IFXY - Yes it looks like .006 will continue to hold. Your buys down there will be rewarded. Just the assets Infrax acquired from purchasing profitable companies Trimax and Broadband Specialists make the stock worth at least 5x more than the current price. Many penny investors are unable to see this, but you can bet any big companies considering buyout offers will have to factor in book value.
Okay, hang in there! We're doing fine at this point in time IMO.
Best,
DrZ
Yes, but the posts clearly show someone with a fear-based expectation. Fine to ask questions, but phrasing them that way only hurts your own cause by spreading FUD. QSGIQ events will unfold as they need to, can't force them.
TY c-major. Also like the quick comment about each one. Thursday, Friday (or weekend) are good days to post some Watch stocks. I am going to assemble the best suggestions and put up a weekly watch list sticky post at the beginning of each new trading week.
From what I saw it looked likely the commons would not survive. Hope you didn't buy any...just wanted to point out a RM while in initial stages. Trading-wise, they are a different beast so be careful. Worth keeping an eye on for new positive developments though.
Right, I tend to gravitate towards the OTC-QB's for that very reason. We are looking at FEEL for a possible recommendation in this type of stock as well.
IFXY - I have been calling that .006 bottom for a long time, and it has always held:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57369720
However, with the intense flipping lately, I want to make sure it has stabilized again before recommending another .006 buy. Check in periodically for my call....I want you to get the best value for your shares.
Your DD on the TEMN board has been very valuable. Thanks to you.
Best,
DrZ
There's your SMVI moving blademan! Hopefully you still had shares.
Regards,
DrZ
Here's a Q play that just emerged from BK:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=19862
The first item to ascertain: will any common shares remain intact after the plan of reorganization (POR) is finalized? Most of the time answer is "no".
That's what was so unique about QSGIQ. The commons of the former company will make up 13% of the OS of the new company (Kruscom). Tomorrow and Friday could be big as long as no issues comes up. You guys might be able to quick-trade as long as you keep an eye on the events there.
Oh yes, we've had our fair share of snipers popping up here in the past. 1971 and I used to write these elaborate DD-based replies to 'conclusively' refute the BS. Now we tend to ignore them because replying only brings another post from said fool.
Yes indeed! Why do you think this gold play hasn't moved like so many others recently?
Spartans, let's help get that wrong phone number changed!
When we were trying to get the float corrected, didn't one of you deal with Yahoo Finance to figure out how they update info there?
What was the procedure?
TIA,
DrZ
TEMN - I had flipped out of it already but re-bought today @ .0012.
Looks like this stock can be played 2 ways at the same time: trade a little on surges while building/maintaining a position for a longer haul. Do you like that strategy for TEMN Awaken?
It's hard to recommend them once well into the RM process...waiting for court filings and unexpected delays kill the PPS in between these huge surges (assuming the merger is moving along successfully overall).
For example, I wanted to recommended QSGIQ @ .08 yesterday (own about 100K shares there) because I have been following the proceedings and understand what court dates mean what, etc. If you just look at it from a chart standpoint you probably wouldn't like it. IMO people shouldn't even be using TA on these Q stocks. I just look at the most basic things like recent support levels. One has to do their own DD and then trust it. Also, gauging investor sentiment by carefully reading and interpreting the message board has more significance than with other plays...who is saying what and why.
Very good, it's nice to see you and some other iHubbers I respect still on this one.
A lot of those were mine. When work prevents me from live trading that day, I often guess at a GFD order price in the early morning. Happy to have caught a nice batch of 12's today.
Hi Dog. That XRMB was a dormant shell that was recently "activated". Do you play RM stocks or steer away from them? They definitely require a different trading philosophy and set of risk/reward factors.
No use contacting SEC unless one can provide substantial evidence of wrongdoing. Unfortunately, those FINRA daily short numbers alone will not prove anything.
