How is everyone doing today?
This is my first post and I just want to say thank you to all who have made this board. I have been in the stock about 2 months now and have been reading the board for basically the same amount of time. Things are shaping up very nicely.

Have to agree with you on that.

I have been in this for just about 2 months at .0002 and i also hold at .0008 and have family holding at .0009 and to be honest i am not concerned as i believe this will go up. GLTA and Go ICOA!!!

P.S. Jason or Mahp...can you give this board some figures and a link to the resource from which you procured them, as far as dilution and other negative things you seem to know about this stock? Or is it all speculation?

I am curious as to how it was driven into the ground, only because by doing the stock split 5000 for 1 it made that one .50 share into 5000 .0001 shares worth the same and now current pps compacted back down from 5000 shares to 1 makes it at todays close 4.00 for the pre s/s 1 share or 5000 for .0008 each . Call me blind but it looks to me like it's on its way back to business. All In My Opinion...GLTA and GO ICOA!!! Have a great weekend everyone!

I would if I had the extra coin. To me that news was a sign that not only is the company building a foundation for marketing, etc. but that they also dont want to use the liquid that they have so as not to have to borrow for upcoming installations/aquisitions or whatever they have planned. This is all of course in my opinion. I wish you all good luck. I still think this is a great opportunity to get in while the price is low. I got some people in @ .0008 and .0009 and though i'm not happy to see the pps this low, there is not much concern. I believe this is a more long term hold and should pay off well for those willing to do so.

People, IMO i would say to please think freely and not be swayed by "bashers" and "pumpers" alike. Do your own research. As far as i'm concerned, there are no worries here...yesterday I got 2 people in @ .0009 and really am not worried...Real business, and setting a strong foundation. Yesterdays news to me, comfirms the foundation being set for expansion. Again this is my opinion and I believe that with patience this will grow. How high i will not speculate, but will say that I believe it to be worth the wait. I wish you all well and GO ICOA!!!

Personally, i'm pretty happy about the news. I dont think a company with any intelligence would offer up 10 mil in services for a "POS" as this has been labeled by some. It makes me pretty confident that the CEO is setting the part of the future foundation by getting the marketing and other sales based costs covered and is one savvy salesman to trade "preferred shares" at .50 for services. It makes me quite confident that this is going to go somewhere on the short and far on the long term...and i do believe its all going to be an upward trend. Of course this is all speculation, but i definitely like my chances here and plan to hold tight...GLTA and GO ICOA!!!

Where do you get the 2 billion count on the debt/financing?...it did say 2 million dollars in the form of preferred stock...is the 2 billion share count on that 2 million dollar figure an assumption, or do you have a valid resource detailing the breakdown of the 2 million dollars or any other resource that the rest of us dont have access to or will not post about? If so can you post some information with a valid resource? Thank you...oh Good Morning Everyone!

Gonz...where do you get the 6.5 billion share figure? all the resources i have found say 5.3 billion with 4.5 billion of that restricted for 3 years leaving 800 million roughly for trading...please provide a resource for that number as i am interested to see it...thank you and GLTA...GO ICOA!!!

It has been such a nice day here...ICOA is the first stock i have ever bought so i'm completely new to this, but i'm a quick study=)I got in a tad over a month ago.

With a lot of pinks I have watched the "pump and dump" and it just doesn't seem that this is one of those. Real Company...Real revenue, going by past financials, and they are on their way to a reporting status again?! Seems to me that they are primed and ready to get back to business. With no news this is .002-.003 easy IMO, even .005...with a nice PR, i would say much more than that. I wish you all good fortune and GLTA...GO ICOA!!!! God Bless

I have been reading these boards now for nearly a month and thought to myself that it was time to start posting and at the very least giving thanks to those who have posted some valid information as well as their views on how things work through experience. I signed up today, so i will be very limited as to how often i am able to post.

I'm new to the stock world, and i just want to thank all the people that have posted with information...which of course i did what research i could on just to confirm. I happened to come across ICOA through reading various boards and then finding what info was available. It seems like it has a really solid chance to do well.
