It's been several months since I posted on this board...really liking what OTOW has done in the last 6 months. Pete6, good to see you still on here, my friend. Your posts keep our reality in check.
Gonna have to bail...Guess I .was expecting more
I appreciate the info, and it makes sense. Thanks, Octagramt.
Thanks Pete. I have and will continue to read through the older posts. I appreciate your getting me up to speed. GLTY as well.
Hi guys. I'm very new to this board, and liking what I've found so far with Energy One in doing my DD. I have a couple of questions that I haven't found answers to yet, and hoping someone here can help. Why the ticker name change from ATPTE to ATPT? Is the number of OS still more than 3.5B? Does anyone know what the current market cap or float is? TIA
I don't read it like that, Pete. To me it looks like just another fluff PR with lots of BS intending to confuse investors, while EV goes ahead with his real plan of screwing all of us out our kids' college funds. It says more information in the next two weeks - one of those is gone already, and so is more of our money as the pps continues to plummet. I'm done with EV.
Does anyone know where we stand with regard to a lawsuit? Any grounds here, especially with a false 3rd qtr 10Q????
Yup, we been had, guys.
Quote from the 10Q:
No kidding. And now I see where I am being charged a "mandatory reorg fee" of $20 by my broker. So EV doesn't bother to inform us, we have no control over the fact that he has done this, and now we have to pay an additional fee for the decision he made. What a guy!
My shares haven't been converted yet, either, but it's in process. So mine still read pre r/s just like yours. All I know is in order to make my money back, the pps will have to go up to between $5 and $6, and right now I've given up hoping that EV is going to do anything miraculous with his company. Even if he does somehow manage to pull himself out of this mess and we make our money back, I've lost all respect for him. I'm glad that you're able to cling to some sort of hope - I can't.
You have a substantial position in Arts? Or do you mean had? I would have said the same before the r/s, but now my 56.5M shares have been reduced to less than 2400. I'm not really seeing how this can turn around enough for me to even make back 1/3 of my original investment. What cinched it for me was reading the post where someone had spoken with FINRA, and they said no dividends have been issued by ARTS, and that was from the first time around! EV doesn't know how to communicate with investors, and clearly doesn't know what honesty and integrity is.
Good luck to you, lion.
Did you actually speak with Larry Castro? What exactly did he say to you that convinced you to sell your shares?
My shares haven't even been converted yet. What little I had left is hanging in limbo somewhere while this new pps crashes into the ground...I'll truly have nothing when it's all said and done.
That's what I think will happen. Serves him right if it does, after what he's done with our investments.
I agree with you, Pete. As much as I'd like to see closure on a lot of these deals asap, I know it takes time. EV doesn't seem to be sweating the pps, which makes me think he has confidence in what is taking place regarding these various projects/undertakings, and the future of his company.
I hear he's also going to sell icemakers in hell.....
According to the following link I found on msn.com, the Q3 is expected on November 23rd.

I certainly would like to see this thing turn around, and soon.
You're not being "forced" to do anything here. Read what you want, and skip over what you don't want to read. Pete6 has as much (or more) right to voice his frustrations over what has taken place during this last year, than somebody coming on and posting hyped speculations. Good luck to everyone. I, for one, can't wait to see something REALLY happen that will positively affect the pps. This waiting game is getting monotonous.
That pretty much sums up how I'm feeling. And now that he's taken a lot of our money and reduced it to almost nothing with all of this dilution, he would like us to buy into Starfest as independent dealers, with more empty promises of how we can make money. I've been an independent dealer with other companies, and believe me, it takes the right personality to try to market and sell any kind of product, especially when it's not a usable item. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic and skeptical, but right now, I'm just not feeling like EV has anyone's best interest in mind - he just wants more of our money.
Many of us have been saying exactly the same thing, but for some unknown reason, EV prefers to keep starting new deals without finishing previous ones. If he keeps biting off more than he can chew, he's going to choke, and I'm not currently certified in CPR...
