Because we want to add at the current levels.
Shh...I'm hunting cheap shares.
I am BULLISH on MediaG3 MDGC!
Thanks for all the PM's although I cannot return them.
Yes, the +$475k revenue is amazing I agree!
I believe this is just the beginning.
I am looking forward to great news from the company.
Although I have no idea when we will see news, this week would be perfect IMO!
I know of very few companies that show the potential we are seeing in MDGC right now with a chance of multi-million doallar revenue anually and trading at just .002!
Ofcourse I am aware that the Q1 financials are unaudited, but once again I believe this is a strategic move.
Saves the company money as well.
Good luck to all longs and new shareholders.
I haven't wiped the smile from my face all day after reading through the fins.
I am pretty sleepy, but tried to review the fins to the best of my ability.
Below are a few things that popped for me.
1. +$475,000 accts receivable!
2. Only 50 million shares issued on 2/11/2011 to cover repayment of debt and finance charge. (small fraction of shares compared to previous years)
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=51646
I wonder if MediaG3 MDGC will provide us with a description of what that $475K was?
Revenue is a welcomed sign for shareholders!
On Wednesday a few shareholders contacted IR and received confirmation that filings were submitted.
I am curious, and a bit flustered, at the delay in posting.
No idea Paul...pure speculation on my part.
LOL, I was just asking the guys to give us a nice new coat before the close.
Makes me feel a little better about things going into the weekend.
I remain hopeful that the MDGC crew in Boise is working on something special for us and may give us something when they can.
Still patiently hanging on to my shares of FRMC.
Looking forward to a healthy month of JUNE!
This would also make sense as to why we believe MediaG3 MDGC has received some attention from Broadcom.
They would be in direct competition.
This is definitely an interesting development and one I am continuing to read up on.
http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/ericsson-to-manage-clearwires-wimax-network/
Might be a great move for both parties.
Read the posts in the link below and form your own conclusions.

(Provided in the previous post as well.)
I was simply providing the board with the DD I felt was relevant.
It shows the current focus in the industry and how this potentially ties in with MediaG3 and MeshGlobal.
Reading through the industry news for the past few days has shown me that there is some focus on ties between telecos and utility companies.
http://www.fiercetelecom.com/story/google-extend-1-gbps-service-kansas-city-mo/2011-05-18
...To build out the FTTH network in Kansas City, Mo., an unnamed source cited in the Kansas City Star said that Google has brokered a deal with Kansas City Power & Light infrastructure to leverage their poles and rights of way.
In return for using KCP&L infrastructure, Google said it will provide free Internet access to schools and municipal buildings.
http://www.fiercetelecom.com/special-reports/tia-2011-preview-wirelines-rising-trends/telcos-utilities-look-harmony-tia-2011-prev
...The marriage is being driven by the emergence of IP-based technology and the evolution of the smart grid concept. The advent of IP technology can be used in the utility's smart grid infrastructure to drive two main elements: grid modernization and the home area network (HAN).
Utilities are modernizing their electric grid with IP-based communications to monitor transmission points, while the HAN can communicate with the grid through IP-enabled thermostats and other household appliances to provide consumer measurements on their energy usage patterns from a web portal or a smart energy device (thermostat).
Already, a growing number of incumbent service providers, including AT&T (NYSE: T), CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL), Sprint (NYSE: S), and Verizon (NYSE: VZ), offer some form of wireless and wireline solutions and even divisions dedicated to utilities...
http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/seybold-reallocate-d-block-public-safety-network-rural-america/2011-05-16
...My thoughts on this are as follows: Rural power companies already have right-of-ways for their electric lines and high-tension towers that make ideal cell sites. They also serve rural America with fleets of trucks that are available for service calls. If the rural power companies entered into a private/public partnership with the public-safety agencies in their areas and assisted in the buildout of the spectrum (the full 20 MHz), then there would be enough for public safety, which needs it no matter where they are, enough for power companies to use the same network on a secondary basis for their own smart grid, and enough bandwidth to sell both fixed and mobile broadband services to the power customers.
Likewise, rural telcos could participate by partnering with and building out portions of the system. They could then resell service to their customers for fixed and mobile services. ISPs could also get into the game, perhaps using the 700 MHz LTE system in combination with TV white space and Wi-Fi to serve small towns with broadband services.
Public safety would get the network it needs in rural America, and those living and working in rural America would have access to wireless broadband services faster than with any other proposal I have seen. The network could be built more quickly, be cheaper, and provide services where there is no economic incentive to build out commercial wireless networks. Public safety brings spectrum to the table and the core users for the network. Private partners could contribute whatever they have to reduce public safety's cost for the network, and it would be built within a five-year period...
My focus was pushed this direction by recent DD http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63107530 a tweet from MeshGlobal that contained this link http://viodi.com/2011/05/13/new-pole-attachment-rules-deserve-a-look/comment-page-1/ and the most recent PR teaming MediaG3 MDGC with ID Consulting Solutions http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63066906 .
Good Morning MDGC'ers!
Looks like the chart players believe this one has hit the bottom, there was a large trade after the close and financials are expected to be posted today or tomorrow.
The question remains...is the big seller out of shares now so we can move on?
Selling slowed yesterday and as shauno indicated, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63300017 , shorts tried to make it appear as though the seller was still on the block.
I agree with your assessment.
Tomorrow would be the perfect time for news if the seller is out of the way.
Neither did I.
Hoping that Val and John were there "rubbing elbows" with the right people.

