Jim, the board is lagging. Maybe you could contact VYDR and see if they have something that can be posted?
At Least David Is Still There:
I sent them a message asking why they haven't posted anything. This is the response I got:
... while I understand your frustration, you need to understand that I and others are working on our own nickel to make sure that your and our investments in Vydrotech is worth something and we are making progress. Unfortunately as we are a public company, our SEC attorney is calling the shots. We hope to have something out this quarter once he approves.

If we are holding VYDR which is an independent company would we even be impacted by RNNM being reborn? However, IMHO what will be interesting is who has the rights to the Scorpion.
On second thought, if Ronn is the majority stock holder in VYDR, he could, conceivably, force yet another management shake-up unless he signed some document that precludes him from having anything to do with VYDR management.
I just wonder where he is getting his funding from to even attempt starting up another company. It seems to me that this might be the 3rd time he has done this. I'd have to dig through my research of a few years ago but I think I remember that he started a company, had several name changes and incorporation changes and product changes and finally settled in NJ and Ronn Motor Company in Texas. Very convoluted trying to follow this gentleman.
It will be an interesting New Year.
Speaking of which: Happy Holidays of your choice folks!
Has anybody seen Looper yet? Were you able to spot the Scorpion?
So what is with this wild (that is sarcasm folks) price jump for Vydrotech? Is something in the wind? I seem to keep missing the news.
This one too. New management now.
Hey, Jim. Time to let this message go.
Well, at least KPN Advisors have finally put up their active website. http://www.kpnadvisors.com/
But I still don't know how long the two ancient, out-of-date messages will remain at the top of this board.
Just out of curiousity, how long will these two historical and by now irrelevant messages remain at the top of this site? This reminds me of KPN's "temporary" website with only one link, a PR by Ronn and nothing about any other customers of KPN.
If Navarro is top person in KPN Advisors, what position is Kim Pichanick who started the company in 2007?
Thanks for the iBox info. I appreciate the knowledge transfer.
Thanks. I didn't know that. I appreciate the knowledge transfer.
Does anybody else find all the pictures of the Scorpion and the various charts and the two permanent posts at the top of the board to be an annoyance. When I stop by this board I'd like to get to the posts directly and not have to scroll way down the page to see what is new.
Although, I guess it is better than the vague postings by certain people that are pure rumor and apparently have not been vetted for facts before being posted.
So far RNNM has had multiple sales of the one car they have, ownership has moved to China, there are numerous new financial backers, they've moved into and out of many locations in and around Marble Falls, TX, and there has been a change in management.
And not one of these activities has had a positive impact on the stock. Absolutly amazing.
Maybe we could have a new rumor? I know, Google is going to invest in RNNM because they are investing in a wind farm off the eastern US coast so they are into alternate energy products and the Scorpion has a proven track record in saving fuel. I know because Ronn said so. :) ROTFLOL.
A question was asked on the Yahoo! board about contacting RNNM. I know that I've never received a reply to any of my message. Does anybody here have a valid way to reach anybody in Ronn Motors? I believe that even Shane can't reach Ronn these days.
Agreed. I worked there for many years (not in Patents) and I would doubt that any examiner will divulge any information prior to publication. However, if Marketinsider knows who Ronn's legal councel is and can get them to talk...
Anyway, given that the pendency is currently running up to almost 36 months http://www.uspto.gov/patents/stats/patentpendency.jsp I would doubt that any of us will still be interested by then.
Please see my earlier response. The quoted statement is in error as applications are published 18 months after submission.
All patent applications are "secret" for 18 months; i.e. they are not published during that period. After the 18 month period they are all published with the exception of the classified secret and above applications that are handled by what used to be called Group 2200.
Correction:
Applications are under:
http://appft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html
OK. I do have to correct a statement that Ronn made in the interview. Since November 2000:
USPTO WILL BEGIN PUBLISHING PATENT APPLICATIONS.The U.S will join Europe and Japan, where patent applications are already regularly published
PRESS RELEASE
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will begin publishing, for the first time, patent applications filed on or after November 29, 2000 eighteen months after the effective filing date of the application. Applications will be published electronically and will be available on the Internet at www.uspto.gov . Publication of patent applications before a patent is granted is one of the most fundamentally significant changes to the U.S. patent system in this century, and stems from a statutory mandate contained in the American Inventors Protection Act of 1999 (AIPA).
You might ask where I got this:
http://www.uspto.gov/news/pr/2000/00-72.jsp
So, as I published earlier at http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html
you can search for any combination of terms concerning RNNM and I don't think you will find any applications filed for Ronn Motors contrary to what Ronn states in the interview. As Ronn did not state when his patent application was submitted, there is no way to tell if it is within the 18 month black-out window, but the USPTO does publish applications before final action.
Finally, a post with a bit of information. Thank you for this. I was beginning to wonder if Ronn was still around.
Neither of those posts are from E-H but are both from RNNM with no substance behind them. All forward looking statements that can't be verified.
Marketinsider you haven't posted the latest from http://www.ebeling-heffernan.com/newsdetail_2_20441.html
"Ronn Motors RNNM USA Auto-Maker Ronn Motors looks set to post some revenue from the sale of the H2GO units and the car, www.ronnmotors.com."
For those in doubt go to the below link and search on any combination of words that might provide a positive result.
http://appft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html
Have you tried to contact Ronn Motor Co in Marble Falls? Do you have a mailing address for them in Marble Falls? Why don't they name names? It is like clutching at fog. There just is no substance to this release. Have you tried to verify anything in this post you made?
Excellent link. Thanks. Made for good reading.
You really should post the link when you lift a quote directly from it.
Your statement is part of a large paragraph located at http://www.ebeling-heffernan.com/newsdetail_1_20130.html
and it doesn't say anything.
3 German luxury cars only achieved global sales growth rate of 10%; however, if RNNM managed to sell even one Scorpion they would have a 100% increase in sales. Hmmm, statistics. Great for manipulating facts aren't they?
"may soon be available in China" is an interesting way of saying nothing. When the word "will" can be used with a specific date, then you have something.
And, moving to the top of your post, I could say this about almost any penny stock. When SIRI was at 5c everybody said it was either going up through the roof or was going to go completely under. They managed to make it to around $1.00 with a lot of subscribers and satellites in space. RNNM hasn't put one car on the street in the hands of a private person. I don't believe they've put one quart of Ronnzoil into a engine. So, yes, it has the chance of going into the $1-$2 range but only if the company gets off their duff and starts behaving like a company.
As an aside, I do hold a small number of shares but for the life of me I don't know why.
This is from: http://www.ebeling-heffernan.com/newsdetail_2_19786.html
RNNM Ronn Motors Also over sold, news will matter here, the right news would see it flying.
This is a non-post as the statement could be made for every stock out there.
I wonder when the products will actually begin to sell. I can't seem to find anything at all about that.
What is the link to Boss Motors Asia?
