Thanks for sharing the news with us.
BANK SHORT,
why don't you call the company and pose your questions to them. Come back with some answers for a change.
You don't trust a penny stock company but you are happy to browse through their filings and PRs to arrive at a conclusion. I like the way you think.
should be a fun week.
When I did my DD a little while ago I got the feeling the CEO wants to start mining as soon as possible. I too believe the prefereds will be used for financing. They have one advanced stage property (Basin Gulch) and one early stage property (Jungo). The company would like to mine the late stage property and possible look at a J/V option for the other one.
It would be consistent with what Dan Hollis eluded to.
Just my opinion of course. Nice action today.
The crusher is just as curious as you. From what I have noticed he loves to use the quotation marks and some of his replies and thought process is similar. I am sure you can answer all of his questions.
Feel free to talk to the company and answer all his questions. The rest of us will be anxiously waiting for all the DD. This time we are not going to participate. We are hoping that you will do all the leg work and come back to us.
Unfortunately every time you are here he is missing.
oh well maybe next time. :)
Good luck Bankshot.
I like the risk to rewards opportunity in this investment.
If I remember right a poster by the name of Bankshot had a similar question. Maybe you should pose the question to him. He might be able to help you out.
Let us know what you find out. I hope this helps you.
Good day.
Thanks, nice find.
Sorry for the late reply but I did not see your reply.
I know a pink listing is less restrictive than a BB. I was merely stating that a company in the OTCQB market tier needs to meet certain reporting criteria to be deemed one. To maintain it both companies need to be current and fully reporting with their filings.
There are advantages to quoting on the pinks rather than the BBs so many companies have not moved to the BBs. Market makers generally favor the pink quoting system. In fact that is one of the reasons why the OTCQB market tier was brought in. Namely a reporting standard needs to be independent of where you choose to list.
Good day.
Thanks that is what I thought.
I have read your post and that is what prompted me to reply initially.
I think we need to learn to disagree. I believe both companies have the same reporting responsibilities.
Without credible links I don't think I can buy into your idea.
Thanks.
It does not. This is where I get my information about both the companies. It indicates that both are OTCQB.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SAEI/company-info
Can you provide a link to support your position. I would be interested in knowing where you get that information from.
Correct me if I am wrong both the companies are OTCQB per pinksheets. I don't see any difference from a reporting perspective.
I talked to the Dan Hollis on Nov 26th when everybody was posting about dilution. He mentioned that they would address the share structure sometime this week.
That is all I have.
Yup they are getting desperate.
http://www.redorbit.com/news/entertainment/803267/dutch_gold_resources_completes_acquisition_of_dutch_mining_llc/index.html
dutch mining was acquired by dutch gold resources. :)
A friend of mine who is buying in is facing the same problem.
I have a zecco account and I did get the letter over a week ago.
If you are interested in finding the truth you should investigate all the details and come back to us. Why post half an argument and ask others to check the facts for you.
Funny you, paulie cashews and jedijazz love the color yellow and your images look the same too. You guys go to the same barber or is that a coincidence. :)
Good luck BankShort.
I believe there was even talk of stocktwitter alerting everyone on the day the run started. It was posted all over the board. I think you were in on the stock at that time. I saw some of your posts. You must have known or asked yourself where is the volume coming from. Quite honestly I did not hear any complaints from anyone. I took my profits and I still have a good position. I am sure you did as well.
The question people need to ask is whether they invested on the MOMO or because they feel the company has an opportunity to do good for themselves and the shareholders.
Risk only what you can lose. Moondoggy for instance reduced his position because he was carrying a lot of risk. Blaming other people for your losses never really solves your problem.
A lot depends on what the company has to say. I for one will be looking forward to what they have to say.
If they go through with their plans than the dilution will be a non issue. just my opinion.
Good luck to all.
I talked to Mr Hollis a few times. He told me the shares issue would be addressed in a PR. The way the conversation went I was pretty sure there was some dilution but I also felt he was doing what was necessary to advance Dutch. This is just my impression based on our conversation.
I was surprised when some said that there was no dilution based on conversations with Mr Hollis.
I think a lot of people knew there was some dilution but were sticking around because this is still a good long term play.
Mitigate risk if you need to and do what is right for you.
Personally I will be looking forward to what the company has to say.
Good luck to you.
Excellent post. people need to realize this is a slightly longer term play. I think the progress from here on will be slow and deliberate unlike the last run.
I question the motives of some in here who about a week ago mentioned that this company could not mine any gold in the short run but all of a sudden these same individuals have seen the light at depressed prices.
Before you invest remember that a great many were burned when they bought into the hype. Do your own DD and invest wisely. Risk only what you can lose since it is a penny play.
personally I think this is a great opportunity. I have done my DD and I think it offers a great risk to rewards opportunity.
Just my opinion.
I think some were expecting a secret letter to shareholders outlining some monumental things. :) The letter to me is a sneak peek into some of the exciting developments underway. They are all very exciting developments but it is only going to make sense to some people when the pieces are put together.
If the investor has been talking to the company than they might see the picture developing before them. In time the doubts will be dispelled.
Accreditation from the John Deere testing facility will be the catalyst to kick start lots of other great PRs.
Just my opinion.
Good luck to all.
This is not a new find when I initially talked to Mr Hollis he mentioned that they would use an operator to mine at Basin Gulch. I have posted it before. Obviously people get sidetracked with more mundane issues so the near term production goal is being ignored by some. The operator according to him will have all the equipment thereby making it cheaper for them to mine at Basin Gulch. The company has a very good plan, of course we are not going to get there without any growing pains.
They are applying for the permits before the end of December 2010 per the 10Q. Mr Hollis mentioned that they would start production in the first quarter of 2011.
I was told that Permits are easy to obtain for Basin Gulch. Mr Hollis gave me an explanation why it was easy and quick unfortunately I could not retain any of it. There is a post by Trapper that talks of the permitting process and why it would be fairly quick to obtain. If you have questions you should look at it.
The PRs to some is fluff, to me it further validates my initial DD done weeks ago. After my initial DD I came away convinced that the company was determined to start production in the near term in their advanced stage property at Basin Gulch. I was also told that Jungo was a good candidate for a J/V since it is an early stage property. Warning I am speculating here I was not told that there was a J/V only that it was a good candidate.
Engaging a Canadian firm that has expertise in production financing is not a coincidence.
This is what I came up with when I did my DD. Some of it has been validated by the PRs and 10Qs that the company came up with. I will gladly wait on some of the other parts to fall in place.
Good luck to all. Just my opinion.
Eitherway congratulations on your purchase.
Heenan Blaikie experience includes "development and production financing". They are based in Canada. You need a NI43-101 in Canada to obtain financing. Dutch has a NI43-101.
This was the quote in the PR.
"Both Canada and Mexico are mining-friendly countries that offer Dutch Gold opportunities to advance our strategy of focusing on late-stage proven reserves that can quickly become producing assets,"
Dutch recently PRed the appointment of CFO, Steve Keaveney.
I got this about the gentleman from Linked in