Norway's Direct Connext deploys Exalt Microwave Backhaul Systems
http://www.convergedigest.com/Bandwidth/newnetworksarticle.asp?ID=33245
Direct Connect, an ISP bringing broadband services to rural Norway, is deploying Exalt Comunications' ExtendAir, ExploreAir, and EX systems microwave backhaul systems to extend its network into communities throughout the country. The equipment will replace fiber lines leased from a competitor as it connects community-based customer networks with the core of its network.
The Exalt systems help Direct Connect maintain a 15% annual subscriber growth rate while keeping networking costs at a minimum. For example, in a link between the cities of Bergen and Voss, Direct Connect is using three Exalt microwave systems to connect a node serving 320 subscribers, and by doing so is replacing a leased fiber connection costing nearly 240,000 Norwegian Kroner (NOK) per year (US equivalent $43,000).
Depending on the link, the Exalt EX, ExploreAir and ExtendAir microwave systems use licensed frequencies to deliver from 80 to 800 Mbps of Ethernet traffic over distances ranging up to 49 kilometers (approximately 30 miles). Direct Connect has chosen Exalt EX split-mount systems to meet the stringent requirements of a military base in its network, and all-outdoor ExploreAir and ExtendAir systems to support all other locations.

This should put your mind at rest.
Val is heavily invested in MDGC.
The man doesn't even get paid by MDGC, hence all of the references to his jobs etc.
The only people that like the PPS at its' current position are buyers.
HOMERUN!
Oh wait, that is a Wytec product...guess it fits. LOL
Be sure to do some DD on the Wytec Causeway.
You are preaching to the choir my friend.
I understand exactly what you are saying and that is why I am so excited about the future.
Slow, steady and strategic.
I believe by next week the current PPS will be a thing of the past.
I am bullish on MDGC at these levels.
Ofcourse this is my humble opinion...please be sure to do your own DD.

Actually IDCS has plenty of verifiable contracts and has now teamed up with MediaG3 MDGC and MeshGlobal as indicated in the most recent PR. https://www.mediag3.com/media.php?id=596
As Beachside previously pointed out and IDCS shows on their website, they have a contract with the Boise Airport.
http://www.idconsol.com/projects
They also have a project with Syringa which is one of MeshGlobal's partners.
There is much more going on then you care to admit.
Mobile usage in poorest countries nears 30%
http://www.telecomasia.net/content/mobile-usage-poorest-countries-nears-30
Dylan Bushell-Embling | May 16, 2011
Mobile penetration in the world's least developed countries (LDCs) is nearing 30%, a rate far exceeding ITU expectations – but internet connectivity is another story.
Access to mobile services in the 48 nations classed by the UN as LDCs has grown from 1.2% to nearly 30% in ten years, the ITU said. This represents a combined total of nearly 250 million connected inhabitants.
Mobile penetration has grown at a CAGR of 42.6% over the last five years in LDCs, compared to just 7.1% in developed countries.
UN-designated LDCs include 14 APAC nations - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Kiribati, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Yemen.
UN targets set at the turn of the century had called for 5% average telephone density in the LDCs by 2011. ITU said only Myanmar, Kiribati, Eritrea and Ethiopia had failed to reach this target by 2009.
But internet access in the countries currently lags well behind the UN targets. Penetration reached just 2.5% by the end of 2010, well below the goal of 10% for this year.
ITU has announced five commitments, including providing assistance choosing and deploying appropriate technologies and dealing with security and technical issues, to help meet a new target of 15 internet connections per 100 inhabitants by 2020.
“People ask me if internet penetration is really such a high priority for people who, on a daily basis, face a lack of safe drinking water, rising food prices, and a chronic shortage of healthcare,” ITU Secretary-General Dr Hamadoun Touré said.
“My answer is a resounding yes, because the internet – and especially broadband – is an extraordinary enabler which has potential to massively expand the effective delivery of vital services, such as healthcare and education.”
I have said for a long time now that the whole MediaG3 MDGC / MeshGlobal relationship is strategic.
Without diluting the current share structure and issuing shares to fund projects, it appears he was able to secure funding through MeshGlobal.
Very beneficial to shareholders in that regard.
Even funnier is that anything MeshGlobal is using or doing doesn't have to be made public knowledge as it is a private entity.
The PR's, videos and websites have provided the details they are willing and able to disclose without showing their hand.
The shades are on and there is no peeking at those cards. LOL
The great thing is that MediaG3 and MeshGlobal have publicly disclosed their future plans via PR's and on their websites.
-PrincetonWD40
The "Doom and Gloom" team is in full effect!
Regardless of what others are saying, I am personally confident that we will see fireworks once the seller is out of the way.
MediaG3 and MeshGlobal have been providing insightful tidbits along the way.
As a few other longs alluded to, something big is approaching.
For every seller, there is a buyer.
We all know Dee Van Tassell is selling.
He/She has 100 million shares.
TA informed a shareholder of the updated share structure today and we have seen 73million shares hit not counting today.
Add almost 14 million shares today for a total of 87 million shares.
Looks like the window is getting smaller!
Only around 13-14 million shares left.
DVT should be knocked out this week for sure.
Once DVT is out of the way, I look forward to a nice bounce in PPS as no one else is selling.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63177839
MDGC is a speculative investment.
Funny thing is, most shareholders understand it is a gamble and aren't the ones griping.
I am looking forward to concrete information being disclosed regarding customers, partners, services etc.
Many have said it and I am led to believe that MediaG3 and MeshGlobal aren't the only ones involved in the grand scheme of things and certainly aren't the ones dictating the direction.
I believe they are bringing their technology to the table along with others and that more information will be disclosed when others deem it is time.
Thanks for the charts!
Wish I had some firepower but I added what I could last week.
The most recently reported Share Structure was as follows:
Shares Outstanding 1,203,259,343 a/o Jan 27, 2011
Float 580,394,843 a/o Jan 27, 2011
Authorized Shares 1,505,000,000 a/o Jan 27, 2011
Through the Transfer Agent, you have provided:
Share Outstanding 1,276,XXX,XXX
Float ?
Authorized Shares 1,505,000,000
So the 70 million shares, + or -, that I referenced from watching the charts since May 1st would be accurate.
This would be a reflection of restricted shares being sold on the market as initially suspected.
Reference: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63157133
Thank you for your persistence.
Yes, share structure and float change when restricted shares are sold.
Exactly!
That tweet was noteworthy for sure!
That's the question K23.
When does DVT stop selling?
Below is the chart for May. IMO Van Tassell started selling at the beginning of May.
Allwaysright informed the board that he believed Van Tassel had 100million shares from the William Yuan era.
From the looks of it, we are at 70 million, give or take a bit.
Last night in a shareholders chat someone mentioned they thought the selling looked like it was drying up on Friday.
It would be great to take DVT out this week and begin the move forward.
From what I have watched on L2 since my return to the states, it appears the seller is using NITE and VFIN.
There is no confirmation, but it is believed that DVT is Moxy.
It is common knowledge that Dee Van Tassell is selling shares received during the William Yuan administration.
The agressive selling by DVT has pushed the PPS south.
Funny thing is, the rest of the longs aren't selling, but rather adding.
When DVT is done selling the PPS will make a strong move north.
It would be wise for the company to hold off on any big announcements until the seller is done.
Then it will be time to crank up the BBQ!
You couldn't have been further from the truth when you made the statement below.
Well said shauno!

