If you look at footnote 2 on the cover page,it says the "price" is "calculated on the basis of the last sale reported of the Registrant's common stock as reported by the OTCQB on July 9, 2020." This is for filing fee purposes, has nothing to do with the price the purchaser will pay.
Of course, the reverse split has no effect on the enterprise value of the company, positive or negative. However, the increased share price can have a lot of positive effects on the trading markets, because many brokers won't handle "penny" stocks, most IRAs can't invest in them, and the brokers who handle them tend to have high commission rates. The increase in the share price should make the stock more liquid, which should have a beneficial effect long term.
According to their press release of August 13, the RS is to take place on August 31.
From the press release: The OTCQB is a venture market designed for early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission and undergo an annual verification and management certification process
It's not a "promotion", the company owns a movie theater (and a bunch of excess land) in Indianapolis. My guess is they will sell the theater, since it doesn't really fit into the Galaxy Next Generation business model, and use the proceeds to fund expansion of the core business.
Picked up a bunch under a penny today, looking strong! FLCR made an SEC filing today giving the effective date of the merger as August 31, so we won't see these low prices for ling.
Last two sales (over 200,000 shares) were at $.011, highest price in over a year. The guys who sold at that level didn't consider themselves "hostages".
The movie you're referring to (Black Panther) came out in first quarter, results won't be reflected until first quarter 10-Q
Strong volume, all transactions today at .008 or above, looking good.
Where is all this promotion you keep talking about? I have seen none.
Lots of volume, small purchases, tells me someone is accumulating without driving the price up.
Moved up nicely every day for the past few days, totally under the radar company with revenues, owns its real estate, fully reporting, no history of reverse splits or similar shenanigans.
I don't know, high volume on no news often means dumping by bored shareholders, accumulation by those with some knowledge of what's going on.
In addition, the movie theater business seems to be on the upswing, with lots of high-grossing movies coming. The purchase of AMC theatres by a Chinese company is a very bullish signal for this business.
He runs a tight ship, nothing wrong with that.
10-K Analysis. I was rather favorably impressed by the 10-K. It shows $100,000 in revenue; although this isn't a large figure, it was all in the fourth quarter (there was no revenue in the first three quarters.) Gross profit at 23% of revenues is quite good.
More importantly, there appears to be very little dilution. Shares outstanding at March 30, 2012 were 11,543,235, which is only a slight increase over shares outstanding as of the last 10-Q, and it appears there are no outstanding options, warrants, or other dilutive securities (there are a few small convertible notes). I was concerned we might see quite a bit of dilution, but it appears they have generated the revenues with existing facilities and capacities.
All in all, a very positive report, and I'm looking forward to the first quarter 10-Q for more progress.
I'm surprised the stock price hasn't changed much. It was trading at $ .35 to .50 when this company was a shell with no operations, and it's still trading in that range. I think it's mainly because the stock is "under the radar."
Price holding up well, seem to be a few more buyers than sellers
I have been a shareholder for some time, and one of the most impressive things about this company has been the lack of dilution. It has (as of its last 10-Q) about 11 million shares outstanding, and I believe this number has been static for a few years. I don't believe there are any warrants, convertible loans or convertible preferred stock, which most microcap companies have in spades. Convertibles, of course, act as a cap on the stock price, because as the price rises, more convertibles are "in the money," which can cause massive dilution of the common stock.
Although AFBG hasn't done much over the years, management has avoided the temptation of doing any of these types of financings to keep the company afloat, and I think that is paying off now, with a low float and no dilutive securities out there.
Actually, large-scale wind farms have been in operation in the US in excess of 20 years. The Roscoe, Texas farm is the largest onshore wind farm in the world. This is a big business.

Good to see some trading in this stock, even at lower prices. 10-K is due at the end of March (although last year they got an extension and filed it on April 15. I doubt there'll be anything new in the 10-K, but it's encouraging that they are keeping current with filings (and staying on the Bulletin Board, while most companies like this are in the pinks). Also, these seems to be no dilution, as the number of shares outstanding (around 11,300,000) has remained quite constant, which tells me the float is very low. Thus, any decent news could really cause a price spike.
Why do you suppose he does this if it has no effect on the stock price or volume?
Hey, Investman, if BGMO disappears what will you do with all your free time?
I'll grant you that Bergamo is an easy target, but why does it have such a dedicated, hard-working band of bashers, and only one somewhat inept pumper?
Nothing at all. I'm just pointing out that several posters have pronounced Bergamo dead on numerous occasions over the years, why should I believe them now?
I wish I had the time to go back and see how many times over the years you guys have pronounced this dead.
Well said, Bullstocks
Some local press coverage--

i don't know about you guys, but I'm taking this opportunity to accumulate a few shares at a nickel or below. Whatever you think of the management, press releases, etc., the charts show that the stock will bounce back, even if only for a short time, once rumors or a new press release surface.
"it was your buddy HH dumping more shares." And how exactly do you know this, O great seer? (By the way, volume was a massive 33,000 shares.)
Well, that's one interpretation.
Right, and what chance does a little startup like Google have against such titans as AOL and Yahoo?
Yawn. I've heard everything you have to say about 1,000 times.
Thanks for the clarification. This stock has the most ardent bunch of bashers I have ever seen. Think they might have an ulterior motive?
Honrestly, that link was so full of crap I couldn't get past the first few paragraphs, in which he first states that he requires a "minimum" retainer of $2,000 and in the same paragraph says he charges a "minimum" retainer of $25,000.
I think our bashers have lost their grip on reality.
Congrats to those of us who bought in this a.m. at $.062. And thanks to Investman and other bashers who created the opportunity.
Who are these mysterious "Northern groups" you always refer to?
That's my take on it, too. It's hard to tell what's going on here, but it seems that "Camofi" (which appears to be a vehicle for the plaintiff's lawyer) tried to ensnare Bergamo in some sort of financing scam but was unsuccessful.
Both websites are working fine, don't know what you're talking about.
Whatever the reason for the shares, the recipient or recipients apparently have a fair amount of confidence in Bergamo's future if they're willing to take stock with a one-year restriction. My guess is that some went to the PR firm, some went to partners/creditors in India.
