Whats going on, news leak?
I doubt you will get much out of Tom. He is very careful on what information he gives. This was my email just a few days ago: "Can you comment at all as to when final FDA approval will happen allowing for the shipping of the device?"
Here was my response: Tom Wood <twood@remsleep.com>

We can’t give current inside advantages. We are focused on the company and it’s products. We are in the process of building a substantial competitive company.
I guess you wouldn't mind providing the links showing the promotion. I am just not seeing it.
Can someone please actually show me the promotion going on by Remsleep. They can't because there isn't one.
As the day traders and flippers sell their final shares and they are bought up by longer term investors, then this will start a steady climb. Looking forward to the next 2-4 months.
So your saying you can't carry a product and sell it if you don't make it? You better tell that to amazon, Walmart, and just about every other business out there. There is a lot of money to be made in selling other peoples products, that should be obvious.
LOL, do you think he just designed this device yesterday. I am sure he has had prototypes for several years. That doctor obviously tried a prototype and loved it. He would have no way of knowing when it was going to hit the market.
You are correct.
It is. You are correct as far as I have been told.
"What they really meant is that they DID have a social media account (the Twitter account that we have all seen), but it was taken down, so they do not currently have an account?"
Yes, I believe so. I don't have the ability to send you a private message so I will leave my answer at that.
The way I understand it is only they post about debt pain off is fake, everything else was real.
From what I understand, the twitter page and everything on it was legit, just not the post about debt paid off. This is from the PR "has become aware of an unauthorized Twitter post incorrectly stating that the Company does not have any notes outstanding.
It seems to me they took the whole site down and will be starting another.
I thought that was a hilarious statement also that a "stock did a 2,500 bagger and only a few people made out". I guess the other 1,000 plus people rode it all the way up, then all the way down. SMH.
LOL, note conversions done, If they were still going on the price would have retraced back and lower to what we started with. This stock is consolidating nicely and the PPS gradual is increasing as people take profits. By the way, promoting your stock is not a bad thing when dilution isn't happening. Gets more eyes on RMSL.
EVERY product goes through time periods of conception, design, production, testing, alteration/modification, approvals then final production to marketing. We are at the final stages. Also, stop with the crap on how bad you think this product is. You have not used this one so you have no idea. Lets be reasonable and let the consumers decide that. A year from now that question will be answered.
LOL. "patients won't like the little "tube" inserted in the nostrils"
The P30i, (your favorite) looks to me to have "tubes" that insert in the nostrils. Guess you didn't mind that too much.
I bet the Dreamports you mentioned will undoubtly have problems keeping a good seal throughout the night and at nearly $100 a month, that will get expensive.
LOL, "Is sleep apnea a big market"
"The Global Sleep Apnea Devices Market is expected to exceed more than US$ 7.50 Billion by 2024 at a CAGR of 7.5% in the given forecast period."
https://www.marketresearchengine.com/sleep-apnea-devices-market
If you just start asking around you will see lots of people use a CPAP machine and most dislike the mask because it is claustrophobic feeling. The design Remsleep has will do well.
I emailed him first. I didn't post my half of it.
Here is an email I received last month when I asked about the product:
twood@remsleep.com
Mon 12/9/2019 10:00 PM
"The product is amazing. I made it for myself because I was having all the problems you hear about. I solved all those problems. This is the only CPAP interface that can be worn everyday for 8,10,12 hours or longer without any miserableside effects. We are close, but appreciate I can’t give inside information."
People need to wake up here. This is a game changing health care product. Once Remsleep starts taking some of the market share, a company like Resmed, which is at $164 currently, will absolutely look to buy them out.
Email I received this morning when asking if an update would be soon.

Update coming. Have to careful about insider information.
At least you worded it nicely:)
Could be, but I have a feeling 99% of the dilution will be done by Friday's end and having a PR with the faucet off will have a much greater impact.
Sorry, that's what I meant. Forgot the $ sign in front of the 3,000,000.
I don't think there are many shares left to sell. I am hoping the .06 private placement for 3,000,000 would be enough to get them going and product selling.
They have the product. They have the right industry and sector. They just need to do this right and all of us will make money.
From the 10Q for period ending 09/30/19

During the nine months September 30, 2019, the Company granted 1,400,000 shares of common stock for services. The shares were valued at $0.04, the closing

Subsequent to September 30, 2019, One44 Capital LLC converted $40,000 and $3,456, of principal and interest, respectively, into 7,182,809 shares of common

That adds to 26,006,080 shares. Who knows what other loans have been added since Oct 1. There absolutely is dilution happening.
This is a game changer in CPAP. People need some patience here. You watch, there will be buyout offers as Remsleep starts gaining market share.
This has the makings of a dollar stock if one is patient enough to wait. Health care, multiple products coming out, huge design improvement on a highly utilized product, Smart CEO.
Ok, I cant tell if your serious or if you are just not looking. Its right here

From the August 12th press release:
ORLANDO, FL, Aug. 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via NEWMEDIAWIRE – REMSleep Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: RMSL) and its principals are pleased to announce the first production run of the new Deltawave is anticipated at the end of August, 2019. We continue to work our business plan. We have a Sales Manager and Marketing resources waiting for the green light. In addition, we have initiated design of our second product with our design engineer. This will be the women’s version of the Deltawave now that we have completed Deltawave. Women presently represent approximately 40% of the market for sleep apnea, and the company looks forward to presenting the Deltawave to market. We are confident the new Deltawave will make a huge impact for so many who are still struggling with sleep apnea.
I see it there now, sorry I didn't catch that. Just answering rancher64 question.

You get a gold star from me. I added yesterday and glad I did. I cant wait for this to really get rolling.
I work in health care and I can tell you, LOTS of people use CPAP and most are looking for a better way to use it. This could be HUGE.
That is the old site. It looks like it got a new web address to make room for the new one. IMO
Looks like we are close. I had emailed him early this week and he responded with end of this week. Fingers crossed. I have been nibbling away here though buying as I can afford it.
Yes, people where I live routinely pay much more for temperpedic and sleep number beds by the time they are done adding all the options.
I look at the potential of a company having an FDA approved medical device that has high number of people using who currently will jump on a better/more comfortable system. Not to mention other products, women's version, ventilation machine soon to be released. If dilution stays at bay, this could be a dollar quickly.
Website launches, no. Sales from website, yes.
Did the gap fill yet from a week ago. Doesn't matter to me but is everything to some.
