Thank you Jderkack4, they finally cleaned up that mess today. I guess they should leave the managing to message board posters, The message board posters seem to be better qualified and have some common sense. all imho jmo
Geez I would hate to have any money parked here when there are so many great things to flip in this market. The opportunity costs are just to great. Red, no volume, no liquidity, and so many opportunities elsewhere. I know some people who have suffered 10 or 11 years here. God Bless and Good Luck.
Perhaps the time has come.

If Im reading the NT 10 Q correctly it looks like the new accounting firm reviewed the financial statements and internal controls of DECN and got very sick. It never ends here folks. By the way I think many of you owe our own MR Al and apology. I think his new handle should be The Prophet. all imho PS Thank you Al for all you do.
PS I think the SEC should require a Doctors note or something, the stubbed toe excuse has been worn out by this group.
Genstrip Banned from Amazon, but still sold from a local garage in West Lake Village. IMHO
Fufat, I would also suspect that it will be hard to prove damages from JnJ when you were illegally selling a product. all imho
Well the last 12 years have been a disaster and anyone holding this stock long term has seen their investment destroyed. We need quality, not quantity. It doesnt look like this team has the right stuff Mr s. all imho
Gopro, dont feel stupid-this group has been at this for a long time and know how to push the right buttons. As far as being able to pump up the stock, this boy has cried wolf too many times. Typically in the past they would do a RS and a name change to provide a new pumper identity. By the way, have you ever actually read the Access Healthnet class action lawsuit? It not only would help you understand this group better, but would help in recognizing red flags for the future. ALL IMHO JMO
Alydyr,
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the valuable information that you share with everyone, it is much appreciated. I know some have not thought much of your highlighting the financials not adding up and the on going issue of late filings. In my opinion these are symptoms of much greater problems and really makes it difficult to think that this company will be able to effectively run the company and actually produce shareholder value. I think sometimes you just have to be able to "Connect the Dots" if you will, the late filings, erroneous financials, lack of internal controls and SOX violations, constant changing of Accountants just aren't that common for successful companies on the verge of greatness, but is more typical of a penny stock.
Any way, thanks again for all that you do and the information you share. all imho jmo

Dear Sir/Madam:
We have read the statements included under Item 4.01 in the Form 8-K dated August 5, 2011 of InstaCare Corp. (the "Company") to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and we agree with such statements insofar as they relate to our dismissal, except for the Company’s statement that our dismissal was a “result of dissatisfaction with the quality of professional services” rendered by our firm. We cannot confirm the Company’s true reasons for dismissing us, but after analyzing our conduct we have concluded that InstaCare’s dissatisfaction is really misplaced frustration: frustration with both accounting standards and with its inability to prepare financial statements in a timely manner.
We cannot confirm or deny that the appointment of Weaver & Martin LLC was approved by the Board of Directors, or that they were not consulted prior to their appointment as auditors.
Very truly yours,

and here is what was reported in the last 10Q(dated 11/15/2013) concerning Patent 13/034,639
On February 26, 2010 we filed a full utility patent application, Management and Communications System and Method, Serial No. 13/034,639. The patent application covers one hundred four (104) separate processes and encompasses the method, system and apparatus of our software technology and the integration of our software technology into commercial computer networks through commercial smart cell phone devices. In September 2011, the USPTO published our patent application. In April 2011 the patent reached the prosecution stage with the USPTO. Several months ago we received the first letter from USPTO concerning claims made in our application. Given that our patent application lists a substantial number of claims, and that the company’s technologies are truly unique, we felt it prudent to engage counsel to prosecute any of these claims against persons and entities that may have or will in the future breach our patent. The company has created an asset pool for the purpose of prosecuting any claims that may arise as a result of our patent approval. Claims prosecution is standard fare for high technology companies.
IMHO it really makes it hard to believe what is written in the filings, it just doesnt seem right, investors deserve better.
Yeah you're probably correct KS 26 million is nothing for this company, or are you saying the 26 million was BS to dilute?

