That is fantasy, as it cannot be shown as I have asked. And since we seem to be guessing, let me put in my guess.....no salary will be accrued, and it will be shown that none of the restricted get converted.
Again, show me where he get actual cash money and I will stop.
I see no money going into his pockets.....do you? If so, show me. I had no issue with the term consulting fees, as it would be paid on a W2 as wages.
Not to belabor this too much.....but it would be in the same field of endeavor.....therefore not as a 1099 vendor. If they were 'consulting' in a field outside of the oil and gas business, I would agree.
Lots of unsubstantiated assumptions being made here. An employee, according to IRS regulations, cannot be considered a contractor. One is either one or the other.
I no longer have an NDA in place....and it appears that neither of us knows who is being paid as a consultant. Therefore, let us not assume that it is other than an attorney or CPA.
Is that a fact???? Please post the link to who the consultants are that got fees paid.
Mr Stay focused.....please stay focused this week for happenings with National Energy Services. I do not believe you will be disappointed....unless you are on the short side.
I am still awaiting details on how this 'scam' works. The FACT that no money is actually coming out of the company and going to the management....is is accrued wages.....speaks volumes.
I have not talked directly to Mr Chance, but the vibes I get tell me to buy sooner than later.
If one waits until the end of this week it may be too late. They will be chasing after the price rise.
Like the way you think. Although I think you are pulling my leg with this Putin thing, if it really is true....go for it.
I was responding to the camel thing in New Mexico?????? So silly.
Why would that be said, when we are focusing on the middle east trip?
The better news is that we are going to be in for an upward price movement when the curtain opens shortly.
I believe it was suggested that the Q still had not been filed. I talked to the company and was informed as to what had occurred. If others have specific questions, they should call the company for the answers, as they were very forthcoming.
I meant as a consultant....sorry. He has had no input into the operation of the company in many years.
'Traders/flippers' are gone....and what we have left are investors waiting for the curtain to open.
He may have been listed as associated with Bayport, but to the best of my knowledge....and that knowledge is extensive here....had no input into the operation of Bayport. Also, as a knowledgeable investor in Bayport, I know this is a legitimate company that is trying to find its way. This trip that Clay has gone on shows that they are looking to capitalize on their O&G expertise.
That makes sense.....Thanks
Still unsure how it was determined it was Saudi Arabia.
I was not aware that they could even sell or lease the wells there. I am guessing they are going to use him as a consultant. Great income for Bayport...if he gets the gig.
Where did you hear that the destination was Saudi Arabia?
This quiet time might be a great time to accumulate some shares.
Doubt that, but there are other countries that have oil.
Many will be left in the dust here on this new and exciting venture. I had wondered why they put International in the title.
Talked to Clay Franks yesterday, and he told me he was leaving on a trip. I understood it was overseas, and got the impression it was the Middle East. He told me that since my NDA had expired, he could not be more specific than that. I can only speculate what is going on. Hmmmmm.
Look harder.....I think you missed the point.
That is interesting, but unnecessary, as the note holders are part of the comp-any, and have no intention (as I understand it) in cashing them in. So, it seems that this is much ado about nothing.
Very funny, but off target and probably.....
I believe they have all under control, and we will see what they have up their sleeves next week. In any case, I believe stirring the pot as they are rolling out this upcoming acquisition is counter productive, and will only benefit those that want the company to fail. But, who am I to say?
Why would anyone say anything else? I assume that there is no first hand insider information being talked about....even if they had a NDA with NESV. I for one have not had any discussion with the management team. I read well though, and am not scared off by half truths.
I wholeheartedly agree with your timing.
I do not see them as having any issues. The shares that you are trying to refer to are held by executives of the company. I do not believe they have any intention of putting those shares out there.
I think those that have positions are staying locked into them. My group is holding the maximum amount they want to in one security (as nothing is a sure thing) of about 150K shares. These will not be traded until after the upcoming announcements that have been talked about.
Curious as to why something of that nature, that supposedly happened to a relative of the CEO 40 years ago would be interesting. Please explain.
Great, so we can expect a jump in share price in a few months? Super.
Still awaiting that predicted triple zeros. Hmmmm...don't think so with the incoming announcements.
It did get my heart pumping, before I noticed where it came from. Posting almost half of the posts today on this board......hmmmmmmm.....am I missing something? If I am, please fill me in.
Wholeheartedly agree.
