I did the same thing you did. Had millions of shares before the last RS and ended up with 547 shares. Have not bought any more because the same downward trend started immediately after the 24,000 to 1 RS. The next RS will totally wipe out my shares. But I chalk it up to an expensive learning process which I will never repeat. Wished it had gone different but it is what it is!

Yeah, EV is high on my list. My $7,000 is now 48 cents. He wiped us all out and now it is going to no bid again. What'll he do next? Bankruptcy!!!!!!!!

Don't feel so bad. I bought in at .0191 cents. So I am close to your buy in level. No excuse for a company with this kind of gross revenue and profit to be diluted like this by the CEO and his cronies. I never averaged down because I realized what was happening a few months ago. Going to ride it out just in case. But this easily could go to no bid and then a RS. The way they have diluted this is sick. No regard for shareholders. You can't talk to anybody with the company. They do not respond.

Sorry about your 8 cents. Just checked my account on Scottrade. My arts is now $1.64. I feel all tingly also when I think I just simply handed EV $7,000 and said keep it and don't give me anything back. Bless his little heart.

Good Point! My $7,000 investment prior to the last reverse split is now worth $1.75. Yes, that is one dollar and seventy five cents. This company never follows through on anything. The financials tell the story. This company is dead. They only sell stock and never finish any project if they even really ever started anything. Before this last RS, EV had told some on this board that there would not be a reverse split. Now look where we are. This is going to no bid.

I had over 13 million shares before the last RS. Spent a little over $7,000. I now have 547 shares and will not consider throwing away another penny on this stock. I have been in this company for awhile. My $7000 is now worth 2 or 3 dollars. After the RS it tanked quickly. How can anybody think this is going anywhere? There have been many PR's over the last year and nothing ever comes of anything. This is probably headed to no bid again very soon. They are bleeding money in their different so called companies. Just read the financials. Be very careful with this one.

This really is tooooo funny. I have been in this for a while and was wiped out like everybody else. Cannot beleive there are any serious investors left. This is comedy central with the resident pumper and a few others. I join you on the floor laughing. My thousands and thousands of dollars are gone but at least I'm getting some laughs now!!!!

This isn't going anywhere but down. My ARTS shares dropped another 98 cents in value today. I am now down to $5.64 total share value after having more than 13 million shares before the latest reverse split. EV's PR's never prove out to be anything. Look at the financials. That tells the story!

You are dead on. This thing is dead. My $7000 turned into $7.43 as of today. Wow, ain't I smart. This thing is headed for no bid again and doing it quicker than last time. When EV does the next RS my current shares after the previous reverse split will be less than one share. I'm looking forward to that. I'm not bashing but am just saying what factually happened to me. This thing, as I said, is headed to no bid again. You can't dump like this at the bid and drive the PPS up. And this company has no money except from selling AS at the bid. His companies are losing money every month. So, I don't know where the resident positive individual is coming from.

My $7000 is now 15 bucks. Can't risk anymore in this stock. Will never recover money here. Am moving on. Lesson learned! Wish you well. Talked to EV by email several times. Thought he was honest and sincere in his comments. Then he proceeded to wipe us all out. Just be careful!

I know I was a small shareholder with over 13 million shares. My average was .0005. Master trader and Sterling had hundreds of millions of shares. I don't know how to figure the total money raised. But who knows where the money went? Not to build his company I don't think. The company is hemorrhaging money, even CSD is losing money. Nobody should be buying shares right now! I feel like I was ripped off but I blame myself. I think EV simply makes money by selling shares.JMO

What news coming out and when? I have been in this for awhile, before the 24,000/1 RS. There has been quite a bit of news repeatedly over the past months. Nothing credible ever happens. EV's companies are losing money. He's dumping again today. I got into this thing with some optimism and have only myself to blame. My millions of shares evaporated down to almost nothing with a value of $15 bucks today. I had invested a little over $7,000. I need $13 per share to break even. EV has wiped out everybody who was in before the RS. This stock is headed to sub-penny again. This stock after the RS went from $2.40 to where it is now at lightning speed. Be very careful about investing in this company. There have been lots of promising PR's and no results. The financials tell the story. JMO

This stock is headed back down to sub-penny land. I have been in awhile. My millions of shares cost me over $7,000. After the RS they are now worth $21 bucks. Listen to some of these other folks. This company is not producing any results except losing money. Looks like this is headed to no bid again. EV did the RS and came out with a PPS of $2.40. Within a matter of weeks it has dropped to below 4 cents now. He is diluting to pay bills, there is nothing there for him to report. He said he would reduce the AS, HE DIDN'T. He said he would not RS again. HE DID, 24,000 to 1. Everyone should just sit and DO NOT BUY! I'm not going to sell since my shares are worth $21. For me it is a lesson learned. But you people who are new to ARTS, be very careful what you do. JMHO

Yes, who is buying this. It is just unbelievable to me that anyone with half a brain would buy in if they do their due diligence. This is the old adage: Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

MM's possibly. No telling what EV has set up. I have believed in this stock previously, had communicated with EV, and believed a lot of what he said to me by email. But this stock is being totally manipulated and something is wrong. RS and we are immediately headed south again in large leaps. I believe in being positive and I understand how hard it is to run a company because I run one. But if everything is on the up and up, EV should be able to occasionally report something to bolster the PPS and pay a little attention to the shareholders. This stock is never going to make it to the big board the way EV and his crew are running their company. The SEC should really take a look at them. I have thought all along they had a great business idea but they are unable to make this work. The only money they have coming in is from CSD and us (the shareholders). So that is why I say, quit buying for now. EV isn't reporting anything because there is nothing credible to report, no progress, nothing, nada.