And just when might the management start to run the company? Its been well over a decade and thus far no shareholder value has been generated, only business failures and broken promises. Oh, and stock issuance and RS and name changes. Its always about inflated expectations and potential with no proven execution. Genstrips have been botched since day 1, do you remember the big flufffy PRs about Substantial revenues for the 3rd Q 2010, YES 2010? The only thing that is consistent is the search for a good scape goat for each failure. I know getting FDA 510K was difficult for this group, but things are always more difficult without experience and expertise.
As far as whispers are concerned, yeah its much better to have the company disseminate information through it largest shareholde and associated gang on public message boards, or others who seem to have an unlimited amount of "Partners". LOL
I hope the commons can make some money here, but history is definately not on their side.
ALL IMHO
It looks like DECN was in charge of manufacturing since April 2011:
From SEC 10Q Filing.
The Genstrip product was developed to compete against the market leader in the $20 billion at home testing market. In April 2011, the company renegotiated its agreement changing its many roles and adding responsibility for regulatory approval, manufacturing and forecasting, international sales and additional sales markets in the U.S.
Also this is confusing as well:
From Todays Damage Control memo:
Their continued noncompliance was the motivating factor behind the March 20, 2014 acquisition of the GenStrip Intellectual Property and the 510(k).
From the NT 10K:
The Registrant is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period due to a material event now in process. The Registrant’s subsidiary Pharma Tech Solutions, Inc. is completing an acquisition of certain healthcare assets from a privately owned concern and this event also includes changes of registration with federal regulatory bodies as well as primary private registrars. This event transaction closing is expected to be completed by April 14, 2014.
It just never ends here in my humble opinion.
Genstrip should be replaced says FDA
by weaver424 • 21 minutes ago Flag
The American Academy of Pediatrics
Patients with diabetes and health care professionals should stop using GenStrip Blood Glucose Test Strips because the strips may report incorrect blood glucose levels, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
A recent FDA inspection turned up extensive violations of federal regulations in the manufacturing of the test strips from Shasta Technologies LLC.
GenStrip Blood Glucose Test Strips are “third-party” blood glucose monitoring test strips advertised for use with the LifeScan OneTouch family of glucose meters (e.g. Ultra, Ultra 2 and Ultra Mini).
The FDA is advising patients and others to obtain alternative glucose test strips designed for use with the LifeScan OneTouch glucose meters. A warning letter was sent to Shasta on April 8, but to date, the company has been unwilling to voluntarily recall its test strips, resulting in their continued availability.
IMHO This is why those who poo poo'd the non footing financials missed the point. Accuracy and professionalism are neccessary to run a business
If Genstrip sales are not substantial and robust for the 4th quarter something is definately amiss given the big fluffy PR they put out in October-it appears some other posters may agree. all imho

