I guess ETMM is already done for the day judging by L2?
Yes, yes you did! GLTY and welcome to the fun. Got a feeling we're just getting started. :)
I've got an auto page reload extension for Google Chrome with this page open:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001431837&owner=exclude&count=40
Hopefully we'll see "8-K" show up on there soon. :)
At the very least, chart appears to be in play and could/should draw some more attention-- volume up, parsar crossed, accumulation still through the roof, RSI turning up.
Whoa, getting some action here. Does somebody know something??
lolumad? calm down little fella; it didn't go up enough for you to have sold. :P
I actually did call both Ambit and Heskett's office and I stand by what I said until you can show us otherwise. For a "major announcement" like that, you'd think that they just *might* actually have a press release and possibly even put it on the media relations portion of their website, which hasn't been updated since August.

Not a big deal- if you can back up the claims you make, do it. If I'm wrong, cool- just show me I'm wrong. I don't believe anything I read on this board or otherwise until I see it for myself from an impartial source. You made some pretty bold claims and have yet to either be confirmed by an event taking place or substantiate them in any way.
Now obviously Heskett has a relationship with Ambit in some capacity--the VM fiasco doesn't make sense otherwise and there are other things that just don't add up. I'm one of the few who hasn't ruled them out as a possible suitor for the deal because if you look at the players involved in this situation and consider their past activity it seems pretty interesting to say the least.
Everybody's so tense around here- HAPPY HOLID8KS :D
Sorry - Duplicate submission by accident. Can you delete posts?
Would you please share the source of this information you're referring to? It sounds great, but I'd like to read it for myself and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Thanks!
Not that I want to discourage your enthusiasm, because I share it- But I'm a little surprised to see you posting here again since the last time you did was when you told the board several bold face lies about phone calls you supposedly made to Ambit and Heskett in which you were told by Ambit executives (lol) there was a "media blackout until the end of the week" in anticipation of a "major announcement" and that Heskett's firm told you they had no comment on the deal.
My point is we're all in this together, and you've already demonstrated that you can't be trusted. So if you'd kindly not attempt to pump blatant falsehoods here, it would be much appreciated.
That bit sounds boilerplate, and I think it's unlikely to change until some sort of formal announcement, probably an 8k, is made regardless of what's going on behind the scenes.
Just waiting for ETMM to drop somewhere... he always waits.
Great, keep us posted. I'm looking forward to hearing what you find out today. GLTA
That's right. Which is why IMO it's still interesting that Ambit's marketing/PR mailbox was duplicated there for a couple of days. Even the naysayers can't explain what it was doing there beyond simply calling it a scam or a hoax. Heskett has some relationship with Ambit, but nobody knows what for sure at this point.
Actually, you're the one stating that "OMG_IT'S_A_HOAX!" as fact, where others have speculated that it might not be. The difference is that even though nobody knows for sure either way, you're acting like you do.
Keep it up. It's obvious you want to buy more.
No need to call it that unless you were the one who put it there or personally watched someone who did. We really don't know at this point, but regardless it was an interesting occurrence.
I recall that post. Perhaps it was a lie, or maybe someone over there was misinformed, or who knows. It's a game of telephone, but we don't know for sure. :)
I think (and hope) you're right. Honestly, the VM thing is still interesting, because all of the companies in the shared directory for the number are shells that Heskett's firm is working with or has worked with in the past. It doesn't make any sense for a private company like Ambit to be there unless:
1. It was put there intentionally to cause rumor/speculation (unlikely, IMO)
2. Ring Central also hosts Ambit's voicemail services and somehow their VM greeting was copied to the wrong server. (even less likely, IMO)
3. They were testing a cutover of that number and somebody screwed up.
It's also possible that Heskett has some other relationship to Ambit, but even if that's the case, they've clearly got their own phone systems, so why would part of it suddenly appear at the attorney's office? Besides, the more I read about these guys, it seems like their gig really is R/M's so I guess time will tell.
We've seen how this thing can move (in both directions) and with the float what it is, it won't take much to push it to new highs.

I'm detecting a pattern here. But LOCN is definitely further along than Liverpool. Either way, no idea why Ambit would show up on the shared VM for the attorney's office unless something was up or at least someone wanted that to be the appearance. It's a private company with more than enough resources to manage their own voicemail system.
LOCN' load ;)
Any reasons yall read on why P19 didn't pass, Turn out? Vote No guys?
It only spiked because of the vote. You still have an opportunity to pull 50% profit and you're holding out for what, 2012? I'd love to be in your position right now--profit is profit and what's done is done. This is is of course my very modest and humble opinion and you should by no means take ANYONE's advice here, but if you're in the green on a day when so many are looking at a CBIS-shaped, gaping hole in their brokerage accounts why not put that one in the win column?
Greetings all,
So we've had a little shake this morning, and I think that was probably to be expected. In fact, I recall hearing predictions for that today as far as a couple weeks back. I'm still holding and I wish you all luck with your positions as well whatever you decide to do.
That said, I think it's important to remember that the focus of this company is the potential medical applications of marijuana. Prop 19 has brought a lot of focus to this sector and would surely do a lot for it short term if passed, but it isn't the only measure at play on this election day. I just wanted to encourage you to also keep an eye on these measures as well:
Proposition 203 in AZ:

Measure 74 in OR:

Measure 13 in SD:

And a handful of local initiatives summarized here:

I do think that prop 19 has a better shot at passing than the polls indicate and than the mainstream media is predicting for a number of reasons, but time will tell what really happens as Californians go to vote. Let's hope!
While California has the reigns in acting as a catalyst further legitimizing the subject in all of this today, don't forget that it's not the only force at work in what will ultimately allow CBIS to grow into a strong and successful company.
Wise words indeed. I hope I can speak for most everyone here when I say your candidness (and reality check we all need to take sometimes) is much appreciated. :)
Great, thank you for your insight. Forgive me, I'm still rather new -- Could you tell me exactly how you got .1830 and .1977 as target points?
I like you, sir. And your analysis seems to have been right on so far. Will you be my friend? :)
What does the CBIS chart tell you after today?
Haha, cool--I'll say this one time and one time only because it's only my second post and I'm voluntarily banning myself from this crappy site that's impossible to navigate and looks like it's stuck in the internet dark ages of 1994:
I wasn't citing any non-existent rules about the requirements of posting one's opinion on this board. I don't have any shares of this stock and I only decided to say anything when I got tired of reading your half-baked rebuttals to everything either directed at you or interjected as if someone cared. I was merely questioning your motive on what appears to be your favorite game of attempting to relate LFBG to everything negative you can muster up, which in my OPINION only stifles healthy discussion regarding the movement and direction of LFBG. I'll be watching your Twitter feed tomorrow for something to the effect of, "So my cat died today. I read that Troy Lyndon hates cats, so I'm pretty sure he had something to do with it."
I followed the Walmart debate earlier and actually saw that as a fine example of how two people can have a constructive disagreement. Perhaps you should take some pointers yourself instead of acting like a self-righteous know-it-all. It's quite obvious why this place breeds people like you though and why you're so happy to be here--it's a platform where you can openly spew whatever kind of nonsense you'd like (OK -- it's your opinion and should be implied) and cry to moderators for censorship as soon as someone questions you on it (not OK -- questioning motive is part of healthy discussion).
You've made some quite valid points, and that's unfortunate because it would appear in so many other instances that you're reaching so far you're practically picking the garbage you post out of the stratosphere.
Somebody had to say it. Might as well be me, since I could care less and it would only confirm what I said earlier if I'm banned for such a petty offense.
Have fun, and keep on being that guy! :)
