MediaG3 posted Q1 Financials on May 21. http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=51646
I look forward to the details surrounding the revenue of $475,000.
The most recent PR from MDGC announced they are teaming up with ID Consulting Solutions.
https://www.mediag3.com/media.php?id=596
This teaming agreement will extend the reach and deployment potential for MediaG3’s service offerings.
My favorite quotes from the PR are below:
“With this agreement, MediaG3 will leverage ID Consulting’s experience as an engineering and R&D support group for major equipment manufacturers,” said Ron Ivie, ID Consulting Solutions’ President. “We look forward to working with MediaG3 in the planning, integration and deployment of MediaG3 infrastructure, as well as on the design and application of MediaG3 technologies into next generation products and equipment for the wireless industry.”
This teaming agreement amounts to a “perfect next step for expanding the scope of MediaG3’s current projects,” said Val Westergard, MediaG3’s Chairman. ID Consulting will also provide other essential support relating to the Company’s business development activities, including project management, business and marketing plans, grant writing, RFP proposals, and sales and business presentations.

The Scope of the Boise Project includes the design, engineering, and deployment of several separate yet integrated hybrid networks delivering the best quality of service available from fiber through wireless networks to the end users. With an objective of providing sufficient broadband internet, voice, video and media data service to an ever growing bandwidth hungry city. The Boise Project is contracted with Cogent, 360, Zayo and Syringa networks to operate a combined 10GB/s network. Should be plenty of pipe to start with.

I spoke with my brother last night and we had a good laugh as he indicated that Battelle is like Area 51.
Always working on things for the government etc and they release very little information surrounding their projects.
As my links showed, the government often refers to Battelle Memorial Institute in positive light.
I hope that Battelle is the key for HEPI and the longs can finally have their day!
Car Charging Group to Install Electric Vehicle Charging Stations for the City of West Palm Beach
http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=223164
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., May 31, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Car Charging Group Inc. (OTCBB:CCGI), a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services with the mission to own and build-out a nationwide network of EV charging stations, announced it has completed the installations of seven EV charging stations for the city of West Palm Beach, Fl.
"We're thrilled to be working with the city of West Palm Beach," said Car Charging Group CEO Michael D. Farkas. "As one of the first municipalities installing EV charging stations in the state of Florida, they clearly share our passion and understand the importance of installing a national infrastructure of EV charging stations."
Car Charging Group will install seven Level II, 240 volt, ChargePoint® Networked Charging stations for electric vehicles, manufactured by Coulomb Technologies, the leader in electric vehicle charging solutions.
The charging stations will be housed in the downtown West Palm Beach Clematis Street Garage, located at 500 Banyan Blvd. Five of the seven stations will be allocated for West Palm Beach official use, including Parking Administration and Code Enforcement departments, to provide charging support for five new 100 percent electric Nissan LEAF vehicles purchased by the city, expected to arrive in December of this year. Two stations at the Clematis Street Garage will be available free-of-charge to the public.
Both Nissan LEAFs and EV charging stations are funded through the United States Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program, designed to assist cities in implementing strategies to reduce fossil fuel emissions and reduce energy use in the transportation, building and other sectors.
"We're very excited about installing these EV charging stations," said Penni Redford, the sustainability manager for the city of West Palm Beach. "By installing charging stations, we are positioning West Palm Beach as a green leader, while simultaneously bolstering our mission to promote West Palm Beach's thriving downtown business district."
The city plans on analyzing data recorded on the public charging stations' usage patterns. Data collection is enabled through the ChargePoint® Network management applications, which give station owners the ability to track and report energy usage and greenhouse gas savings. Through their analysis, the city will decide if and when to install additional charging stations.

Some food for thought:
Total Global DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Revenue to Surpass 13 Billion in 2015
http://www.instat.com/newmk.asp?ID=3141&SourceID=00000501000000000000
Cellular reception issues are becoming more acute as mobile access devices are designed to handle more data-rich applications. Adding new macro base stations has been the traditional way of creating new mobile capacity. However, cell tower locations are becoming harder to acquire, and the cost of new base stations is prohibitive. Enter distributed antenna systems. DAS represent a versatile indoor/outdoor approach for mobile transport by routing radio frequency (RF) signals through fiber or copper cabling from a single base station to multiple antennas located throughout a building or through antenna nodes. New In-Stat (www.in-stat.com) research findings project total global revenue from DAS will surpass 13 billion in 2015.
“Distributed antenna systems bridge several key areas in cellular coverage,” says Chris Kissel, Analyst. “Femto-, pico-, micro-, and macrocells all augment cellular services and each provides a specific solution for a specific application. However, for each nodeB, latencies must be accounted for, and each nodeB requires its own backhaul. Wi-Fi alleviates capacity issues on cellular networks and provides terrific data rates, although there are limitations with interoperability and there are distance limitations. At this point, DAS becomes an unconventional, but practical answer where multiple airlinks need to be supported.”
Recent research found the following:
* By 2012, the value for all DAS projects in North America, with the exception of metro area outdoor DAS, nears $2 billion.
* In the Caribbean and Latin America regions, DAS revenue will increase 20% or more over the forecast period.
* By 2015, hospitals and healthcare will represent almost half of the DAS revenue opportunities for indoor deployments in Western Europe.
* In Eastern Europe, the build-up for DAS starts modestly, but eventually grows to 3,897 new deployments in 2015.
* In 2010, 15,000 new nodes were deployed in metro area outdoor DAS.

