We know well what was Mnuchin approach to GSE. It is logically correct on the side of plaintiffs to wait for his nomination before planning their next step.
I'm praying for not to see a final litigation pact comes from the court and Trump's administration tackle down non constitutional artificial C-hip case on their own.
I want to explain !!!
- First of all I give a whole credit to Mnuchin after nominating him for
the chief of the Treasury.
- Secondly, I'm willing to see a new administration reforming GSE and
return it to private hands soon with compensation on what was stolen from
shareholders.
- Finally, I want to see DOJ and the court will prosecute all responsible
for stealing private property aka NWS and put them behind the bars.
77% it is a fare value in case you have patience.
We will see fruits of our patience soon.
If you stay long you will see fruits of your patience.
You gambled for what ?
I'll be happy for one action of two.
At the past there was somebody who expressed it in beautiful manner - "A small step with good willing has always will led to great action".
Praying not to see shareholders in court. Hope seeing Mnuchin ends c-ship and NWS.
What do you mean: Prior life?
Are you pensioner ?
Yes, MBS.
Of course MBS
Probably MSB but not securities.
One moment please. In their article, there were numbers for salary of 100000 and 200000 dollars per person or aggregated for whole staff?
Pardon, couldn't catch your point.
We coming close to earning time. Somehow I'm feeling that First Eagle IM smelling money. Their YTD return impressive on all class shares. It can point out that their money managers doing outstanding job.
However, in the term of closest perspective I can be wrong because investment firms usually purchase and hold for periods exceeding 1 year.
There could be another opinion of their investment: PPS reached low levels and became attractive paper or they aware of data of trials and confident about their investment.
First of all, what was told, in my previous post, about 2016 in general and the recent step in by First Eagle Investment Management ( FEIM ) which holding today 9.1% of voting power, I think it should bring a positive mood for shareholders.
Secondly, if you check YTD% of FEIM on their Share class A/C/I/Y, you won't find there one investment with negative trend.

I highly believe that they have outstanding annalists and we are in good hands.
Next earnings on Mar 8 – Mar 13 (Est.).
Analysts suggests low estimate of $-0.08/share and a high estimate of $-0.07/share. Posted on 7-Feb-17

Analyzing performance of company for 4 following years between 2013 and 2016, there was only one year of 4 mentioned above , I'm talking about 2015
which returned the positive value to shareholders 54 cents/share.
2013,2014 returned 49 cents/share deficit each one.
2016 was a difficult year for THLD with missing on 2 potential drugs.
However 2016 won't be so bad year because if we calculate 4 quarters loss per share we will see 36-37 cents/share deficit which is lower then 2013 or 2014.
A small action of ending NWS and returning to rules prior of NWS will cause a huge effect on PPS because rebuilding capital and sharing dividends with shareholders will make GSE's companies ass kicking demand-able.
Barclays CEO told how ugly DOJ system and how unfair US govt approach to overseas banks that were involved in MBS scandal.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/why-barclays-refuses-to-settle-a-suit-over-the-2008-financial-crisis-183454045.html
IMO, If there was some small part of money of that penalties were going to sustain GSE I would say to DOJ - "You guys are doing a nice job".
However in case with Barclays I would happy to know that no one single cent will go to coffer of DOJ and Treasury.
commons: easy to manipulate !!
JWW - You have 2 completely separate opinions.
1. You stated - Chart: Breakout of Bull Flag yesterday .
2. Your disclaimed: I am not a professional chartist or analyst, so please make your own decisions!
One one hand you sure about your decision but on the other you claiming - "I'm not really sure"
The second opinion usually cancels the first.
I didn't know that today GSE reporting to Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Wells Fargo & Co.'s board is likely to eliminate annual bonuses.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=73806542
Are they serious ?? They has to increase it !!!
Bloody bank who sucked a lot of blood from GSEs decided suddenly to be honest ?? Unfortunately we unable to see a whole picture.
IMO, what its executives losing in bonuses will be covered by rising their salaries.
Chess*. They created that bloody bailout to cover some asses who played a key role in Govt politician's games. Probably senators, bankers or Wa.Bu. himself. Who knows, who knows ?? However, I'm strongly believe that what previous administration tried to bury down it is a discovery by Hedge Founds. Discovery of some big names who were involved in rules making aka politicians and artificial crisis creators as well.
Don't forget that W. Buffett and H.Paulson are close friends.
955 if you was reading my post carefully you was pointing out exactly the point you are talking about. Is the treasury Government organization or not ? I believe that they are.
Tim is talking there about all that staff we have already been debated around. We know that Mortgage crisis was orchestrated by banks and they already payed penalties. Penalties came from pocket of the institutions and not from pocket of people who orchestrated the crisis. It is the totally absurdist situation.
Banks and Treasury => Politicians and Bankers have to go to jail same as Berny Madoff who has stolen billions for long period of time.
I'm willing to draw this parallel because in general a case of Madoff and roman between Treasury and banks are about to steal private property/money.
Rick - Thanks for this video.
Oi wai woi. Our babby has a fever today, slapped down to $4.23
It has to take a medicine quickly.
People keep it on your mind - don't mess with beautiful trends and attractive pictures on their site. Their presentation was put there to attract new customers. There is a big difference between customers and shareholder. Stop watching the world through a pink glasses.
Don't trash your money.
Sad to hear that you was hiding it from your family because embarrassing situation. However I happy for you that you didn't give up and kept shares for better days.
Do we have PR this week ?
It can be postponed again as it was done twice already.
Both, Irish and Luxembourg, are European markets but there are different taxation systems. May be Ireland is more attractive.
Each word is gold.
They sold their property to short GSE but Trump left them with no pants.
Thank Navy.
Enough for today, lets save powder for the next week.
Have a good weekend.
Getting into prefer ? How are you expecting to do that?
Are you Institution ?
On Bloomberg right now !!
Unbelievably, how Rep. Wagner right about people savings...
Weinberger stated on Tax reform - Listening to and acting on are completely different things and that was will differ Obama's administration and Trumps one as well.
Is it bad or good ?
