Rumblings of eleven more acres at Death Valley in the works.
Exactly. They are not just going to divulge info to random people.
Correct. Just more spin by the naysayers because they see behl making great progress.
A form t trade is an after normal market hours trade. It has nothing to do with volume or settlement price.
Like when you say you are going to build a farm in Death Valley and.then you do so. Sometimes things take time.
Your logic baffles me. How does BEHL going after new business mean they have no money? I thought all businesses, even those with giant cash banks accounts still try and land new customers. That is how business works.
So what is a PR supposed to look like? Should they release a PR stating that "this week we did nothing" to give balance? I am not sure what you think a PR should state?
Great point. I think that it shows Dennis is not out to "sell stock" but is out to build a valuable business. Thanks for pointing that out.
Uhhhhhhh.... is that not a good thing? I thought we wanted progress. Would PR's stating demise work better for you?
And where on earth are you pulling the idea of a merger with a new company out of this latest PR?
That eight bucks allowed me to super size my lunch.
I would Not say BNPD has made a major dive today. Someone early on did sell 5000 shares at. 006 but that was it. It is now trading down one tick or .9% for the day.
We will see in due time. You are correct about that, but I am not phaeton.
Why would he go on the BNPD board then?
This move was mostly done to bring BEHL and its assets to another shell which will uplist. This deal did not happen in a few days over the past week. It has been in the works longer than that and while everyone was focused on BEHL the ground work was being set for BNPD to uplist. Go read the pr's starting late July for bnpd and it spells it out. That would also be the reason you see the familiar names like Kennedy and Rawsom.
If I remember correctly the omega-3 talk was during some of the investor submitted questions. I am not sure of the exact time though.
It was in the same part of the conversation were Dennis talked about the harvestors that will be at DVJ. Dennis spoke of one harvestor that will rotate between the anasthxin plots as each one will be ready for harvest at a different scheduled time. Another of the harvestors will go just fora the omeg-3 crop which will be the the last plot constructed. So they are worried about the omega-3 but the astaxanthin will take the first few plots dug out and set up.
Where did be say that? He said they are going to grow omega-3 out at Death Valley. Four of the plots are for astaxanithin and the others will be for omega-3.
It is not a scam and therefore that is not the reason. The reason is that someone whom BEHL choose not to do business with got caught hopping the fence.
BNPD is just a vehicle for uplisting. It is that simple and that is why this transition seems to be 'all in the family' as people have pointed out. This did not happen over night and was most likely in the works for a couple of months.
The move was first set up by acquiring the BNPD shell with the familiar names (Kennedy and Rawson).
I am sure Rich would have a great time talking to Gummybear.
I have. I am right. Thanks
Brian Goodall got released from BEHL he did not walk away. Jose is a consultant who helps start ups. He and BEHL are still on great terms.
Yeah sure you were at the open house.
Dennis did not 'give away' the company. That would imply that he got nothing in return and that he has no say in the affairs of BNPD. We know that the LOI states a 10:1 share dividend which is not nothing.
Is it a fair deal? That is debatable and up to each individual to decide.
We still have yet to heat about how Dennis will be or if he will be part of the BNPD management structure.
It is possible that the money may be coming from the personal wealth of those behind biocen.
" during this transition BNPD will continually honor our seventy-five thouasand a month payment for tend master sales agreement with BEHL"
From Monday's PR.
BEHL is still getting paid. You are making things up. Go read Monday's BNPD PR.
Always been soft plastic tubes. That is what makes the system so economical. They have recently switched to a thicker plastic, but still soft. They do get a real hard solid feel to them when full.
We got all weekend for these pictures to make the rounds. I am sure lots of eyes will see these over the next 48+ hours till Mondays opening bell. Interview with Dennis next Friday. He must be expecting a good week going into the radio interview. Placing my bets on some good news next week. BEHL is making great strides here.
Unless they are only growing algae to inoculate the Death Valley pbr then they probably won't stress the algae in this pbr.
VERT is a market maker.
And DOMS is following PUMA. ETMM also just joined them at 19 on the bid.
I find PUMA at the top of the bid interesting. Wondering if he represents knows something because he is not usually on the l2 and now he is leading the charge of buys it seems.
I would guess he was referring to just one particular trade.
At 12:46 there was a trade for 160,000 shares awt. 0015
At 13:09 there was a trade for 5000 shares at. 0014
The next few trades start about ten minutes later all for .0015
Yes, I am.
Sometimes when a company has money they make the expensive choice. They substitute money for innovation.
And big money copanies also have been known to make products that may work but in the long run flop. Say, like Sony's minidisc player or Microsoft's recent venture into building a cell phone. Big corporations are not always right and sometimes they even fail miserably and the upstart underdog wins.
At least they know not to grow it in easily contaminated open ponds. I will give them that but steel tanks not needed and light is good.
Bogus isnan awfully polite word to describe that land deal. BEHL is so much better off not having to deal with the water rights and other shady crap they tridles to pull.
Death Valley was the much smarter choice.
We are talking about today's PR and not an alleged response to a posters email.
As a photographer who calibrates his monitor regularly I doubt my color is off.
Also if there was a leak you would think we would see a current in the basin along with darker streaks from where the algae spills out.
Our favorite little rapper also assumes in his hypothetical situation that Apple, Dell, and IBM do not really take cost into consideration. Trust me those companies will take the lower cost widget especially when it is of the same or higher quality which is what BEHL has.
There widget is produced in a controlled environment and not as subject to contamination like Widgets grown in an open pond where birds poop in and all sorts of other little critters can also find there way in.
The equation also states that company XXXX has the shiny widget which is false. If they were going for shiney the production cost would also be more. It is the other companies with expensive tubes for their pbrs that are 'shiney'. BEHL is the maker of unshiney high quality Widgets.
BEHL did the right thing. No question about that. Why would you want to do business with someone whom tried to hop the fence for some reason. Was it to look or vandalize? Who knows? It does show a lack of morals and character. Obviously David is not a trustworthy person. What is even more sad that instead of trying to be a person of character they decided to spend their time on various boards spreading lies and slandering good people.
As a shareholder I am very happy there is no business relationship with David or the con artists out at Palm Springs.
