No, I doubt they would want to change every couple of weeks but maybe every couple of years. I know my wife would want to change ours out periodically if it was easy and cheap enough.
Besides the ETC system could help the mobile home manufacturer reduce cost for any of the models that are shown to people. This system would alloy them to rotate the different styles of cabinetry without a major overhaul and reduce overall inventory costs.
I'm a little confused about this "we just built the cabinets right there on the assembly line" Are you saying that you took raw materials, cut it, added detailing, painted it, and made the cabinets from scratch right on the assembly line?
Seems to me that it would be a whole lot faster to have one common framing system and pull the completed face plates from inventory and quickly install them like ETC does.
I'm not saying that it is a perfect solution just that I could see how it might possibly work.
