NITE, AUTO etc.
.19 will come. till then the MM's will be playing a tight hand of poker. GLTA
I know. you can cut the tension with a knife in here sometimes. a lot of frustration is what i'm seeing. if you want to be a contrarian like i am, you might see that some of the negative sentiment going to an extreme in here as a good sign that the consolidation is closer to being done. i actually don't like those that constantly whine about their losses in here at all (again, not saying you). i say do something about it or shut up. i threw the whiners a SLV bone. nothing i say should be construed as investment advice. everyone do as you wish, please, don't let me stop you from doing things YOUR way.
i still have time to get back in, for cheaper than before. what is idiotic about that, i'll never know! i want 300,000 at 2 or 3 cents or less if the opp presents itself. you must think i have no chance of getting in at these prices, when in fact, i could easily.
things i would never say in posts:
-"Briscoe is a bad CEO/worthless etc"
-"we're going to subpenny!!! aaaahhhhhhh noooooooo!!!"
-"This stock is a POS"
-"i flip this like a cheeseburger. UH HUH HUH!"
keepin the pot full of beans ain't worshipping Mammon. this is investor's hub.....where we talk about.........Investments? my original stake has now been recouped. now my goal is to get 300,000 shares and pay 2.5 or 3 cents or maybe less. do i have any chance at all to get in at these prices??? more than likely, yes, and that would beat the pants off my average in from before.
-65 "Devil"
out
easy dude. i was continuing a thread i had with, of all people LBSR To Da Moon. with a moniker like that, you gotta be bullish. i have never made a post here with out holding this stock, until 2 posts ago. i already just stated that i will be back in, soon. whaddaya want from me? no need for profanity laced private messages. i'm not saying it's you, but some come on here and whine and moan about how much money they lost. what good does it do to complain? it won't make your riches come back. i didn't like my portfolio, manned up and made my moves. i might post on here now and again but even though my losses were heavy, i never got nasty like some here do. also, i don't see anything wrong with posting either buys or sells whether all at a time or in tranches. what does that hurt? i am no basher, for the record i seriously doubt anything i say would affect pps anyhow. rather i am excited about the chance to get options on NAK and LBSR shares at a good value right now or shortly hereafter. i won't post here again until i own this stock again. see you soon.
thanks....these were $40 calls bought and sold in a hurry at the bottom bounce of the brutal silver takedown. i don't short silver. ugh... now i feel like a buzzkill in here. sorry for the OT spiel. my next post will be my "first" LBSR buy. call me a noob, or low man on totem pole, if you will. i'll understand. :)
i have a confession to make.....i traded out my LBSR for options on SLV. made all the money back that i was down in only a few days. now i'm tied down to nothing in my portfolio. it's all cash at this moment. looking to feather in with small buys, all over again.......which i had been doing since last September. stink bids are ready just in case. could i be wrong? sure. i just wanted a cheaper avg in. still following every post, and still very interested in LBSR. the long Longs on here have a lot of heart and will triumph in the end, no doubt. just looking for a way to game this stock. every kind of investment has it's own risks, and the main reason i quit trading options on paper metal even though i am very good at it, is because i know all too well that some day it will go belly up. the value's there in the ground for anyone that is daring and wants a piece of the action. GLTA!
"we need cash? well let me call my broker, E.F. Nuttin!" - Al Bundy
i was just thinking exactly that. some SLV options if you're brave and/or smart enough at the right moment could make sweet cash fast. total raid going on with silver now.
doji days are still here. let's rock liberty star
also, anybody, please, correct me if i'm wrong, if there is to be drilling in AK, it may take until early summer to start due to the spring thaw being still underway. i would take some bullish news on Bonanza Hills be it drilling or even more info on the ZTEM
our enviro detractors have already (wrongly) counted Mitsubishi's pullout from nak as a score one for the team. mitsu didn't want in any longer without an ore off take agreement. so now we have a pall cast over pebble until the judge speaks. with protesters bombarding the Anglo shareholders meeting, i smell desperation on their part. Could a decision be at hand shortly? i am hopeful that some of the secrecy and lack of news with LBSR will come to an end once we get a ruling on permits. the state set this land aside 20 years ago for mineral exploration. they knew what an acid lake was then. actions show intentions, and after reading the letters from Parnell and Murkowski begging the EPA not to dis-consider pebble as a project, as well as other evidence show me the govt should support the project ultimately. still waiting..