Right on, Tenacious. I couldn't have said it better. Investors have been waiting far too long to see something happen with ARTS, and EV just keeps us hanging, wondering when he really is going to complete something.
http://www.agscapitalgroup.com/Reserve_Equity_Financing.html
I did see that also, lyrralt. I, too, am hesitantly optimistic, since ARTS has jumped the gun in the past, saying deals were secured when they were still in process. We'll just keep our fingers crossed and see what happens.
So....Special K is still at lunch, and someone is dumping 40M blocks like crazy! Doesn't seem like the right thing to be doing if the Picasso has sold. What is going on here???
I think we all need to take a breath. I haven't seen many here who are fans of EV. Pete felt that something was different over the past couple of weeks, and he was right. Something was different, very different, but not in the way any of us had hoped.
At the same time, many of us still want to cling to the hope that ARTS will come through for us - after all, it does have a lot of things going for it, and if the work is done to complete projects, maybe (just maybe) it could turn around.
It's good that people are posting what, if any, interactions they've had with EV or Tom Nelson. Even if they are contradictory, it gives us something to think about.
But let's not start attacking each other. None of us has any power over what happens with this stock, only EV does. My suggestion: pray that he decides to do right by his investors.
That's what I was saying...I don't believe you would post something that wasn't true, anymore than I would.
I don't know what to think. I know that I sent emails to the address provided by someone here on the board, and what I've posted have been the actual replies. I have not called the cell phone number listed in the PRs, and I have no reason to disbelieve you or lyrralt in what you are saying. You have both been people whose statements I have respected.
Guess I'll be calling that number myself. It is entirely possible that EV was told about Tom's responses to us, and he told Tom to stop. This is only speculation, though.
I suggest you email him yourself - I did, and got the same reply as Pete. Better to do your own DD before you crap over someone who is doing theirs.

Subject: Is it true that you are not working for ARTS?
I'm just curious, especially with all that is going on in the market today. I have tried emailing Mr. Vakser several times and have received no response. Obviously, I'm extremely concerned, as I've invested a lot of money into what looked like a great company with lots of potential. If you are working for the company, and have any insight at all, I would love to hear something positive.
Very respectfully,
My Name
I'm not sure where ihub is getting their information, but Otc Markets is now "waking up" and still showing no-bid, and .0001 on the ask. Not what I wanted to see.....
Am I dreaming?? Why does it say that the bid is at .0001 and the ask is at .0002?????? I'm not seeing that reflected on the OTC Market site.
Good morning all. Well, it's a new day, and there's not much we can do but watch and see what ARTS has planned for this week. I'm praying that EV has the same biblical experience that Paul had.
Maybe you are EV in disguise? Given that he can't afford pumpers...can't even afford to pay the PR/IR firm he just hired. At least they're smart enough not to do any work for him until they see the money. We've all been watching our money slowly disappear over the last several months and more. We'd like to believe that Ed Vakser would come through on at least one of his promises, but he's done just the opposite of what he said several times now.
So...is ARTS over?? It's up to EV now, and it's not looking very promising, unfortunately.
That's part of what I'm trying to understand. According to the State of Nevada filing that I posted earlier, it states that the previous par share value was .0001, and that the new par share value is .001
How is it that EV can change the par share value? And what does it mean to the average shareholder?
If someone has already answered this, my apologies. Is anyone aware of a company reaching a no-bid situation and then pulling out of it, without resorting to a R/S? Is it possible that this will still come back???
My information came from the filing with the state of Nevada
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=Ru%252bsMbZTOmI8E3M7Ru79NQ%253d%253d
But, like I said, I'm still learning how to interpret all of this.
From what I'm reading about par share value, no par share value, par share count and capital amount, it would seem that each share is now valued at .001
Of course, I am still very new at all of this, so if anyone else has something to add, I'd love to learn more.
Par Share Value
The monetary value per share. There can exists multiple sets of par share counts and values.
Capital Amount
The total monetary value of all shares associated with the entity which is calculated as Par Share Count x Par Share Value.
20B (PSC)* .001 (PSV) = 20M (CA)
My question: Does this mean our shares are worth nothing until we reach .001??
I want to believe that too. Let's hope you're right.
I agree with you on both counts.
