No doubt . Remember the good old days, when it would take 6 hrs to fill up a page with posts and now it takes 6 months. Nobody cares anymore. Is anyone in jail yet at least?
That's weak
Hah, good luck with that. Just prolonging the inevitable. And when will their court date be? 2014?
Where is my 400 grand? Sheesh, I can't believe I got hosed by these low lifes! The money , food stamps, and whatever else they could get their grubby paws on from the "down and out" people , will certainly punch their tickets straight to Hell. What I would give, for a nice friendly chat with a few of these dudes.
Thursday at 7pm CST: 712-432-1001 pin 462517988#.
Sorry, I never got into " the call" thing, but somebody here should know what it is.
Do you ever wonder if all the people who started up the Petro scam, knew they were eventually going to be exposed and were willing to accept the consequences , in order to enjoy a big bag of cash they buried ,years down the road? What do you think they will get? A couple years in jail for good behavior and after that, they disappear , a few million to divy up,and they're good to go. If I was a scumbag , and had no life, I would do it!
Wow...welcome to Deadsville. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
I suppose covering as many bases as you can when running a scam is pretty important. In my opinion.
Quote : "but they didn’t know they were on the air, so I heard about 5 minutes of the conversation. This was after Owen was arrested.". That's very interesting! What did u hear??
I was talking about everything including the lousy telephone calls.
It's funny to follow along thou. Guess we still got til November, to keep blabbin'
I don't understand. How long are they allowed to carry on like this? Shouldn't the SEC or the local authorities be shutting this gong show down? It's so unprofessional and embarrassing !
lets say ,if Petro shares were available today, for us to purchase, and from what we have seen from this company, especially in the last year,I would guarantee, no one would touch them with a ten foot pole. you would have to be mentally retarded to plug one lousy dime into this debacle. I can admit that I was dumb enough to do so aprox. a year ago,but I certainly didn't know what I know now. The people who are still pumping up this scam should be ashamed of themselves for doing so. Perhaps they are too proud to admit that they were/are wrong, but they know deep down, what the truth really is. It is so incredibly obvious on what is happening here, that it boggles my mind how anyone involved can still see hope in making any money on this. What a joke! A really bad joke, and its plain to see that not many people are LOL ing anymore. Petro America is not a scam? Its worse than that. Its an insult to anyone with half a brain in their head. New CEO? Another joke! She should get out of there while she still can ,or she will be marching off to the slammer with those other clowns.

Petro America Corp.
Last week, the Chairmain of the Board and President of Petro America Corp., Mr. Gregory Cornley, hosted the Petro America Corp. shareholder update call. The following is a summary of what was discussed.
Mr. Cornley stated that when an organization has been thrown off track as Petro America Corp. was with recent events, including the stepping down of our founder and former CEO, it takes some time and effort to get back on track. We’ve been working very hard to do just that, and we are now going strong.
On the previous call, you were told that Mr. Cornley took over as interim CEO, and that he had been promoted to President and Chairman of the Board. You were also told that we had a new CEO.
The new CEO is a native Kansan. She comes to us with an impressive background as a corporate executive in a major corporation. Mr. Cornley then stated that the new CEO would make a few introductory comments and he would then return to close the call with a few points on where Petro America Corp. is at this time. He then introduced the new CEO of Petro America Corp., Dr. Gladys Hankins.
Dr. Hankins thanked Mr. Cornley and wished all Petro America Corp. shareholders a good evening.
Dr. Hankins then went on to say that she was a proud Petro America Corp. shareholder, and has been one since 2008.
Dr. Hankins said that she totally embraces the vision of our founder, Dr. Owen Hawkins. It is a beautiful vision where all shareholders have an opportunity to attain the great American dream. Many of whom may never have been in a position to do so otherwise. And because of the humanitarian and philanthropic work that will come from this, she believes we can make the world a better place.
Dr. Hankins then stated that she enjoyed a successful career as a corporate executive for a major Fortune 500 company, one of the largest international companies in the world.
At one time, the company was considered one of the best managed companies in the world by Fortune Magazine. She feels that she was privileged, over the course of her career, to learn a great deal about the art of managing, and essentially, about how to be an effective and strong leader.
