Uh oh!
Looks like MDGC is showing up on some radars and the train is leaving the station.

Things are beginning to look interesting for MediaG3 and their shareholders. The recent NEWS from MediaG3 and their partner, Competitive Companies Inc, certainly has my attention. As an investor in MediaG3 MDGC, I have been hoping for follow through on the Boise Project with MeshGlobal and it appears we have that as well as development of their network in Wisconsin with CCOP. If these networks can be certified and marketed to the right people, this could certainly be fruitful for all companies involved. Especially at the speeds they are touting. Everyone watching this stock knows that it is a gamble and cash is key. Could this be the catalyst?
Competitive Companies Inc. Announces New 4G Mobile Broadband Technology
http://money.msn.com/business-news/article.aspx?feed=BW&Date=20111103&ID=14477966
November 3, 2011 11:00 AM ET
Competitive Companies Inc. CCOP announced today the deployment of its “4G+ Mobile Broadband,” by introducing a new, revolutionary technology exceeding average mobile broadband speeds of over 25 Mbps. Wireless Wisconsin LLC, a subsidiary of CCI, is currently pioneering the implementation of the new technology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
“We call this 4G+ Mobile Broadband because its ultimate download speeds can exceed 100 Mbps to the end user,” William Gray, chief executive officer of CCI, said. “These ‘mobile’ broadband speeds represent substantially greater speeds than what is currently available in most U.S. rural, urban and suburban markets.”
The International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced defines 4G service speeds as “up to” 100 million bits per second (Mbps) for high-mobility communication technology utilized within trains and cars, and 1 giga bit per second (Gbps) for low-mobility communication technology utilized by pedestrians and stationary users.
CCI delivers broadband speeds beyond 4G by harnessing a patented, Multichannel Radio Frequency Transmission (MRFT) technology developed by Wytec, Incorporated. Through a combination of Group Cooperative Relay, macro-diversity technology, frequency banding, mesh network architecture and cognitive radio technology, CCI is able to deliver mega speed broadband by managing spectrum use and administering transmission power to reduce the cost of overall delivery.
CCI will offer a licensed version of the technology to existing Wireless Internet Service Providers across the U.S. and beyond in the near future. The company currently has a Letter of Intent to purchase Wytec International Inc. for $10 million from MediaG3, Inc and share its development and future enhancements through a unique partnership arrangement.
About Competitive Companies, Inc.
Competitive Companies, Inc. is a Nevada-based corporation with offices in San Antonio, Texas and Eau Clair, Wisconsin. The company began operations in 1998 to provide telecommunication services, including data, voice and video to multiple dwelling units in tier-one and tier-two markets, and later included wireless broadband services in rural markets. The utilization of Wytec technology is expected to have a substantial impact on CCI’s broadband services and revenue potential as it begins licensing its use across the U.S.

Nov 3 2011 / By Jonathan Spike
Competitive Companies Inc. has developed a new 4G+ technology which they are calling 4G+ Mobile Broadband. They are claiming the expected high end transfer speeds will exceed 100 Mbps for downloads.
4G+ mobile broadband developed by Competitive Companies IncThe current definition for high-mobility 4G devices (operating in trains and automobiles) is having a top limit of 100 Mbps. Low-mobility 4G is considered stationary or pedestrian-held mobile devices with upper speeds of 1 Gbps.
The CEO of Competitive Companies Inc., William Gray tells us “We call this 4G+ Mobile Broadband because its ultimate download speeds can exceed 100 Mbps to the end user. These ‘mobile’ broadband speeds represent substantially greater speeds than what is currently available in most U.S. rural, urban and suburban markets.”
A wholly-owned subsidiary, Wireless Wisconsin LLC, in putting a test of the technology into operation in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Currently speeds well in excess of 25 Mbps are available.
CCI is able to achieve such high speeds by deploying patented MRFT (Multichannel Radio Frequency Transmission) technology. The MRFT technology was developed by Wytec International Inc., and Wytec is being purchased by CCI for $10 million.
Additional technologies including frequency banding, macro-diversity technology and cognitive radio technology are also incorporated to produce the 4G+ speeds.
This should usher in a brand new era in wireless communications. Would you like some 100 Mbps and greater speeds when you are riding home from work on the train?
MediaG3 Launches 4G+ Broadband Network in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/mediag3-launches-4g-broadband-network-in-eau-claire-wisconsin-133264228.html
BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC) a provider of wireless broadband solutions has launched a first phase of its 4G+ Broadband Network in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is MediaG3's second site used to test enhanced developments of their Wytec patented technologies. "Eau Claire is a joint venture with Wisconsin Wireless and CCI who already have established operations as an Internet service provider and customer base in the area. We are excited to deploy another site allowing us to test and further advance this incredible technology," remarks Val Westergard, MediaG3's chairman and CEO. MediaG3 has signed a Letter of Intent for $10 Million in funding that includes a joint venture effort in advancing the Wytec technology.
As mentioned, this is the second site for the launch of Wytec patented technologies. Earlier this year MediaG3 announced the Boise Project: "MediaG3 Pilot Projects Moving Forward With 10 GB Boise Project". The Boise system is now up and operating in selected areas. We continue to fine tune the system and will soon be offering customers Wi-Fi in various locations throughout the Boise, ID area.
MediaG3 currently has five U.S. patents directly involved in next generation mobile broadband technology that go beyond 4G in which both MediaG3 and CCI will share in its advancements and economic benefit. 4G is defined as service speeds "up to" 100 Mbps for high mobility communication and 1 Gbps for low mobility communication.
The technology to deliver broadband speeds beyond 4G has been currently addressed by macro-diversity technology, also known as group cooperative relay and beam-division multiple access. Simply said, the technology is capable of banding together multiple frequencies to form one large broadband pipe. MediaG3 will focus on the software development and network designs that effectively manage bandwidth traffic to end user devices. "This is a key component in the overall success of deploying 4G+ mobile broadband services and we are thrilled to be a part of such groundbreaking technology," says William Gray CEO of CCI.
The $10M funding facility is being arranged under a number of institutional and accredited investors arranged by Innovation Capital Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of CCI. The use of proceeds will be initially directed to the continued build-out of the Boise and Eau Claire networks.