the anti-pebbles would have you think Mitsubishi pulled out due to environmental concerns, and not the lack of an off-take agreement for copper ore. Sometimes for a boost of confidence i like to re read the letters Sean Parnell and Lisa Murkowski wrote to the EPA, literally begging them not to scrap Pebble. i think the state has always wanted pebble, and in order to appease those who don't, would have to implicate themselves for violating their own Constitution. doesn't sound too likely to me. A good call by the judge would pull NAK out of it's stagger, and give a much needed shot of confidence for us, nak, fmm, etc. IMO
i for one am still waiting on the judge. a positive decision for Pebble might help clear up some of the mystery and doubt and help our pps. if we can get drilling at BH too, then bam, we might be finally able to reverse this slow grind lower and reverse the sentiment to a positive one. we've had lots of good news recently but it hasn't helped our share price one bit. waiting on the piece of news that makes the difference, pps wise.
shakin the tree, run it down, see if any retail gets scared off and run it back up rebuying position right at close. i've noticed this before on other trading days recently
the last 2 weekly candlesticks were nearly doji's... rite now it's lunch time buying to push us up to 0.0 gain for today whats with the doji's lately? ha
with the drilling season approaching and all of Pebble's claims proven out and for sale, what else is there to do up there on the caldera? no matter how great our claims are up there, there's only light and thawed ground 6 months out of the year. oh well, guess if there's no drill program up there for this year then we have to count on Walnut creek to keep us outta subpenny. c'mon judge, spill the beans, already. here's to hoping a perfectly good drill season up there doesn't go to waste...
NITE and AUTO at it today
love the news today. the DOW is taking another azz shining right now but at least we're not. good call by Briscoe to do the news release we need all the help we can get for our pps with the bad press uranium has gotten lately
"briscoe recently let go of the bulk of our claims."
i heard about this recently. is there any more info out there about what transpired?
i'm sure we all have those kind of fears. when i hear "no news" and "lack of transparency" i'm really hearing "gimme a timeframe!". we already know the DD. well, i'm long now, haven't sold any shares. at this point, might as well wait for the judge. we are volatile with low volume here, NAK is even staggering a bit, could be just profit taking or stock market tanking, but i smell uncertainty here about this case. not that i agree with the fear factor surrounding judge's decision, logic tells me the trial is frivolous, a Paper Tiger. we need to get past this trial and get those drill bits spinning in the ground THIS YEAR. if NAK really is for sale then the next natural step would be to prove out our claims. HDI has nothing left to do except to move on to the project next door.
the risk here is time. given enough time, everything we need to happen WILL HAPPEN! problem is, we're on the verge of friggin' WW3 here. how much time do we have left to get things done and deals signed before things on the geopolitical scene get crazy? posters complain about no news and this and that, but if i had to bet, these minor worries are really just manifestations of the one big worry people have - TIME.
Friday should be interesting. Saudi Arabia having it's "DAY of RAGE"
tired of waiting too. it's seemed like FOREVER. with our own and NAK's price staggering a bit, it seems investors are a wee bit concerned right now because of the trial. in less than a month we could have a whole new picture of things if this trial works out for PEBBLE. some dark days lie directly ahead, and yes, i believe we could hit 2's again.
I look forward to the judges decision in about 2 weeks. right now Theissen wouldn't say LBSR if you tickled him with a feather. here's to hoping we get plenty of exposure at the convention! i meant that now maybe they don't need to play such a close hand of poker. even NAK's PEA coming out before the trial results was saucy, right? gotta keep the natives calm so it's an easy one for the judge.
Time is the only factor holding us down. if you have time to wait for all the things we KNOW are coming, you're good to go. that being said the more time money sits idle, the more you'll wish it was put to better work. people will sell out of impatience and price will drift lower. Hoping for a favorable decision by the judge here, seems like that's one big reason for the hush hush and our protracted stay out of the limelight. HDI knows it's better not to mention us at all for now, why would they if the trial's not about the rest of the caldera? LBSR is hiding under a rock for now, probably with good reason - so for me there's no point in complaining about no news right now. soon things will be different, IMO. The judge could have been a turd and held off the decision till September. i find it quite handy that our judge who has a degree in Geological Engineering will have a decision just in time for drilling season-handy for us since NAK's done enough drilling their own land anyway.