After she retired from her corporate role, she started her own consulting company and had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including major corporations, The Federal Government, and several non-profit organizations. In this position, she consulted and taught in many parts of the world in the area of Organizational Effectiveness (which deals with how effectively organizations are able to function) and diversity (which deals with people all over the world having issues in dealing with others who are different from themselves.) These differences can be race, gender, ethnicity, religion, physical traits, and they can also be invisible differences such as how people think, their values, their beliefs, their personal preferences, etc.
Dr. Hankins has a wealth of experience in that her international work took me across Asia (China, Japan, South Korea), Europe including several Eastern Bloc countries (Moscow, Budapest, Hungary and Buccharest, Romania) , North and South Africa, North America (including Canada) and South America (including Venezuela and Brazil.) and The Middle East (Dubai, Beirut, and Bahrain where she taught a class of Saudi Arabian men).
Dr. Hankins is also a former adjunct college professor, having taught at a Jesuit university in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Hankins is a member of several boards of directors, including the Hospice Board, and the Institutional Review Board (or IRB) of a major hospital. The IRB is the group that reviews and either approves or disallows clinical trials for new health procedures and new medication that has not yet been approved by the FDA. She am also a member of community service organizations and committees.
Dr. Hankins has written several books, both non-fiction as well as fiction, and published three. Her first book was on diversity and dealt with the problems organizations face when people are allowed to bring their negative prejudices into the workplace. Her former CEO at my company wrote the Foreword to that book.
Her next two published books were mystery novels, one for the teens/pre-teens audience.
Dr. Hankins stated that she has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development. That field deals with understanding how people in organizations function, as well as how organizations can be improved through the contributions, decisions, commitment, styles, and behavior of its members.
Next Dr. Hankins shared my philosophy, which is that success is always attainable. But attaining success is not an automatic process.
· It requires hard work.
· It means keeping one’s word and meeting commitments.
· It involves learning everything there is to learn about everything involved in the business,
· and setting standards of excellence which must always be adhered to.
· It means not compromising your principles, your values, your standards, or your goals.
· In short, success means: doing right things right.
At a very young age Dr. Hankins was taught that anything worth doing is worth doing well. She has always taken this principle seriously and apply it to everything that she does. She also believes in setting high expectations for one self and others and holding to those expectations.
Dr. Hankins expectation for this corporation is tied to her vision for this corporation, and that is that we will be successful; that we will be trading, and that our subsidiaries will be profitable in a way that generates revenue for the corporation and increases shareholder value.
Being a leader means getting things done effectively, efficiently and expediently, with and through others. This is what Dr. Hankins consider to be her responsibility as she takes on this role. It is a challenging position, one that she commits to doing her very best in order for us to be successful.
Dr. Hankins stated that, she and the energetic management team are making sure that they dot every "i" and cross every "t" as they go forward in this process. They are taking no shortcuts because they believe that if they did so it could come back to bite us. "In other words, as best we can, we are doing right things right!"
Dr. Hankins then wished all of the shareholders the very best that life has to offer. That includes good health, happiness, prosperity, and an optimistic outlook in your daily lives. She then ask for the continued understanding and support of the shareholders. She then let everyone know that we have a very small, hard-working team, and while we want to be responsive to your individual questions, we ask that you kindly continue to tune in to these update calls to get your questions answered about what’s happening in Petro America Corp-Kansas.
With that, she ended her introductory comments turned the call back over to Mr. Cornley, to give a brief update on Petro Americ Corp.
Mr. Cornley thanked Dr. Hankins and let her know that we were proud to have her as part of the team. He then said that he hoped all the Petro shareholders would now know that the company and its efforts were in good hands.
Mr. Cornley continued with the update of where Petro America Corp. was at this time. The management team is looking for new headquarters office space and updating our Petro America Corp. website. The team is also making good progress in getting confirmations out to our shareholders of the number of shares in their accounts. Our accountant is also in the process of preparing our financial reports and our auditor now has what he needs to start a thorough review of our company, including making a thorough assessment of our assets. When this is completed, he will make his recommendation for us to trade to the market maker.
