AESE 1.44 - attempting to climb back on the wagon with it's overdue Q4 10K filing on Wednesday after close:

I reentered this morning anticipating they'll also get current on their delinquent Q1 filing. I always thought these guys were lining up all their ducks neatly...don't know why they glitched? Guess everyone is capable of a mishap...or two?
