There is always hope!
You still deserve a shoutout for your service. God bless.
I was with my father to meet President Jimmy Carter. The loveliest part was my father accepted for the men he lost that day. Medal of Honor is in display for life at the West Islip Public Library. I wanted it to share it with everyone.
Thank you for your kindness.
God bless you for your service.
Happy Veterans Day to everyone and to my daddy, Anthony Casamento, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient. We are all so proud of you for your service.
Thank you Split T.
I just tried this for medallion signature. Go to Google, ask Google for what banks in your city have medallion signatures. It brought up the banks in my area, and I could see my bank and the banks exact address listed. I also saw chase, union, wells citibank, b of a, logix, and too many others to name. Hope this helps.
Very appreciative and grateful to you Andy sir. You are a positive asset to this board.
Enjoy the day Shelly. Go easy on the guys.
Linda. Enjoy whooping it up!
Brilliant post Andy. Thanks for your DD.
Fabulous post AZ. YOU'RE RIGHT ON THE MONEY!!
BigBang,
I appreciate the frustration that you and many of us have.
We are closer now than we have ever been before, and at least we are all here to enjoy our disbursements when it comes in. Some people are no longer here with us, so they will not experience and share with us when this awesome moment comes. That's a real bummer. We are the lucky ones.
Thank you for the fast reply Bob and for the information. ??
Bob what was the original interest rate and what was it changed to?? Thank you sir.
RD GOTTA LOVE IT!!! SO GLAD YOU PROVED PEOPLE WRONG!!! GREAT MAN!!
Ain't that sweet!!!
Large Green

You made my year teaching me about the ignore button. Sorry I didn't know about it sooner. Thanks for sharing with me how to ignore useless pieces if humanity.
AZ Thank you for your both concise and pithy synopsis of Washington Mutual, WMIH, WMI, and coop. You have a talent for explaining.
Mufa
Thank you sincerely for being a positive, educating, and supportive force on the board. It's always wonderful to get your insights on coop, Washington Mutual, and posters.
DockB
Thanks for the assistance. You're a good person.
Big Bang
To answer you question...good people have good humor. Bad people aren't funny.
Big Bang
Never let posters steal your joy. You're a winner.
You should know hotmeat.
That was a good one RD. Like your humor, and some of the others on this board sure could benefit from having one.
Similar BKs of this size have taken as long vxx as 15 to 16 years. We are lucky. We are still here to enjoy it.
SWEET!
RD THANK YOU AS ALWAYS FOR THAT GREAT DD.
I, too, would like to know what will be the outcome for escrow preferred. For the moment it appears the financial gurus on this board have suggested for us to wait and see how they will be handled.
There instances where there are agreements, then later it is discovered that one of the party has done something egregious or lied or didn't honor the agreement. In that situation the judge can slap a party down a change the agreement.
Agreements can be public or private. Agreements can also less definitive. Ie. A company wrongfully has its assets stolenly. Mow, the assets may have to be returned with interest and punitive or treble (triple) damages.
ie. If a company has to give 2.5% of proceeds of profits over the duration
of the company, that amount is determined by the length of time it is in business and the amount of profits. So the amount will vary.
I am not very familiar with finances, but I can address some questions that have arisen which appear to be perplexing or contradictory to some schools of thoughts regarding the BK court. In a legal proceeding there can be settlement, agreements, terms, etc. that very much can continue on after the case is closed. An example: in a divorce settle it may be decided that one person retains the house and the other retains the Rolls Royce. The divorce case closes. Each person still retains ownership that was decided during the proceedings. Another example. In a civil case, it is decided that person A is to pay plaintiff B $10,000 for a period of 13 years. The case closes. Person A still must pay person B for that duration. The mere fact that a case has closed does not necessarily equate to the obligations or agreements that were decided in court being completed. Certain agreements or settlements live on after the case is closed. Example. Person A agrees to pay person B 10% of the net proceeds of a company until the company shutsdown. That payment could go on for a short period of time or it may go on indefinitely. There most definitely can be and are structured settlements within a case that may continue, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement. If no termination is stated, then it may continue until the agreement is fulfilled. The termination of a settlement is a completely separate issue from the closing of a case. Many settlements resolve far after the case is closed.
AZ OR ROYAL DUDE
DO YOU THINK COOP WILL GET .38 FOR EACH QUART THEN.
HOW DO YOU BELIEVE THAT YHE SHARES THAT HAVE NIT BEEN DISTRIBUTED WILL BE HANDLED? SOME TO ESCROW COMMON AND PREFERRED, ONLY COMMON??
AZ AND ROYAL
YOU BOTH ARE AWESOME. YOU BOTH ARE AMAZING MENTORS.
Do you agree AZ?
RD I finally understand the breakdown. For escrow commons and coop. My only other question is how do escrow preferred get paid, what do they get paid, does escrow common keep getting paid as in the waterfall, dies escrow preferred get only 1 if any distribution. How will the shares of coop that have never been distributed get handled.
Thank you kind sir. Very exciting to finally connect the dots.