New Airspan Product Could Be a 'Base Hit' in Canadian Smart Grid Market
http://smart-grid.tmcnet.com/topics/smart-grid/articles/174456-new-airspan-product-could-be-base-hit-canadian.htm
By Cheryl Kaften
TMCnet Contributor
A new base station from Airspan Networks (News - Alert), Inc., a U.S.-based provider of carrier-class broadband wireless solutions, is targeted directly at the Canadian Smart Grid market.
On May 11 at the UTC Telecom 2011 industry meeting in Long Beach, California, Airspan introduced Air4G for the 1.8 GHz frequency band—which is set aside by Industry Canada for electric power applications.
Air4G supports the fourth generation of cellular wire standards, with both 4G WiMAX and 4G LTE radio interfaces in an extremely compact, all-in-one base station, allowing utilities to minimize operational expenses while maximizing capacity and range.
The support for dual-mode WiMAX (News - Alert) and LTE operation enables utilities planning to transition their networks to LTE to move at their own pace. With a compact, ruggedized all-outdoor design, Air4G is designed for quick, easy, and affordable deployment .
Airspan describes this product line as “an ideal platform for utility applications in difficult deployment areas,” because it combines powerful 2 x10W transmitters and four receiver chains, delivering up to fourth order diversity on the downlink and eighth order diversity on the uplink. This enables the product to support a range of Smart Grid applications, such as direct-to-the-meter AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure), AMI backhaul, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), teleprotection, and distribution automation.
In addition to the Air4G 1.8 GHz base station, the company has introduced a variety of WiMAX 1.8 GHz end-user devices— including the MiMAX-Pro outdoor CPE (customer premises equipment); the MRT, a hardened mobile radio terminal designed for vehicle mounting; and an advanced 802.16e embedded multi-band module.
“One of Airspan's differentiating strengths is the wide variety of bands our equipment operates in,” said Amit Ancikovsky, president of Products and Sales for Airspan. “The addition of the 1.8 GHz band allows us to target a range of new customers in places like Canada. Canadian utilities will now be able to incorporate direct-to-meter connectivity currently being used with the Air4G base stations in other bands, such as 2.3 GHz in Australia.”
Air4G operates in frequency bands ranging from 700 MHz up to 3.8 GHz, and supports both FDD (frequency-division duplexing) and TDD (time-division duplexing).