Just my opinion.
A customer list of the PR firm. Some of these companies are listed in the big boards.

Enjoy.
They seem to have engaged a new IR firm as well.

Should be fun.
I agree with you Simon that is why I am still invested here. My risk here is much lower since my average is little less than a penny. Of course I can't speak for everyone.
The developments are positive for me.
I can't agree more.
Thanks for the news. I heard the same thing. I also got the feeling that they might leverage the shares in Aultra at some point. That might be good for us.
Per the earlier report they seem to be aggressively positioning themselves for near term production at Basin Gulch so time will tell.
Good luck to all.
If you must know I sold some and have a healthy profit. I have some more which I will hold. Having bought mostly in the triple zeros this does not hurt me.
Thank you for your kind words. Let us see what happens next week.
You seem to get some devious pleasure at this. :)
You are anything but generic. :)
Agreed. That is a risk I am willing to take for the moment. I have some other stocks in the big boards that are doing very well so I am not concerned about some losses on the a penny stock. At least not right now. My investment here might be high for a penny but small compared to the big boards.
Take care.
It looks like stop losses being taken out.
I don't think you can blame anyone for that. Risk is not something people take very well. Some bought near the high so it would be tough for them to stick around.
Hopefully in time this thing shoots up. Seems like a healthy accumulation today after some early selling.
I think he his of the opinion in the long run a reversal and a healthy price appreciation might be in the cards.
In the short run you might be right. People need to be risk averse and do what is right for them
I have nothing against Technical analysis since I use it myself but I will say charts do not give you a lot of information on long term potential. A good part of the analysis is researching the short term and long term potential.
I have done my DD and do check up on the company from time to time so I am comfortable with the idea.
I bought most of my shares at deflated prices. It has come a long way. It is fair to say that at certain times I was not in the green. My risk level is much better these days.
They use to have an advertisement for the NY Lotto. It said
"You can't live the dream if you don't play the game."
That is the way I think about it.
I read your board by the way. I am a big fan of the bombustblog and I see that you have some links to the site.
Take care.
I am happy that you made money. You need to mitigate risk for yourself. I think many here would understand that.
Despite what people say honesty and sensitivity don't go hand in hand. Publicly stating your exit price and your intended entry price might not endear you to some here, especially if you choose to do that everyday.
On the other hand I don't agree with some of the rude remarks sent your way as well.
Take care and good luck to you.
Enjoy your fill that is all you can do. If this was not a good play you will not see so many people here. I am sure you realize that.
The original run for this stock started way before the company put out any news. Obviously the news caught up a little later. The way I see it, we are on the company's clock. They will dictate the news and the gradual increase will follow. I will settle for gradual increase rather than a sprint.
It is fair to say that there are a lot of frightened souls right now. The number of T-Trades is a good thing.
Thinking it might gap up tomorrow.
Just my opinion.
Good luck.
Well said. I see certain naysayers start posting and the price gets taken down, subsequently a bunch executions go through. This has been happening for a few days. Thanks to them I got some fills at the lower prices.
Eitherway it is nice to watch.
Good luck to all.
Finally it has started to sprint out. :)
I think the sameway. There are certain posters who start commenting heavily and than the takedown begins for the load up
just my opinion.
I hope so. I alerted a bunch of friends and they bought in.
Anyway they did their own DD and talked to the company so I think they are comfortable with their choice.
The company is closing in on some of these large deals. J/Vs and contracts require lots of due diligence and even more so since one party is trading in the pinks. The larger company usually has a say in the time lines and process.
Hopefully some of these things get sorted out.
I would love for the company to PR some numbers on the first Dong Feng deal. Love to hear about the royalties and advanced payments if any. I know they are not much for speculation but I think that might help us make sane price predictions. :)
Good luck.
