I think it is odd that theese little trades -6,000 shares etc- keep showing up. Perhaps there is a MM testing the waters to see if tis stock will move. Maybe some new activity by the company is right around the corner. Who knows, perhaps just wishfull thinking.

Additional Information
Your information was incorrect. The Company was not "Disolved". The paperwork was late so the company was in default. It was later reenstated as a Corporation in Good Standing. Do you realy think the Transfer agent and the SEC would allow trading for a company that has been "Desolved".
There can be no lawsuit in the truth. Ross forgets that www stands for world wide web.
It is from a guy in Jamaica. It was written by Calvin Ross. He refers to a guy in New Jersey who's first name is Ross. The guy in New Jersey was setting up distribution for Calvin until Calvin screwed him.
That could be right. I was going by totals on Scottrade.
Someone just sold 800 thousand shares @ .0005. That hurts. I need it to get over .001
She is coming in this weekend. I will try to post some pics for Monday.
That is correct. They more than made up for it a month later.
those shares from TJ Management etc. were sold into the market right away. Don't you remember the volumes and the share price being slashed in June. That is why. All those shares hit the market then. 504 companies are not note holders. They don't hold on to shares. They get out of them as fast as they can.
It is paid for right away. I will try to explain how 504s work. A 504 company typically purchases stock for 50 cents on the dollar. They are issued free trading shares immediately. They typically sell them into the market in the first 5 days of receiving the shares. They seel them as fast as they can. When this happens, the share price inevitably dropps to the 504 purchase price. The mistake HFBG made was to do 504s back to back to back thus not giving the share price any time to recover and flooding the market with too many cheap shares. Again, I hope this helps.
Some people have asked why the product is not on shelves yet. I may have an answer for that. In most cases (not all), when a product is produced for the first time, there is a 10 day hold on the product so the FDA can come in and test it and make sure the bachteria levels are ok. This makes sure the expiration dates are valid. That could be the case here. If that is the case, the product should be heading out now. Hope that helps.
I have tod you, I will. I will have my daughter come in tomorrow or over the weekend and do it for me.
I hope that is not the case. From what I hear, people are just concerned about the shares they (and I) already have. It can't go down much further. If someone wanted in, they would get in here.
The good part is, I think the company sold as many shares as they can for now.
If they can not do what they need to do with the money they raised, the company will be in trouble anyway.
I am not sure why they stopped atomic Dogg. I think it was because the package was aweful. The design was bad. They can not compete in the ling run in a 16oz. can. They can not compete with Monster and Rock Star. They can't compete on the distributor level. Every distributor worth anything already has either Red Bull, Monster or Rock Star. None of them were going to jeopardize their contrats with those brands to distribute Atomic Dogg. I agree with changing the package. Changing the package changes the catagory and may open the doors to distributors that were closed before.
Yes. That is true. They were making product (Atomic Dogg) under Old Gangster Nation. That is how they feel about it. They changed the name to Hall of Fame because they were getting slack in the industry.
He doesn't want anything in his name incase things go bad and it gets shut down. In My opinion he has shares in other peoples names to protect himself.
Besides why would he buy shares when he can just issue more, sell them into the market and keep the cash. There is no one to stop him. He is the only director.
I agree. But be careful. A PR every week or 10 days to keep evryone informed is good. When a pink company starts doing 2 PR's a week, the only reason is to sell stock. Most 504 companies (The TJ Managements of the world etc.) insist on lots of PR's to get the volume up so they can sell into the market. It is a catch 22.
If you truct the Company, the fourth quarter will tell the story. The third quarter will have a bump because product is going to retail now. Sell through will tell the story. If the product is accepted by the distributors and the public it will show in the fourth quarter 2010 and the first quarter 2011.
Did I say I was in LA. I am not. I know thw disributor in LA. I am inland from LA. I am not as big as the LA distributor.
Good Luck
I am not sure how to post pictures. I will try tomorrow. I don't care if people belive me or not. I was just telling you what I know.
You are correct. Bud Distributors are great! Especially ones with a "soda" division. When I said the wrong type of distribution I was refering to Spirit and Wine distributors. Didn' HFBG sighn a national distribution deal with a Wine and Spirits distributor. What happened to that?