Lower Priced, Higher accuracy, well funded and ready to run with great experience at the helm. Gotta Love it.
All IMHO
Historically with this company and those who run it if you were unable to"Connect the DOTS" you lost the majority of your money. all imho jmo
The lack of filing should come as no surprise. I had posted for weeks that the NT would be filed and it was. I also presented to you information directly from the court documents about distributors returning the Genstrip Product. It is understandable not wanted to report the results. Sooner or later realty will bubble to the surface. The foreshadowing was the shift towards a new product and little to no comments about Genstrips from the DECN historical posting society. At least you know now. Good Luck and God Bless. All Imho jmo
Yet the company has NEVER successfully marketed any product and has NEVER built shareholder value. Just a long line of promises, outlandish guidance, and no profits. Maybe they dont have the resources and know how to market a product and successfully run a business. All imho jmo
The penalty is lack of credibility, professionalism, and trust. If you cant file on time(the NT stands for NOT TIMELY-and if your not on time you are LATE)and if what you file does not even add correctly than why would you be expected to be able to run a profitable business? IMHO
To be fair and balanced here you should go to
http://securities.stanford.edu/
Search the database for Access Healthnet and read the first amended complaint. Thats what I would do. ALL IMHO
Yes, just keep posting about it everyday on public message boards like ihub AND YAHOO. Yep, that should work to keep it a secret. And if this is the biggest technology trade secret the stock should continue in its current direction. All IMHO
" Product pipelines are to die for, not to criticize. Today this is all that matters."
Pipeline, wouldn't be better to describe it as a museum of not very innovative products that never sold? Maybe you could paint that MD@ thing different colors for every different pump @hand, @detail,etc and a very exciting exhibit of the probe. LOL IMHO
Ron I agree with Mr Sensitivity that you should read the public filings so you can read little gems like the statement below:
We are also gearing up for the launch of the first alternative at-home diagnostic product, expected in 4th quarter 2010. In June 2010 the company executed a five year exclusive agreement with and among Shasta Technologies, LLC and Broadtree, Inc. for the exclusive distribution of this at-home diagnostic product. The product has been given the trade name of Genstrip.
Oh, when was FDA approval for this product? Then you can read statements later on in additional filings that its normal to take 2 years for such a product to come to market, then you can read about the subsequent RS, name change and dividends. Indeed reading the public filings is critical. LOL IMHO JMO
DECN "the ADHD company" that can never complete a task imo. Always a new product(or better said angle) without ever actually producing. Now a new product without having sold the last 3 or 4 projects. I thought these guys were immediately ready for Detailing. LOL it just never ends here, sorry but in my humble opinion this is a typical penny stock ploy and one day when the next RS and name change comes some of you may wake up. Good Luck to all. IMHO JMO PS It is likely IMO that after announcing this new product that the PPS will drop yet again. IMO
So what do you guys thinkabout the Unistrip Test strips that work in the Jnj meters? Someone on another board was bashing these people and maybe rightfully so_-I dont know.
But I think it demonstrates that the barrier to entry in this market is not very difficult if these guys can do it. So my thoughts are that if we see a well financed group with the desire to enter this market this will really put DECN at a disadvantage. And if we dont see such a group enter we will know that the market for this has been overhyped here. just my thoughts, what do you fellows think? iMO
Well it looks like the company used this little NT 10K tactic to dilute a little more today. Increased amount of shares traded with no price appreciation. Well Done. IMJO JMO
I think we seethe NT. I also think its almost time for a new CPA audit firm. all imho jmo
It will be great to compare actual results against this fluffy pumper the company put out early in the 4th quarter as well as the affect on share count. Remember share count counts. All imho
Decision Diagnostics Corp. (OTCBB: DECN), the exclusive worldwide sales, service and regulatory processes agent for the popular Shasta GenStrip(TM), the unique Green Glucose Test Strip, specifically designed to work with the Johnson & Johnson's (NYSE:JNJ) LifeScan Ultra family of glucose testing meters, today announced that beginning Friday October 25 and continuing every business day since, its Pharma Tech Solutions subsidiary has completed the first GenStrip bulk shipments to large box distributors of GenStrip, ahead of schedule, and in quantities greater than expected. More shipments are planned as soon as additional volume is available.
If Shasta is the acquisition I would expect this to drop rather rapidly to well under .20 and maybe back below .10. IMHO
Chart is getting ugly and next news likely to be the NT 10K. All IMHO JMO
No quarrel with your observation Leirum.. Except that>
Every time fluffy news is put out the PPS drops. Mr S has told you that an acquisition will be pumped 1st and then the acquisition announcement... we all remember how insignificant the last acquisition was and I expect more of the same..... The uplisting will not be to the premier level so another disappointment to drop the PPS...
All IMHO
I doubt very seriously that the 10K will be filed timely at the end of this month, Why? First just look at the last 10 years to see how many NT 10Ks were filed..... a pretty sad record. 2nd, I am expecting less than stellar results for 2013 and | think many will be disappointed in Genstrip Sales even though the company put out some big fluffer pumps about large shipments way ahead of schedule... albeit over 3 years late. The window of opportunity is slipping by quickly as there can only be so many excuses for Genstrip sales. This is all just my humble opinion. imo
PS It is foolish to invest in Penny Stocks. Penny Stocks are for Flipping IMHO
ThaiLove, this has nothing to do with DECN or Genstrip and has zero impact here. IMHO
If I remember correctly the last acquisition was a 1 woman firm and a box of crayons to design packages, it was not very impressive but was hyped incessantly by certain message board posters for weeks before the official announcement. I would expect more of the same here shortly. Good Luck all imho jmo
IMHO I believe this was the best sales update provided so far. Excerpt from the court case-
Case No. 11-cv-04494-WHO
ORDER IMPOSING SANCTIONS
AGAINST LIFESCAN PURSUANT TO
FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL
PROCEDURE 37
Re: Dkt. No. 336
Mr. Berman asserts that the distributors agreed to purchase certain quantities of GenStrips from the defendants, and that the distributors ?cancelled the purchase order and refused to take any further shipments in accordance with its terms . . . as a direct result? of LifeScan’s letters to the distributors. Berman Decl. ¶¶ 9,
12. The only evidence proffered by the defendants is Mr. Berman’s bald assertion; there are no declarations or communications from the distributors reflecting that the letters from LifeScan had
any impact on the distributors, much less that the letters caused them to cancel the purchase orders. Mr. Berman’s unsupported assertion is an insufficient evidentiary basis for the monetary
remedies the defendants seek. The Court DENIES the defendants’ request for lost profits.
Northern District of California
Moreover, Mr. Berman’s declaration indicates that the defendants’ distributors face challenges selling their inventory of GenStrips—and therefore may not want additional
inventory—for reasons unrelated to LifeScan’s letters. Mr. Berman states that he has received calls from ?many? of the 8,500 independent pharmacies in the United States ?demanding that
Defendants buy back their existing GenStrip inventory.? Berman Decl. ¶ 5. Mr. Berman states that he ?do[es] not know how many of these independent pharmacies received letters from Mr.
Diskant.? Id. LifeScan responds that it only sent letters to nine of the defendants’ ?wholesale distributor[s] or online seller[s],? as LifeScan stated in its earlier briefing in response to the
defendants’ motion for an order to show cause. Dkt. No. 373-20 (?Diskant Decl.?) ¶ 4.4
None of those entities appear to be ?independent pharmacies,? and the distributors that did receive the improper letters are addressed above. LifeScan’s assertion that it only sent letters to nine entities is consistent with the defendants’ failure to provide evidence from any of the ?many? independent pharmacies indicating that they received a letter from LifeScan. Accordingly, to the extent that many pharmacies are demanding that the defendants buy back their existing GenStrip inventory, it
appears to the Court that they are doing so for reasons unrelated to the letters that LifeScan sent to the two distributors that it identified from confidential information.
The record suggests various reasons that the defendants’ distributors or pharmacies may face challenges moving their inventory of GenStrips. Defendant Decision Diagnostics’ Form 10-
Q filed with the SEC for the quarter ending June 30, 2013 notes that ?the overall at home testing market is being hindered by the general poor economic conditions [and] longer payment cycles from insurers.? Dkt. No. 373-14 at 23.
----Please read the filing in its entirety. **** IMHO
