOF!! I hope I am wrong.
Yeah, no merger and the news that it "fell through" will be another month out.
hah! HOLY MOLY!!!!
yeah, I really pooched the dog there. :) ha.
ha. Yeah, that's one way. :)
How the *(&^(* do you go from 220k shares traded on 1 day to 0 Volume the next.....trash.
Cool...back to what I understand and can properly process mentally...0 Volume. :/
someone just bought for nearly $11k what I spent probably over $40k to aquire....thx so much IFSL.....luv u!!
wow...this was a quiet load up.
I hear ya Bowieboy.....I feel that pain!
I can't imagine why else they'd be soooo tightlipped about the fins....so I totally agree.
Grab your totums people....it's Inception time....nightmare?/dream?/reality?.....who knows! Who cares!! Weeeeeeeeee :/
I guess we'll find out right...? I understand a few SEC complaints have been sent, no?
I'm not intending to hurt myself financially by saying these things, but I just want answers. We've all been waiting for so long and with the best of hopes and expectations (as set forth by IFSL) to hear some financial news. This "buyout/merger" PR is great when things are honky dorry...but not a great sell when it's in place of financials or an expected audit. I was hoping the worst we'd need to discuss is why they maybe didn't make as much money as we thought, not this stuff where we're wondering how long they'll be in business if they can't get through an audit.
I know Steve S. still have a good database that he can sell, but that's always been the case. I wish the company was in better standing from the public's perspective with this type of news came out....not an "instead of fins" perspective.
I keep seeing this point popping up about saving money to put towards improving the company's verticals and using it to add value. But if Q4 and Q1 2012 were going so hot, as we were lead to believe, then saving a little money on the audit (purportedly $350k) shouldn't really be something that IFSL is too concerned about. If they were making millions in revenue and several million in profit, I would have to disagree that $350k is an amount of money worth saving when you consider the time and effort to get IFSL uplisted and to provide other SEC financial reports up to this point. Not to mention, I think that it would have helped its loyal investors by way of confidence in their investment and possibly profit by having the good word/work of IFSL being spread with data/proof that backs it up.
If IFSL is doing its best for the long term picture of the company and its shareholders, then it would be real swell to have that information or plan brought to our attention. This latest move can be seen as nothing more than pulling the carpet out from beneath us. To think we should be understanding and patient is an outrage as of right now, given the expectations (that IFSL themselves tee'd up) set for us in PR's.
I believe that the rationale of saving $350k is better for the company in the long is a total load of "something". I think they need to be more honest and forthright about WHAT HAPPENED and where they are going.
imo.
I'm amazed that the bid/ask have risen....guess I'll never figure out this investment thing.
totally agreed....guess I wasn't too far off in a way from my joke to you yesterday? ;) sick....I know...sick...
I think it's more than hilarious that IFSL probably put this PR out thinking "oh they're going to soak this up and love it"...and it completely backfired and outraged the community. Anyone else singing Britney songs on their head?..."Oops! I did it again!" :)
ya u 2 Flo!
hahaha....perfect!
