I would think they'll change the ticker eventually, but probably not until they're more established and plan to keep building the business. They have a bit of room still before a RS is necessary - hopefully, they use it… or, don't actually dilute. I don't recall ever seeing an OTC stock refrain from diluting though. As far as I remember, a RS can bring on a temporary halt, but don't quote me on that.
That would buy a lot of puppy chow! Anything seems possible in the OTC. Let's see what EESO has in store for us. At least they're being transparent and letting us know as things progress.
Good points. It explains a lot. Looking forward to the private yacht!
Hopefully the yield sign arrives soon so it's open to everyone. It doesn't seem fair that MM's are the only ones who can buy in the US between an announcement of filing and the yield sign arriving.
Nice! I hope it happens. Yes, go Dana! Go EESO!
That sucks! It's not a nice feeling when you get completely scammed. Hopefully some of them held their shares and can make a bit back with the new EESO.
Glad you managed to cash in a bit at least! Looking forward to things moving along.
Ouch! The ride back down is painful. I've done that more times than I'd like to admit. With a 3B OS, I think EESO could do that again with the right news. I've certainly seen bigger OS companies blow past .05.
The new SEC rules certainly have put a damper on things! I've heard that a couple of filings will get a company to the yield sign, making it tradable again, but I don't know much about this kind of thing.
I'm surprised how quiet this board is, considering all that EESO has been up to. I haven't seen many companies come back from the abyss like this - I think it's pretty awesome! But, I guess if I'd gone through ten years of nothing, after being roasted by JH, I might be a little hesitant to believe as well. Hopefully, everyone comes out on top in the end.
Xavier's advertising needs, coupled with whatever Ice Storm can bring in, should make for a good ride up with EESO.
Nice update to the EESO OTC Markets profile page - website and company officers all updated!

Great! Looking forward to good things here.
Why would they change the name of the company, or the ticker? I have shares in quite a few companies that don't have names or tickers that reflect the current business. I suspect if they make a go of EESO they'll make the effort to change things at that point.
That's good to hear. A brand new EESO!
Ouch! But, the new EESO owners have already filed documents - I'm not sure how they could have done that without already having controlling interest in the company, and dealing with the skeletons.
It appears EESO has some nasty history! Did the old CEO end up in prison?
Amazing things are happening! Go PHIL!
That would have been a good run! Hopefully EESO does something similar this time. At least it looks like it's the real deal this time.
Soon I would think. I know it's the first time I've felt secure in my PHIL investment though… nice! Now the BB/RS question is my only concern left.
Let's hope EESO makes a go of it. They're getting the Ice Storm name out there at least - hopefully, they scoop some big clients.
I suspect we'll be getting quite a bit of news from EESO as soon as they are current that we'll be able to gauge their value with. Tough to say at this point.
This is the best news we've seen from PHIL in a very long time… definitive proof that things are actually moving forward!
Good to hear about all of this! They definitely put EESO in motion for a reason.
Are you saying that there are hundreds of millions of shares on the ask somewhere? To me, it looks like every share that gets put up for sale (at a reasonable level) is indeed getting gobbled up. Obviously, that's not going to happen with any shares that are posted too high, but someone is definitely buying all the low level EESO they can get - the dollar value is dependent on the number of shares for sale.
Does anyone think EESO could be an immediate penny play as a marketing agency, or will they need something more enticing?
Ha! Leaving a trail of crumbs all the way up to even are you. Someone's still gobbling up all things EESO. Let's hope it continues!
Indeed! It should get back up there soon. EESO is looking good!
Not a bad day for EESO!
Perhaps those will be gone tomorrow? I don't think you'll have any problems breaking even at 0018 - EESO seems to move on very low volume. Once things start rolling, it should pop.
That's awesome! Some very good plays. Hopefully RNVA is your next money maker!
Were those your 0008's that sold? It looks like someone is quietly gobbling up all the EESO shares they can. We appear to be totally under the radar!
Nice! A whole new EESO.
Seriously? That would send PHIL into orbit!
Nice! Out of curiosity, what was the OS on that stock? Not comparing it to RNVA, just curious how these OTC stock move.
Been in EESO for awhile have you? I've been there many times.
Yes, I'm in Canada. That wasn't me that got the 0002's unfortunately, but I have a bid in.
When I was with another broker in Canada, I could get a buy order placed on stocks they wouldn't let me trade online by calling in, so that might indeed work for those in the US.
I was hoping to get some more EESO .0002's before the next tweet… not going to happen now I guess.
That was a good little pop. It could get exciting!
That's great. The SS doesn't look too bad either, so EESO might actually launch quite well.
Indeed it does. It took less time than I thought too. From what I remember seeing, EESO was really far behind on their paperwork.