I share your sentiment that it really makes no sense to be back at these levels right now. No doubt in my mind the core longs have no interest in selling at .006. We weren't selling at before at this level; now we have acquired a company that immediately creates more revenue....why would the same investors now sell at the same price they were holding through all this time? I fully expect .006 to hold. If it doesn't, I will be contacting Infrax to address this problem with their stock movement.
So yes, IMO there may be some monkey business going on. My hope is that someone wants in big and is only looking to get the price down temporarily so they can load (or cover). I want to give this another day or 2 to play out first.
This POR was created to preemptively address potential issues before they became official objections! Lookin good IMO!
Still here. Still loading on dips....dum de dum dum....
In real life I'm a golf nut and was already familiar with FEEL products! Shoulda been on this stock earlier, but better late than never bro.
Can I finally get in now? I've got a little money to spend...
Nice call! Thanks cookie2. Sector-wise, it feels like oil/gas/energy stocks are replacing rare mineral stocks as the hot industry plays.
STTN - thanks I'll check that one later today.
Also accumulating SMMT on daily dips.
Not much - at least today. Generally I can trade around my 'real' job, but still there are days where I am out at a client's site and can't watch the market (like today).
Looking for a re-buy point at TEMN after the profit taking today - a PR should be coming out there to fuel another surge.
Notice in the sticky how accurate my prediction was at IFXY. More news today and it is mini-churning trying to decide to weather to take the next leg up. It does not react to good news as well to as it should so I understand why some are not into that one. The day-to-day action doesn't bother me as much because I am truly in it for the long haul.
I would also like to buy some FEEL if it pulls back enough. Keep an eye on things and I'll check in after market. Thanks!
Morning SD!
At the booth: "Hi, my name is Ely. If you have any questions about Infrax products, ANY questions no matter how technical, I can answer them for you."
Yup. In the early days of Infrax one had to dig and read between the lines to figure out what the company plans to do. Now the master plan has unfolded enough so dot connecting is not even necessary anymore.
OMG the full boot!? I like to know where ALL the Spartans stand on IFXY. "R60", remember when you received an invitation to that off-line group we had a few months ago....post there so I can contact you.
IFXY - gap filled -- green tomorrow!!!
FEEL gapped big this morning though. I like the stock long-term, but don't have any shares....wonder if it will come back to fill.
I HATE when that happens: finding a great undiscovered stock, putting it on the Fav list, meaning to buy shares "real soon" ...
Then check it after a few days of neglect and it just 3 bagged!
Some other interesting ones I stumbled upon recently are XRMB and NVAE. They both spiked on nothing substantive and look to be settling back down for another go in the future.
Stage One complete. Activate first booster rocket...
Buy QSGIQ before the merger is finalized and voila! You own legacy shares!
Slowly and patiently accumulating here...singing la la la...dum de dum.....
The headlines say the acquisition was Broadband Holdings, Inc, but the primary target for Infrax was the largest holding Broadband Specialists, Inc: http://www.bsicable.com/
From their Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide our clients a broad spectrum of telecommunication construction and technical services for deployment of voice, data, video, and smart grid infrastructure utilizing a well trained, highly skilled, professional and safety oriented team...
While in development stage, Infrax only needed to be a small company. Now they have some great products to sell, but there is lot of labor involved to install/configure. As the size of their contracts increases I was thinking "how are they going to handle all of that implementation"? Pay for outside contractors? Nope, now they can do all of that "in house" and make full profit on the labor! Just an awesome addition if you ask me!
IMO the phenomenon exists solely because of a common group mentality amongst technical analysts....so many believe it should happen, they make it happen by trading that way.

@#$! gap is now filled
Or I kinda like the idea of holding some reasonable gains today and building over the week. If Awaken's hunch is right, some PRs in the coming days could act like booster rockets lifting TEMN to higher and more sustainable levels than a big one-day up/down.
Wow already did VZ! Next stop .003?
TEMN Here we GOOOOOOOOOO!
