Alonzo Harris is asking the same question: If we lowly public shareholders cannot transact in any way, shape, or form, how does the stock drop another 40%? Alonzo called Cobalis today, and talked to Jennifer (who, God bless her, is a complete and total moron), and she said a "George" would call back. Obviously, no call back, although Alonzo discovered who George Ibchnick is. He's someone new with the company, although his exact position is unclear (Corporate Director of Swindling? Chief Officer of Swindling? Assistant to Bernie Madhoff, perhaps?).
Apparently, he's the latest name they are throwing out so that Chaz doesn't appear to be accountable. Alonzo even called this George on his cell phone (310-523-2077), but of course there was no response there, either.
Next step: Alonzo's brother-in-law is, unfortunately, an attorney, and Alonzo is about to draft a letter and send a copy to both the garage that Cobalis operates out of and Jennifer answers the phone, as well as the Federal Trading Commission. Then we'll go from there.