Mr. Cornley then stated that all of these things are going on, and more. Mr. Cornley also stated that he would love to be able to tell eveyone when all of this would be completed, but he said that he could not, because he, himself, did not know a date at this time. Mr. Cornley also stated that the company has been doing everything we can, on a very limited budget because as some of you may know, all our funds have been frozen, in connection with the court case that is in process.
He then stated that he was proud to say that we are moving right along and getting things done, just at a slower pace. But the things that will get our company trading are in process. We are laying the groundwork for a solid foundation. We believe that by being as thorough as we can, things will go relatively smoothly, and that it will all be finished in a timely fashion.
Mr Cornley then had these words in closing:
"In the meantime, we want to say that you can never know how much your support has meant to us. It shows us we are on the right track and at some point, we hope to be able to give you some definitive timetables. When that day comes, I can guarantee you, we all will rejoice. I want to thank you all for being a part of this Petro America family."
Thank you for being a Petro America Corp. shareholder.

From Hawkins to Hankins, that's too funny!
I wonder if the company will change more so than the name of the boss?
Maybe instead of asking for a refund, I should be inquiring about getting a good deal on a boat, or a fur coat.
I know of two people who have requested a refund months ago now, with no response. This is certainly no surprise . Way too late for that.
No doubt about that! I bet right now,if Petro was capable of refunding investors their money, you would have 95% interested. Mind you, being able to get half their money back, would probably be about the same.
That's fine, and I can respect other peoples opinions. I certainly am not the most knowledgable poster here, but I don't have to be to see how crooked this all is.
I'm thinking Petro hired a new CEO who specializes in boring people to death. Soon this will all fizzle out, as per plan. Guess a person has to stay tuned, until all involved are in jail at least.
Well, for one, that's what they have been telling us since day 1, that they are cash poor. Also, when they are asking us for more money to hire a lawyer, that tells us that they don't have very much dough either. Or how about passing around a collection plate juring weekly meetings.
But they have no money , anything of value is ceased, at least until Nov. They wouldn't even try to return any money til then too.
So....is it true that we have to wait til November now ,for anything interesting to happen? Cause this is getting pretty boring. Even Nodummy has ran out of things to dig up.
True enough, you roll the dice with any of this penny stock crap ,thinking one of these times , one will pay off. Some day I'll get one right. At least Petro had some drama to it!
Here's another fact. I feel pretty stupid about it too. What was I thinking?
Fact: I sent these scumbags some money, and I will never see it again .
Ha, yeah right, I've given up on my shares a long time ago. Evidently they're tied up in a boat purchase from a few months ago. I wish I had time to goof around and hang out with those dudes but I'm too busy at work. (Stupid monitary system) Any of you guys follow that Zeitgeist stuff? That would be the way to go.
Watching those bozo's on that video ,reflects how pathetic Petro really is. What a pack of losers! They look like they should be hanging out in front of a bottle depot instead!
They would have to do that from jail then
Looks like we are all gettin kinda bored with this now. Go Petro!
Thieves, bandits, cheaters , liars, rapists, meatheads,...they probably got it all covered.
Of all the info on Petro available, and not just on this blog, there is absolutely nothing pointing towards any positive outcome. If shares were available today, a person would have to be a total moron to invest in this incredibly obvious scam. Just about every person running this joke from day one, is either a proven scamer, lier, cheater, rapest,etc,etc... Yet, for some reason , there are still those who try and convince us to believe in this shit. It's unreal! Kind of sad really. FFF is right in saying that we are dealing with paid bloggers here. It's the only thing that makes sense. And why all the crap about everyone being nervous about Petro moving forward, and hoping it doesn't trade? That makes no sense!! if by some billion to one chance that I even get some of my money back, I would be happy!
Well ,So much for the Possum Pie I was gonna send you for Christmas then.
Am I rich yet? i got a lot of Christmas shopping to do still and..........wait a sec, this is the petro forum, never mind.
Jewel encrusted rubber boots!
I assume they will be dipping into the LDF in order to buy rubber boots for everyone who has to walk through the mud and water while visiting Owen! Wahhh! What a joke! Lol!!
