I think it would be better if the financials were filed, it would increase investor confidence and get SPOM back to Current status. Boggles my mind they are waiting for escrow to close before filing.

That is the report I am waiting for ..annual has 120 days after year end since SPOM has yield status which would be May 1st . First quarter ends March 31st and has 45 days to report first quarter which is May 15th.