Very interesting post!
Ubiquisys partners with Intel for small cells
May 25, 2011 — 11:53pm ET | By Lynnette Luna
http://www.fiercebroadbandwireless.com/story/ubiquisys-partners-intel-small-cells/2011-05-25?utm_medium=nl&utm_source=internal
Femtocell vendor Ubiquisys announced another deal that involves the development of a new range of intelligent dual-mode 3G/LTE small cells.
The vendor said it is working with Intel to develop small cells that feature Ubiquisys application software and Intel processor architecture. The result will be a new generation of intelligent small cells that will offer higher levels of processing power, creating a cloud of IP-enabled "compute engines" much closer to mobile users. Reference designs are expected to become available to equipment manufacturers in 2012.
Small cell architecture is the hot infrastructure piece for 2011 as operators look for ways to ease the network strain of heavy data traffic. The idea is to fit small cells within the larger network architecture to provide better coverage and higher data speeds. By creating a much denser mobile network closer to the point of use, users will experience better data performance.
Earlier this month Ubiquisys tapped Texas Instruments to develop small cells that will combine TI's infrastructure solutions with Ubiquisys' adaptive and self-organizing capabilities to deliver what Ubiquisys calls an adaptive small cell.
The two companies plan to bring to market a range of dual-mode WCDMA/LTE small cells for public space and and metro environments such as base stations designed for mounting on walls or street infrastructure. Ubiquisys and TI are touting performance up to 150 Mbps plus 64 calls/84 Mbps WCDMA. The first products are expected in the first half of 2012.

Way to go VAL! I would love to see some clarification on this from the company.
I have continued adding to my position and lowering my average PPS.
Hope to pick up some more today and tomorrow.
Regardless of what the PPS shows, I continue to expect great things from MediaG3 MDGC long term.
Looks like a rebound in PPS is on the horizon.
Many big players are picking up shares expecting the same.
Lemonade stand was my theory.
I was watching L2 as there was a lot of action in the last 15 minutes.
VFIN pulled from the ASK, popped back up and then back off with 4 minutes to go.
NITE was on the ASK anytime VFIN was not.
It will be interesting to watch tomorrow 34 million shares traded hands today.
I'm sure short volume is high considering the drop in PPS probably made for a field day.
VFIN is at .004.
NITE is on the ASK at .0014 .
The ASK just thinned out.
NITE .0014 282K
ETMM .002 56K
UBSS .002 500K
VFIN .0022 5000
LOVE IT!
Perfect for the moment.
Will you stay or will you go?
My cards are on the table and I invested in this company in August of last year for many reasons.
All of which are still intact if not expanded upon.
Verified relationships with Zayo and Cogent, patents, Q1 financials showing just under half a million in revenue, an industry hungry for an answer and 'unverified' speed test videos that one can choose to believe or not.
Those that believe and invest risk an awful lot, but at these levels the reward could be amazing!
MediaG3 MDGC is a speculative play...but it is certainly one I have stood behind and continue to do so.
Good luck!
Current L2 for MediaG3 MDGC:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=MDGC&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p45531909518
ETMM and NITE are working together to push the PPS as low as possible.
They sell into the BID and lower their ASK as soon as they get the opening.
VFIN has been sitting at .0018 all day and has not moved.
Neither have other MM's.
Can evidence be provided to support this claim?
Let's look closer at this recent post and determine the facts from opinion.
Well said!
My conversations with Mr. Val Westergard give me the impression that he is an intelligent and honest individual working hard on his vision.
This is certainly unfortunate for Val, but there is no indication that it has anything to do with MediaG3.
Colemano, Cassandra has provided evidence of the tests and verified IP's indicating that the second point was in Virginia rather than Washington DC as previously thought.
At the same time Cassandra provided evidence that this test utilized a point owned by Cogent in Virginia which is indeed across the country from the point of origination in Idaho.
After hours. Many MM's pull from L2 or reset.
Reference L2 during trading hours for accurate positioning.
MDGC L2: VFIN is off the ASK.
Just NITE and AUTO at .0019 with 268K shares before we get back to even on the day.
Cass, VFIN has been sitting on the ASK all day.
Plenty of people buying up shares IMO.
The Q1 fins released Friday night from MDGC were fantastic!
Longs are certainly looking forward to a PR from MediaG3 and Val Westergard (CEO) detailing the $475K in revenue.
I don't believe longs are losing faith as you indicate. In fact it is much of the opposite. They are eager for news announcing these hybrid networks and source of revenue to the world.
Good luck to you and I hope you are scooping up the cheapies.
This is a cool link for CCGI!

Thanks for the clarification.
No, fixed assets and patents were not included.
I love his breakdown as those are bare-bone estimates.
Hmm, are we looking at the same financials?
Here is a link to the Q1 financials for MediaG3 MDGC.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=51646
MDGC is a speculative investment first and foremost.
Once you understand that, it is important to note that this is a company who has been in an R&D stage and these fins show we may be exiting that stage.
The Q1 financials show +$475,000 in revenue!
This is the first time MDGC has shown revenue since the company has been under the direction of Val Westergard.
It is also very important to note that Q1 showed only 50 million shares issued for payment of debt.
This is a fraction of Q1's in the past!
The company still has $10,000,000 in media credits which will assist in a healthy push for public awareness when they are ready.
I believe this is just the beginning.
I am looking forward to great news from the company.
Although I have no idea when we will see news, this week would be perfect IMO!
I know of very few companies that show the potential we are seeing in MDGC right now with a chance of multi-million doallar revenue anually and trading at just .002!
Ofcourse I am aware that the Q1 financials are unaudited, but once again I believe this is a strategic move.
Saves the company money as well.
Good luck to all longs and new shareholders.
I haven't wiped the smile from my face all weekend after reading through the fins.
