I just sent Senator Hal Rogers an email asking if he really did help GLER create 100 new jobs in Knott County, KY. I will be curious to see if a staffer responds.
The 8/31 PR says the company is hiring coal miners, how would I apply for one of those jobs? Anybody find a job posting?
Global Earth Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: GLER) (OTCBB: GLER) (PINKSHEETS: GLER) announced today that its partially owned Canadian company, Global Earth Natural Resources Inc., which trades on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 2GN, 2GN:GR on the Bloomberg quote system, a co-owner along with Modern Coal, LLC of Global Earth Natural Resources LLC., a Texas limited liability company, has set a closing date of mid September for its acquisition of the Samuel Coal properties in Knott County, Kentucky. Permitting has been received on all three of its initial locations and Global Earth Natural Resources, LLC. expects to begin mining operations immediately after closing the acquisition.
Global Earth Energy, Inc., Global Earth Natural Resources, LLC. and Modern Coal, LLC plan to expand the workforce needed for the Kentucky operations of Global Earth Natural Resources, LLC and have begun accepting resumes for various positions. Modern Coal, LLC and Global Earth Energy, Inc. wish to express their thanks to Congressman Hal Rogers, US Representative from Kentucky's 5th Congressional district, for his support and encouragement as Global Earth Natural Resources, LLC completes its acquisition of the Kentucky coal properties, helping bring new jobs to Knott County, and his steadfast support of Kentucky's coal producers.
About Global Earth Energy, Inc
A 30% haircut isn't so bad, why all the complaining?
Thomasthetank:
And what coal deal is that? I must have missed the Frankfurt Connection.
Never fear GLER faithful, Sydney will post some more PR and pump this puppy right back to .003....that is assuming the SEC doesn't close in on him before that.
Deeznuts:
Thank you for you kind words!
Deeznuts:
If you did even the most rudimentary DD, you would have had a clear picture of what this company is really about.
Player One:
I understand, thanks
Hey Player One:
There is no way that GLER is going to get listed on the German exchange, it is not possible with there current balance sheet.
What is awesome about the PR? Another company gets a loan from an unverifiable source, what is great about that? The general idea with loans is you have to pay the money back with interest. GLER doesn't have a source of revenue, how are the going to pay anything back? Will they pay it back by selling more shares?
Eplsoccer7:
Great DD, I applaud you for finding and posting that. The SEC will eventually get around to dealing with GLER, but not until they have spent every last penny of the money the inner core "earned" by paying themselves in shares.
The PR has run its course, maybe you will get some more PR later this week. The company makes no profit from the sale of any prodcut or service, other than the sale of its own stock.
Chucklove1969:
As for myself, as soon as this stock hits it big, I am going to get a studio apartment and move out of my mother's basement. That would make her happy, I have been living down her for 35 years.
Chucklove1969:
You are absolutley correct, more buyers are always a disaster for a stock.
Sydney needs to learn how to write a press release, the current PR looks like a high school kid wrote it.
I was actually being sarcastic.
Yeahbuddy:
Lots of banks make loans to companies with no cash flow and no hope of a cash flow.
GLER has never made a profit and never will, read the 10Ks and 10Qs. This company is hopeless...hope you enjoy your stock.
The joke is that people are paying up on the BS PR.
$5 a share a likely probability by the end of the week!!!
You should thank your broker, he/she is saving you from disaster.
Hurricane Irene is like GLER, all hype and it will soon be gone!
and the long term target is .0001
If GLER/Modern Coal had the 7.5 million, they would just pay for the Samuel Mines and the deal would be done. So, what is this ongoing negotiation? I would guess they are trying to either lease the property or they are trying to get Samuel Coal onboard as some sort of a partner. An alternative explanation is that GLER has no intention of buying anything and is stringing this out to sell you more shares.
This “company” is so ludicrously absurd that it is only small retail investors will buy. It is hard for me to imagine that your average Joe is going to pay a 200% premium based on more PR. The past PR got a 15% lift at best, some of it saw no price improvement action.
GLER's stock price is never going up significantly, with one exception. If GLER can develop a product or service that makes actual money it might go up. Right now, they pay themselves in shares and you guys buy those shares. How can you call that a company? They don't pay themselves out of the profits, they pay themselves out of your pockets. I applaud them for that, I wish I had the balls to run a scam like this. That is true!
The 5,000 acres in KY is worthless. I say this because the owner is likely buying a super fund clean up site. Do a little DD on "CERCLA." There is no chance that this crew can extract coal in a profitable way, plan and simple. They don't have the knowledge, they don't have the startup funds, they don't have the regulatory approval and they won't be able to get it. If there was still coal that could be extracted profitably, Samuel Coal would be doing it.
Sydney Harland might be able to establish a shoe factory, maybe that is possible. But, no chance for a coal mine. There whole plan is not even logistically possible.
So, I say this....buy all the shares you want to, its your money.
Great gain today! It is a little hard to believe that people buy stock based on PR. A little DD would be very wise....
It might take a turn in the other direction if a Wells Notice is issued.
It might take a turn in the other direction if a Wells Notice is issued.
Another group of sheep have been rounded up for the slaughter with PR as bait and shares issued for executive compensation as their grassland.
Sydney has lots to sell so its good to have lots of eager buyers.

Balltilian:
The coal dust was at the McDowell County mine in West Virginia. When they wash coal, they end up with small pieces. I don't know if I would call it dust, it is more like sand. In the old days, the mines would dump that in a seperate area. It had no value then but the realized it was actual coal and may have value in the future. My understanding is that the McDowell County mine dumped piles of the stuff along a long road. I have mountain biked on it in other counties. It isn't very useful stuff, I know this because the hillbillies don't bother to liberate it.
This was the GLER deal that was supposed to start an "immdediate cash flow" starting in May, 2011. They had buyers in place, fake contracts, ect. When it came time for the cash to start flowing, the kentucky coal mine deal was announced. You can look up the old press announcements.
I mean now. People keep writing that GLER has great things happening. What are those great things? All I ever see is PR for planned events that are ultimately postponed...then forgotten about. For example, the McDowell County mine was supposed to be creating a "positive cashflow" back in May. I am still waiting....no cash, no explanation, just more BS. Anyone can write PR at no cost. It is really easy to do that when all your deals are with companies that are unheard of and based on unverifiable information.

"You will easily make it back. Lots going on with GLER"
My question, what is going on with GLER?
When is the next annual shareholders meeting?
I am waiting for the 3:59 price run....
I think they need to give up on the coal mine and move on to something else.
My crystal ball has a crack in it.
7+% climb....personally, I suspect a little market manipulation prior to another unloading of stocks by insiders next week. But who knows, maybe I am wrong?
Get your sell orders in now. At 3:58 a buying wave will start, they will try to push the price up to .005. You can sell today and buy back Monday a.m.
