You were expecting something different? Of course this is a typical pinky.
This is one of the ugliest POS stocks on the OTC...and that's saying alot, LOL.
Oh really? The truth is it happens all the time. Read your brokerage contract...you will find that brokerages have the right to sell your shares at any price if you don't pay fees owed to them. Happens quite often with penny investors that have lost most of their money. Sometimes it's someone that just wants out of what they consider a losing proposition; and with a zero bid stock, they can call their broker to sell for whatever they can get.
Anyone shake their "Magic 8 Ball" today for the latest advice on RMTD?
I doubt any U.S. funds invest in penny stocks even though it's legal if stated in their charter. Almost all funds have charters that prevent them from buying any stocks under $5.00, and even if there is a fund that can buy penny stocks....who the heck would invest in them?
Some investment firms do list penny stock holdings, but they are normally held in beneficial interest for an investor, and not owned by the firm.
I don't think we will se any audited financials for this POS, and IMO, the only new development forthecoming is another rise in the auhorized.
It means they're sitting on the sidelines with no shares to offer.
Taxs loss sellers? It's called dilution, and do you think the timing of the forward looking P.R. is just a coincidence? Business as usual for this POS.
Does that TD glitch have some kind of meaning to you?
Like I said, it's an interesting situation and the buy in is cheap enough. Good luck!
Anything is possible, but the odds of T reverse merging into either or both could only be decribed as astronomical. Why do you think T has already mentioned going the IPO route? To reap the cash benefits of that method of going public.
Just for the sake of arguement, if the silly notion of T actually reverse merging with the aforementioned entities, existing shareholders would most likely be reverse split into oblivian. Still, this is an interesting story...
Thanks for clearing that up, LOL. CEOS are corporate officers, in addition to being an employee of the corporation they work for.
Not sure what your point is, but if you research "asset acquisitions", you will find that key employees often are retained by the company acquiring the assets. The company was in default, they were forced to sell the assets...common shareholders in these situations end up with zilch. Just be glad it's still trading..
The money went exactly where it was intended, to buy platforms to enhance their business.
It didn't take long for the increased authorized to turn this from a pos into a POS....
What success are you talking about?
Just a typical "stinky pinky". This one's shaping up to be my biggest loser this year. It's all about timing, and I sure got this one wrong!
EFFI has completed several acquisitions, and still 0 revenues. That tells the whole story IMO.
Oh brother....
No, they are not at zero....they're below .0001, but most quotation services' programs do not quote below .0001. Private placement shares are almost always restricted, and do not show up in the volume until sold. Have you seen any 504's in any filing for RMTD shares?
No way are they private placements. Most likely they were forced sales by brokers. Brokers have the right to liquidate assets from investors that owe money and are unresponsive to requests.
No he can't, shares trade below that threshold all the time. Here's RMTD trades going back through 10/27.

For crap microcap stocks the only thing to believe in is timing. Guess right, some money...guess wrong and lose.
"the company intends to become a leading operator of automated bitcoin machines in North America"......LOL, like that's going to happen.
"Substantially all" and "all" are as black is to white. Telogis acquired assets, not the corporation. Why are so many so confused about something that is obvious?
Many corporations use foreign divisions to purchase assets for tax advantages, particularly in the area of depreciation....It could be the reason, but know one knows except the principals involved.
Do you know the difference between "Substantially All Assets", and Telogis acquires RMTD? I guess not, and as to Telogis buying the "shell", LOL...if you knew anything about basic filing requirements and public disclosure requirements you would know that's not correct. I'm glad you're smart, so it should be pretty simple for you to start getting your facts in line with reality.
Short volume is high because they know where this POS is going. Probably convertible note holders with a non dilution clause shorting against the box. Such is life in penny land.
I was able to sell this twice for .0001 with no bid. The first time it took a couple of days, the second time around it took several months. I think at zero bid, mm's that also have brokerage accounts, such as ETrade, will match buyers and sellers. Luckily, the third time around I was able to sell at .0004 when the high volumes hit earlier this year.
Looks like they're diluting this POS. Maybe so they can buy/lease another BTC machine to install in a Mom & Pop store and P.R. that they have increased their business in the sector by 100%.....
Rule 144 does not cover exempt shares.
Provide the links and I'll be glad to look.
Everyone claiming to be right, but no one references any laws or rules to back up their statements.
FACT: Small corporations can issue shares without filing in certain circumstances, private placements are one example. I can provide the SEC rules that cover this, but it would nice if some of you learned how to do your own DD.
"Also the acquiring company would have to catch up on filings before selling any shares. That could take a year. Why announce until they have all the filings."
.....You post your opinions as if there's some semblance in fact. You cannot acquire or have an intention to acquire a publicly traded company and keep it secret. Public disclosure of material facts are a must, no exceptions.
The definition of foreclose: "to take back property because the money owed for the property has not been paid".
That is what happened, although many confuse the more common usage of foreclosure where there's a court filing such as foreclosing on a mortgage.
I know that. Once more, what do you see that I don't?
"Trademark info."....Telogis bought substantially all of RMTD's assets. Looks pretty straight forward, what is it that I don't see?
That is exactly how a pump & dump works. If you think all P&D's have paid promoters, then you are mistaken. Most P&D's are started by a buying group that front loads, then start hitting the boards. Works best with a catalyst, but that's not always necessary....all you need is a good story and naive buyers.
Go back earlier this year when volumes increased...Look at the posters, look at the churn. 99% of the posters have disappeared, sounds like a pump & dump to me, but what do I know?
Ahhhh....I get it, now.
