Please list me as a supporter. Thanks
Maybe what people should do is just be honest. Got to go to work. Adios.
I can't The message says I don't have permission on my server.

That would be great! Perhaps even get Scottrade to allow buying MYEC again. We need more investors.
The only thing I can think of is that the FED has yet to allow the payment industry to fully get away from ACH. If this is it, the PR used pretty awkward wording.
"Freeze in the payments industry." Anyone know what the PR is referring to?
Thanks.
Thanks.
MTVX doesn't have a "ticker" or trading symbol? What is MTVX.
Thanks. I had previously reviewed that, and still do not understand how a SMM would be of help to MTVX at this point in time. Seems like a SMM would only be required when a stock is listed initially. I've never heard anyone claim an existing stock will be going up because they are getting a SMM. Looking to learn here, and am wondering if this is just pump or has some validity. Thanks again.
Could you explain how a Sponsoring Market Maker will have an influential affect this stock. Sponsoring for what? Going to a higher board? Thanks.
Hopefully there is light at the end of our tunnel and that Brad can get us out of it. Am rooting for Brad to hit some home runs and get us back in the ballgame, and for the SD Court to order payment to stockholders due to Geo's premature sale of stock.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- APT MotoVox Group, Inc. ("MotoVox"), announced that it filed a motion yesterday for a preliminary injunction against Monster Moto and former employees of MotoVox in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
APT MotoVox Group is requesting that the Court enter a Preliminary Injunction to enjoin Monster Moto, LLC, Olen Rice, Robert A. Rice, Sr., Jon Umsted, and Kenneth Francis ("Defendants") from (1) ongoing infringement of design patents; (2) misappropriation of trade secrets; (3) breach of contract; and (4) tortious interference with business expectations.
APT Group seeks the requested injunction to (1) preclude Defendants from making any further sales of patent Infringing Products, (2) order Defendants to contact Monster Moto's retail customers and instruct them to stop their sales and return all Infringing Products to Monster Moto, (3) order Defendants to stop all advertising, including all Internet advertising, that depict, promote, or otherwise mention the above-listed Infringing Products; (4) order Defendants to refrain from using any of MotoVox's trade secrets in the design or manufacture of any Infringing Products or for any purpose whatever; (5) order Defendants to comply with their contractual obligations set forth in their Service and Employment Agreements; and (6) order Defendants to refrain from making contact with any of MotoVox's existing retail customers, with respect to advertising or selling any Infringing Products.
"MotoVox will not stand by another minute and allow this injustice to continue," said Wayne Patterson, CEO of APT MotoVox Group, Inc. "We are absolute in our resolution to vigorously defend and protect our intellectual property. We will fight this battle to the end because we have worked so hard to make the best products in the marketplace. Our customers, employees and shareholders deserve nothing less."
The lawsuit filed earlier this month, APT Group, Inc. d/b/a MotoVox and APT IP Holdings, LLC v. Monster Moto, LLC, Olen Rice, Robert A. Rice, Sr., Jon Umsted, Kenneth Francis, and Beck Salander, contends that former employees of or consultants to APT Group left the Company to work for or otherwise assist Monster Moto to manufacture and sell minibikes identical in nearly all respects to MotoVox products by disclosing trade secrets and confidential information learned through their association with MotoVox, breaching contracts with MotoVox, and breaching fiduciary duties to MotoVox as equity holders.

Good interview. It should be permanently retained in the stickies.
Yes, if I want to buy the same day I do a wire transfer and normally the money is credited to my account that afternoon. If I do a money transfer through Fidelity from my bank I normally do it in the afternoon and the next morning I simply call Fidelity Customer Service and they will buy the stock I want with that money at the $7.95 internet fee.
FWIW reply from Fidelity follows:
Dear Mr. XXXXXXXX:
Thank you for choosing Fidelity! I am happy to address your message regarding the use of Myecheck (MYEC) for fund transfers.
I appreciate your comments about using MYEC to speed up the transfer of funds between Fidelity and your bank and I have forwarded the details of your message to our Management team as feedback. Please be assured we use your feedback to guide improvements to the services and features that we offer as your input is extremely valuable to us. We always welcome any comments or suggestions you have concerning our Web site or any other aspect of Fidelity's business.
To view examples of how client feedback has led to improvements, please access the link below:

