Chess*. They created that bloody bailout to cover some asses who played a key role in Govt politician's games. Probably senators, bankers or Wa.Bu. himself. Who knows, who knows ?? However, I'm strongly believe that what previous administration tried to bury down it is a discovery by Hedge Founds.