this could go lower, but the last 2 mini dips to the 2's were short lived. A&P might not be as dumb as many think. they probably have better inside knowledge of when the important events will take place, and since that will be a while, well they can have fun batting around our pps like a cat bapping a ball of string hung in the air, all for a quick buck.. the day is gonna come when the games end a lot of the warrants are gone now at least. right now it seems like the President could go on live tv and say LBSR is his favorite stock and we'd be down 7% that day. as for me, i'm waiting for the news that COUNTS, whatever that is!
with NITE at the helm helping their dump buddies how're we gonna get pps going? sheesh... it's frustrating for sure. at one point i tried to calculate using moondoggy's figures they've been going thru 10% of their warrant holdings per month on average with 30 to 40% of what they started with? seems so based on moondoggy's figures he posted a while back. if anyone thinks i'm wrong please correct me, i would just like to know the dilutive effect left at this point.
NITE at it again?
emphatic yes... the topping out action we've seen just recently seems to be pretty mild. i have some funds coming and i want to diversify. i remember you offered your "gift" of Nak options mentioned on this board a while back. you da man.
do you think NAK is at a good buy point now? thanks
yang, VP, thanks, there is a lot going on right now and i want to make sure my facts are straight and that i'm seeing all the angles here. with NAK drilling very close to some of our property with promising results, the cat will get out of the bag that we have mineralization in the entire ring soon enough.
the drilling has moved closer and closer to the border near our property. only a matter of time before we get ours done. the market has spoken and only trial results, drilling or jv will move us pps wise from here on out. the caldera theory will have to be proved with drilling
i meant to reply to yang, and not myself, whoops. what i meant to say earlier is, Anglo may not like the mention of any other targets whether on their land or not right now due to the dispute with enviros and the trial. mentioning LBSR would have been way over the top, i'm sure they've been "warned" already to keep quiet!
it still seems like some of the other possible targets mentioned are close to our border. One of Liberty Star's biggest copper moly deposits is right on the northern boundary of NAK's property. the mention of more than one deposit adds credibility to the theory that the caldera is a ring of porphyrys. It is a shame ZTEM doesn't have more credibility yet, this will change with time remember without ZTEM we had nothing really but the Pebble property is obviously much better staked out than we are that will change too.
ok. Why is anglo upset with Nak over the prelim? i'm just trying to make sense of all this.
it really does seem that if Anglo has it's panties in a bunch over the NAK prelim it would be because it mentions other targets besides pebble itself, likely on LBSR turf-sounds like NAK slyly hinting that we're their ace in the hole.. Anglo has dumped a lot of money into this project already and it would be devastating to them if the trial verdict went against them and they lost the project, whereas NAK would try to find other funding and develop the land nearby that's not affected by the lawsuit. If the verdict goes against permitting, it would be bad for NAK and LBSR shareholders at least in the short term even considering our "ace in the hole" status. I agree with aksel. It is better to get the legal precedent set before you tell the enviros that 6 more mines just like the one they oppose are in the works so they can bomb us with more silly lawsuits. The best case scenario for us is that this is why everyone involved with the project from Tracy on up has been so tight lipped. As the prelim mentioned, each porphyry will be unique and some could be specialized to extract higher concentrations of whatever mineral or metal substance is most abundant within it, so i doubt LBSR lands will "lay dormant for 50 years while only pebble is developed" as some have speculated, so long as the judge decides in favor of permitting we should be able to get the ball rolling here...... all IMO here, just the gears turning in my head late at night...
"two seasons of exploration drilling" ok couldn't be bonanza hills, but where then?
the last paragraph refers to bonanza hills? good point to add that last paragraph as well, i just didn't want my paste and copy to go on forever when you could just read the report.... this is all very interesting, indeed..
Goldenn and gold56 you guys are amazing. love your dd. the part of the prelim that caught my eye the most was
"Wardrop has identified a number of opportunities that could add substantial additional value to the Pebble Project. It is Northern Dynasty's expectation that these opportunities will be investigated in subsequent stages of project planning, and include:
- Numerous compelling exploration targets exist within the 186 square mile Pebble property claim boundary. Immediately adjacent to the Pebble deposit and east of the resource-bounding ZG1 fault is the high-grade intersection in drill hole 6348 (949 feet at 1.92%
CuEq(3)). The area to the east of this intersection remains
completely open."
I LIKE IT GUYS!