You may already be aware of this, because Fidelity is not a bank, our clearing process is not the same as a bank-to-bank transaction. Non-bank transactions require the deposit to physically move through various banks and Federal Reserve regions during the clearing process which can take additional time.
We appreciate your business, Mr. XXXXXXX, and look forward to working with you further. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns about your Fidelity accounts. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Bowen

In case it helps Mr. Resnick's reply to me of 10-27-13 is pasted below.
"You will continue to own the same number of CWRN Shares as before.
For each 1000 Shares of CWRN that you own, you will receive ONE SHARE in Kiliwa Mining Group."

For Kiliwa Mining Group
"I assume the CWRN shares would, in effect, be present but eventually deemed worthless"
Not sure, but am hoping some just judge (should there be such a person) will give the CWRN stockholders consideration and justice in this mess. It would seem that that would be more likely if we were somehow represented in the case. I don't know much about court procedure but am wondering if letters to the court from stockholders informing it just how much we have been injured would be appropriate? If some lawyer-like person could draft such a letter and post it here, along with the court address, etc., those desiring to do so could copy it, sign and mail it. Though likely not appropriate and possibly a waste of time at least we will have done something more than just sat on our butts.
It would be nice to hear more about what's happening. I asked Brad last week if CWRN was still alive and received a positive response. No particulars were offered.
I asked Mr. Resnick how the 1000/1 will work and received the following reply.
You will continue to own the same number of CWRN Shares as before. For each 1000 Shares of CWRN that you own, you will receive ONE SHARE in Kiliwa Mining Group.
Saludos,
BRAD A. RESNICK
Look for new KMG website and email addresses soon.
Did he say anything about the Philadelphia hotel installation? Also the Neesa contract announced last year?
Glad to hear there may still be a heartbeat. Did Shiva say anything about new management?
Just to make sure you are speaking truthfully kindly advise the name of the T/A and their phone number. I will be highly surprised if you reply to this.
Temeku999 - were you able to take a trip to the mine?
Temeku999 said he was going, but I've not seen any further info.

Have you scheduled your trip yet? Thanks for your effort
Could be your complaint to the SEC is the reason Shiva is maintaining silence?
Micro,
No, I am not familiar. Would appreciate info. Thanks
No,I am not in contact with Shiva. I got out of Zecco a couple of years ago when they began threatening to apply extra charges on non-DTC eligible stocks. When I would call on the matter one guy at Zecco would say one thing and the next guy would say something else about the possibility of penalty charges, but as I continued trading they never hit me with any. I finally got tired of their posted warnings nonsense and transferred all my stocks to Fidelity and a lot of other people did likewise.
I don't know how Tivus will come out but things obviously don't look great right now. I was just going to sell some shares of Tivus to make sure trading continues. It certainly appears to be continuing, at least when using self clearing brokerages. In order to sell someone has to buy and NITE probably has a 100 million for sale at .0001 so it may take some time to get to my few shares.
Be my guest. Perhaps you can get a reply from them, I can't. As info I have tried emailing using their website but for some reason this doesn't work on my computer so I email direct. I would think they would still be receiving the inquiries I sent.
I would be interested since CWRN had indicated on various occassions they would be selling product for fertilization purposes. In fact their Sustainability Page has a comment that "Our waste products are used for organic fertilization". Seems like they also were to get a permit to ship to Oregon during the first part of last December. Perhaps that fell through? It sure would be nice to get some direct info from CWRN as to where they stand today and where they are going. It would be great for them to show us a little respect!
No apparent problems buying or selling with Fidelity. They took my order to sell a few.
There was a 5M buy a couple of days ago and now a 4M buy. Makes a person wonder whats going on.
Could be you just need a self clearing broker like Fidelity.
Have you scheduled your trip yet? Thanks for your effort.
Right now I would settle for notice they have secured a 2013 export permit. Would like to see just ONE positive bit of information from CWRN.
Dilution happening?
Will do but doubt I get a reply. Bob used to reply to my inquiries occassionally, but the current crew never responds. I use management@pamvmex.com - as far as I can tell that is a working address.
