True, pharma is where the money is unfortunately. There could also be a buyout. I am in another stock that is working on getting a CPAP mask fda approved. You can look up for yourself that Resmed (huge company in CPAP world) has multiple times purchased tiny company's for their tech at insane prices of 200 million and much higher. Same could happen here, not impossible.
Well, maybe it could not sustain a $1 by valuation, but I have seen stocks with way less going for them and similar share structures (ENZC for example) hit or nearly hit that level. Every so often all of the right circumstances align, and you get a major runner. What the actual value of something vs the perceived value of it are 2 different things. A Michael Jordan jersey sold last year for 10 million, yet an NBA jersey can probably be bought for $100. Right now we have a crappy market and people are looking for action. Real company with real product. Future catalysts. Marketing company hired. Who knows here what could happen.
Thanks, couldn't remember what it was.
I remember watching that one. Wasn't in it but couldn't believe how it just kept going up each week. Do you recall the OS on that one. I think it was comparable to VDRM?
Things feel and are different this time. I personally think that Dr O had great success in inventing the original vitastem, but quickly realized that the staining would be an issue which was from the original transdermal delivery formulation. I can attest to that because I used the original formula. He then decided to pull it off the market and re-invent it which took a year plus to create the new delivery formula and test it for safety. It is much easier to use now since there is no worry of staining which I can also attest to. Now he can move forward with confidence in his products. There should be several big announcements in the next 2-3 months so if there is a pull back, it will probably be minor and short lived. IMHO.
It's going up! :)
E-trade shows 25,000
You are correct. Anyone can just contact the company and they will get you a bottle one way or another. It is being produced and sold, just not DTC yet, but it will be soon. People need a little more patience here.
Can't tell you anything more than what I did. That is all I know. I want to see this hit mass market asap also.
Exactly. To me, that is a big deal. Rich from IR wrote that they were "advised" to leave it (small OTC bottle) off the market until completed. Thought it wouldn't be long.
I emailed about that several days ago and was told the large bottles are currently sold to doctors/ nursing homes, ect. The small bottle that is OTC is being held back for a short time because they are trying to get insurance benefits so that it is covered by plans that pay for some OTC meds.
Question/response on twitter.
This reinforces what I have deciphered from communications. There are 2 bottle sizes. The large one is currently being sold to and distributed through health providers/nursing homes/ect.. There will be a smaller size for direct purchase off website which will be available shortly. It is being held back because they are working on getting insurance benefits approval so that it is covered which will be a huge boost for sales.
They are holding back the ultra for a short time yet because of trying to get OTC insurance benefits.
Not many OTC stocks in this stinky market with potential to run like VDRM does right now IMHO. VP$M ran over .10 recently, why can't we?
I wonder what the next surprise combination will be with their transdermal delivery system. I wasn't expecting a hair loss formula so soon so maybe a pain reliever combining it with something like lidocaine or maybe a skin care combining it with hyaluronic acid will be next in the works for the summer/fall?
I am pretty sure that it will be improved when the product is ready for sale in a few months.
"The product is expected to be ready to go to market and available to purchase online by the end of Q2 2023".
Same here. Thinning patch that drives me nuts. I will give it a try.
Intent Sciences was founded by Michael Balducci, who has over 20 years’ of experience growing startups, small businesses, and enterprise brands online.

Slops. I read you loud and clear. I decided to give benefit of the doubt one more time.
I can't answer for Slops, but I had emailed the company back in the fall telling them my situation of need and they sold me one. At that time, they told me they were still working out some kinks with the manufacturer, so I assume that I got an early production run bottle. If you are looking to buy one, call IR or the number on their old website and I am sure they will take care of you. I am guessing that a product website will soon be completed by IS and you will be able to order from there, but that is IMHO only.
Agreed.
It was on mine. Just the facts.
This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. If people would actually READ the https://viaderma.com/ website, on the first page it says "Our innovative, patent-pending dual carrier transdermal delivery technology can transform oral medications into topical ointments and deliver rapid results to the desired site of action." and also "Our transdermal technology can be used in any field, including cosmetics, sports supplements, first aid products, wound care, and treating common bacterial skin diseases like acne, eczema, and psoriasis."
Plus their 'Target Markets Globally" says "Acne, anti-aging, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, medical cannabis, diabetic amputations, finger and toe fungus, burn treatments, topical antibiotics, MALE PATTERN BALDNESS, pain management."
Some of the above are addressed with vitastem and others are yet to be invented.
What does this have to do with RMSL specifically? Remsleep had no part in this. It was those two bozos which did this with multiple stocks.
Why don't you actually try to understand the following: its not the Bacitracin that makes the difference, its the TRANSDERMAL delivery system. https://viaderma.com/
I can never understand why people who say they have a large position in a stock post constant negative SPECULATION. That is plain stupid financially. No one here knows everything that is going on behind the scenes so as a shareholder, I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. When I feel that is no longer warranted, I sell and move on.
Thanks. That is about what I was thinking it would be.
This is what I have been saying. I don't think it is Intent Sciences selling here. These are directly from the company and I believe the money will be used for inventory and other business expenses. It is highly unlikely VDRM gave 200 mil shares to IS for fees for service. IMHO
Ok, thank you.
Slops, is the person you talk to name Taylor Renee at viaderma, or are you talking with someone else?
Also, click on the website tab "partners" and you will read this:
"We’re open to exploring new partnerships with retail stores, MSOs, hospitals, physicians’
offices, veterinarians, wholesalers, sales distributors, and online affiliates."
Notice the words "retail stores", "wholesalers" "online affiliates". That means it is over-the-counter.
I feel the new site is way better than the old one in this regard: it gives you way more information about the product and is much better organized. I can assure you that you will be able to buy this directly without a doctor visit. Now they do want doctors and hospitals to recommend it also. For example, my dentist sells an expensive gum rinse that I can also purchase myself from a website. Even though the dentist sells it, it is not by prescription only. Lastly on the cost of vitastem, imagine that you have Psoriasis and don't want to take a medication that destroys your liver and impairs your immune system, wouldn't you spend 250 to try it. Or you have a diabetic ulcer for months that won't heal (happens a lot) wouldn't you try it to save your foot? Products are only expensive if you don't want it. People are willing to pay over $100,000 for some pickups today and considering what health care costs are these days, $250 is a DEAL.
Just look at the site again and look at the top tabs: About, solutions, FAQs, Partners, Investors, Contacts. On the home page it talks about 'Our Target Markets Globally", that is not something you would put on a patient site. This absolutely the company site and the product and purchase site should be following soon.
I was just waiting for someone to say that. They should have thrown in strobe lights and naked girls. People don't want information, they want PAZAZZ.
OMG really. That is most likely the COMPANY website. and it says up in the left corner Viaderma Licensing. Every company has one that is aimed at investors and distributors. I am quite sure the general patient/public website will be following shortly.
Did you have your phone conversation with IR last night?
Sorry, I meant that to Slops since he was talking about it yesterday. My apologies.