Not many people in the industry care about Oklahoma. When Vitamin Water, Fuze and Monster were launched, they were launched in the North East and the South West. If it is successful there then the rest of the country will fall in line.
I drove through LA Monday. I saw the product. I got a hold of Larry Twombly. I ordered 6 pallets yesterday and got delivery about 30 minutes ago.
If it is not in production, how come I had some last week and I am getting a shipment into my warehouse today. I have spoken to five distributors that have the product and are kicking ass with it.
I was saying that Twombly never lied to HFBG Shareholders. He had a press conference in April. He was to have one every quarter to keep everyone informed.
I just don't want you guys to beleive everything that comes out of HFBG.
Ross is living great off your money. Don't think he isn't.
You guys can beleive anything you want. I hope HFBG goes through the roof. I don't see it. No non alch. beverage has ever made it through a distribution channell HFBG is using. It may have a short bump up but then it will die.
There is no sales and marketing support from a distributor like that. No merchendising etc.
I am in nobody's clutches. the USA Today article was put together by a PR Guy that Twombly should not have listeded to but did. I talked to him about that. I have worked with Twombly in the past on very high profile beverage projects. He knows his stuff. I am a distributor. I just thought you guys were getting bad information. I want this stock to go higher too. I bought a bunch at much higher than it is now. I just thought you guys should know the scoop from a berverage insider. By the way, acording to the filings, Twombly never received any shares or money. I also know for a fact that AND has also been aproached as a buy out candidate by a very big company. About $20,000,000.00. I heard that from an exec. in the large beverage company. I was told this morning by Twombly that he regrets that HFBG shareholders are not going to share in that success.
The price fell because Ross deluted faster than the market could handle. This is exactly what he promised Twombly he would not do. Twombly told Ross that the only way he would get involved is that Ross keep him informed so he could keep the shareholders informed. When all kinds of new shares started hitting the market, Twombly kept asking Ross where they were coming from. Ross kept saying he had no idea. Ross was lying to Twombly because he did not want the shareholders to know he was massivly deluting the shares until it was too late. The last straw was Ross raised the authorised to over 4 billion without letting Twombly know. Twombly was on the road at the time making presintations to distributors in the Northwest (on his own dime because Ross was crying poverty) when shareholders started calling his cell constantly. Twombly tried to get answers from Ross on what was going on. Rather than letting Twombly know what was going on Ross chose to ignore his CEO. Twombly drove straight back to LA to meet with Ross but Ross did not show or return his calls. The next morning Twombly resigned publically.
You people have no idea. I spoke to Twombly when this was happening. I thought I should set the record straight.
I think you are wrong. I have a lot of friends in the beverage industry and Twombly's reputation is great and Ross's is terrible. Don't forget, AND was to be a HFBG product. I bought my shares on that news. Ross nixed that deal. Now AND is crushing it and we get nothing. That revenue would look good now.
I spoke to Twombly about 10 minutes ago. He worked his butt off for six months reserecting a dead company and never got paid a dime. He did say he hopes the products are successful and the share price goes way up. Don't forget, when he was CEO the share price was 4 times what it is now.
They can put who ever they want as CEO. That person will have no real power. Ross and that Giovani guy will always pull the strings and they have no clue what they are doing. I think that was proven when the last CEO quit because Ross was deluting and crushing the stock behind his back. At least he spoke to shareholders. He had conference calls etc. They are distributing non alchahol products through a liquor distributor. Name me one product that has servivied that way....... There isn't one. I'm going to go back through the older releases and find the old CEO's # and call him.
What do you mean SOMETHINGS UP?sOMETHING GOOD OR SOMETHING BAD?
It was off the 5 by Santa Fe Springs. I stopped to get gas. The guy behind the counter said it was selling great. They had three flavors, Red Fruit Punh, Orange Passionfruit and a purple with berrys and stuff. I bought one of each. I drank the purple one. The other two flavors are in my fridge.
I was driving through LA yesterday and picked up a bottle of AND. I drank the purple one. It was AWESOME! I wish that was still part of HFBG. That would have been great news. Ross dropped the ball on thet one.
