A bit of historical reflection would seem in order?
Bought more physical gold this week...
ELEV 1.30 - started a position here as this gets oversold into the growing list of:
'2 quarters burn and projected to still be selling at less than .50cents on the dollar'

Yup...I went to about 90% cash over the past few sessions on a very nice show of strength in the cashfatbiobusts...from what seemed like months of down down down, EVERYDAY, day after day after stinking day.
And feeling DAMM lucky about it...as I'm certain the deluge will return and in NO HURRY to buy back anything!
RIGL .95 - also looks like they'll need to raise capital any day now...as their covid therapeutic advancement trials fizzle out.
Q1 Loss = (27,445)
Shareholder Equity = 6,798

SERA 1.29 - from my previous post, all 5 of the cashfat-biobust stocks listed are kicking booty today. I'm unloading a bunch of those 5 and piling onto SERA which mr.market seems content to keep on ignore...

GLTO 1.96 - nice pop...likely some manipulative funny stuff going on but also likely some institutional realization of buying stock at a current $.33cents on the $1.00dollar.
SPRB also had that nice run this week and several other cashfatbiobusts are at-long-last showing some real strength.
Currently about 55% cash and continue leaning toward an overall 'sell' bias...
SPRB 1.85 - gettin a bounce in premarket on no news that I see? Sold all for food...in this rare bit of strength.
hweb, how do you rise so early...a pet rooster? Agreed, also sold MICS and waiting for $2's.
You go Dez...
Generated the highest quarterly revenues in the company’s history of $3.8 million, a 175% increase over Q1 2021

ANTI-GREEN!
MICS 3.13 - another bad call on this crazybonkers stock...owah-tagoo-siam
AESE 1.50 - files Q4...

I'm showing $2.50 tangible book (mostly cash) and I'd be content for them to continue to pursue the 'esports' business at a small loss, currently. I see serious potential there...
MICS 3.60 - projecting a new O/S of approx. 3M and adding $4M cash in the bank, MICS would be trading less than cash with a solid yearly eps.
Don't see this very often...turned my sell-flipper off for the rest of the afternoon anticipating a strong close.

AESE 1.44 - added some this morning in anticipation of a pop on this afternoon's updated 10K.
Sitting on a HUGE pile of cash...with some heavy-hitters in the (management) driver's seat? And all caution of them going private should be eliminated as they get up to date with their filings...
Thanks and agreed. Sold all yesterday's $3.00avg. at 3.60's this morning and already got a flip on my previous core shares 'sell 4.20 & rebuy 3.50'
Should be a lucrative trader for at least a few days after yesterday's absolutely RIDICULOUS trading session...
schweeet hweb...how high did it get this morning? Is there a chart website that shows premarket & afterhours?
MICS 2.65 - I sure misread this one? They just sold a mil at $4...when do the insiders step up to the plate....
Possibly this: 561,112 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of pre-funded warrants outstanding as of May 4, 2022, with an exercise price of $0.30 per share;
There is some "lock up" verbage in the S-1 but I don't know if it pertains to these warrants, but either way, hard to believe they, or anyone, would splash out so many shares at low $3's...
One man's ceiling is another man's floor, we hope lol
Filled a 2.80 buy at TDA, and bidding more...
CBIO - today announced that it has signed a definitive asset purchase and sale agreement with Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated under which Vertex has acquired Catalyst’s portfolio of protease medicines that regulate complement, including CB 2782-PEG, for $60 million in cash.
Why pay $60M cash for a corporation's asset when the entire market-cap of said corporation is less than $15M??? Kinda sure a valid business contract requires legitimate compensation from both parties!

SMDM - yes, a few negatives and several lingering questions. The point of my post was that the suspected O/S discrepency (so typical of penny stock) was not there.
Going forward, and with the uplisting, I will expect less confusion from this venture?
Have you considered b-day presents? My alltime #1 fav karaoke set:
SMDM .1865 - the S1-A filing confirms 36,636,264 as the correct O/S previous to tomorrow's 30-to-1 R/S...
Common stock outstanding before the offering - 1,221,209 shares of common stock.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15792426&guid=xXawknO0tQmBh3h
And at a rate of 30-to1, wouldn't the previous .03 quarterly eps look more now like .90 quarterly eps? plus the HUGE walmart rollout, and achieving an above $5 nasdaq listing (even more HUGE) to attract any/all institutional comers?!
Not sure what the sellers were thinking today...anyway...I now own a bunch

SPRB 1.30 - reentered here and adding to the previous list of 5 stocks that...
I'm projecting to still be trading at less than 1/2-cash after two more quarters of burn
AESE 1.44 - attempting to climb back on the wagon with it's overdue Q4 10K filing on Wednesday after close:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NASDAQ/allied-esports-entertain-AESE/stock-news/88183366/allied-esports-entertainment-to-report-fourth-quar
I reentered this morning anticipating they'll also get current on their delinquent Q1 filing. I always thought these guys were lining up all their ducks neatly...don't know why they glitched? Guess everyone is capable of a mishap...or two?
Your thoughts...

Showing $3.25 netcash at 3/31 with a (.68) burn...
ISUN - my first attraction was their announcement of a $29M contract for EV charging in Jan./2022.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=167393667
'EV charging' perception is HUGE but not a peep about it in the recent Q1 report? Also their backlog numbers are all mumbo-jumbo imo

Any feedback from this board? Good, Bad, Indiffererent?
I own a small position and low-bidding more as one of the cashfat-biobust group.
ISUN 2.79 - files Q1 super ugly. And of note: they list $2.94M in "Vehicles" assets...WHAT?...I want a job there with those kind of "vehicle" perks?
Placed a notation in my ISUN notes - "SCAM". Still love the sector and continue holding SUNW as they appear to be waaayyyyy more legit...altho they also are stinking up the profit numbers.
SMDM .188 - files an investor presentation in afterhours:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15823428&guid=KoKwkHDznN_GB3h
still bidding here as this one continues looking better & better
A few cashfat-biobusts that I'm projecting to still be trading at less than 1/2-cash after two more quarters of burn...or...a full six months to get lucky and still be holding a stock at less than .50cents-on-the-dollar!
SBTX,TCRR,OLMA,ONCR,TERN...
For more than 10 years these cashfat-biobusts have been my favorite and most successful trading sector. I've never seen the sector this beat up, not even close!
ASMB is the largest 'NOL' number I've seen in these cashfat-biobusts. I thought it interesting that so many have been beaten down so bad that their NOL numbers dwarf their own markert cap.
As for ASMB trading at 1/2-cash, there are a few others that I'm projecting to still be trading at less than 1/2-cash after two more quarters of burn...or...a full six months to get lucky and still be holding a stock at less than .50cents-on-the-dollar!

ASMB 1.54 - Accumulated deficit (654,519)...almost ($500M) more NOL's than SBTX, a $500M number that dwarfs their combined (SBTX & ASMB) market-caps!
In response to bladerunner's previous question of 'why', I would respond with simply one word:
OVERREACTION!!!
SBTX 3.00 - accounting question for the board?
In addition to it's pps trading well below 1/2 netcash, the 10K shows:
Accumulated deficit - (186,212)
https://docoh.com/filing/1671858/0000950170-22-005202/SBTX-10K-2021FY
Assuming a PFE (or similar largecap-biotech) was to acquire a smallcap-biotech such as SBTX at essentially zero cost, at $3.00 pps, would/could PFE also acquire $186M in future tax writeoff?