By Bill Murphy
DALLAS -- Craig Clint Stiff Jr. has reported a 10.1 percent stake in Competitive Cos. Inc. (OTCBB: CCOP).

You are certainly sniffing around the right places Z.
Thanks for the opinion.
Doesn't appear that Conxxus has updated their NEWS section since 2006 as you previously pointed out.
http://www.conxxus.com/news.htm
Considering Competitive Companies, Inc. CCOP and Conxxus are in this PR http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/competitive-companies-inc-signs-commitment-with-conxxus-llc-in-securing-government-374m-loangrant-program-95357454.html from June 1, 2010...it would appear Conxxus simply doesn't update that section of their website.
MY OPINION is that this could certainly be means of financing CCOP intends to use with MediaG3 MDGC.
MDGC and CCOP need to provide clarification though as anything else is simply speculation.
Charles, you are certainly optimistic this morning.
I am hungry for further details and clarification regarding the arrangements with CCI.
I will admit that I am excited to see MediaG3 may finally have the cash to complete their projects.
This is especially important to the Boise Project as I believe that is the key for MediaG3.
Boise is the launching pad IMO. If their service and speeds are verified by a third party then it could mean BIG things.
I believe it is in the best interest of MediaG3 to provide a detailed breakdown of this proposed arrangement with CCI as well as how this will benefit MDGC and their shareholders.
LOL, sounds good.
WB, what do you mean by that?
I am not familiar with "PB Blast."
Thanks in advance.
Better call and email them as well.
"As a result of our unique partnership with MediaG3 and the Wytec asset purchase, CCI will now focus on working with MediaG3 to continue upgrading the Wytec patents while delivering a national and international platform to providers of 4G broadband services to include thousands of urban, suburban and rural wireless Internet service providers throughout North America and beyond," says Mr. Gray.
Excellent and agreed 100% Colemano!
MediaG3 is doing just as many startups do...they are trying there hand in many options.
One of those options is bound to be the basis of the emergence for MDGC IMO.
I believe their installment in Boise could lead to wonderful things for the company.
It's honestly a matter of them proving the speeds they have shown in the vids as well as the ease of deployment and low costs at this point.

Answer:
The last day of summer for the Northern Hemisphere is the day of the autumn equinox, or the day the sun's illusionary path in the sky is right over the equator. In the southern hemisphere, it is the last day of winter. That day varies from year to year, but is around September 22.
Also known as the fall equinox, the last day of summer in 2011 is September 23.

Libel
1) n. to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others. Libel is the written or broadcast form of defamation, distinguished from slander, which is oral defamation. It is a tort (civil wrong) making the person or entity (like a newspaper, magazine or political organization) open to a lawsuit for damages by the person who can prove the statement about him/her was a lie. Publication need only be to one person, but it must be a statement which claims to be fact and is not clearly identified as an opinion. While it is sometimes said that the person making the libelous statement must have been intentional and malicious, actually it need only be obvious that the statement would do harm and is untrue. Proof of malice, however, does allow a party defamed to sue for general damages for damage to reputation, while an inadvertent libel limits the damages to actual harm (such as loss of business) called special damages. Libel per se involves statements so vicious that malice is assumed and does not require a proof of intent to get an award of general damages.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_radio
A cognitive radio is a kind of two-way radio that automatically changes its transmission or reception parameters, in such a way that the entire wireless communication network -- of which it is a node -- communicates efficiently, while avoiding interference with licensed or unlicensed users. This alteration of parameters is based on the active monitoring of several factors in the external and internal radio environment, such as radio frequency spectrum, user behaviour and network state. A cognitive radio, as defined by the researchers at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, is "a software defined radio with a cognitive engine brain".

Wireless Broadband Plan Would Create ‘Super WiFi’
http://www.mediag3.com/media.php?id=288
FCC wants to crack open ‘white space’ in TV signals
By Mark Huffman
ConsumerAffairs.Com
September 24, 2010
The Federal Communications Commission says it has resolved a number of legal and technical issues and is ready to move forward in opening the vacant airwaves between TV channels to host “super WiFi” and other services.
The spectrum, known as “white spaces,” is the first to be made available for unlicensed use in more than 20 years.
TV white space spectrum is considered prime real estate because its signals travel well, making it ideally suited for mobile wireless devices.
“Unlocking this valuable spectrum will open the doors for new industries to arise, create American jobs, and fuel new investment and innovation,” the agency said in a statement.
The National Broadband Plan noted the importance of unlicensed spectrum in creating opportunities for new technologies to blossom and recommended that the Commission complete the TV white spaces proceeding as expeditiously as possible.
The FCC began this project more than two years ago, investigating arguments that the use of the spectrum might interfere with existing wireless devices and television broadcast industries.
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) was a staunch opponent of the “white spaces” project.
Supporting the use of white spaces is an array of tech titans including Google and Microsoft, as well as consumer advocacy groups such as Consumers’ Union, the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG), and Free Press.
Cheap wireless broadband
Among its uses, the spectrum could be used to deliver low-cost wireless broadband to rural and poor areas, transmit traffic videos, build electric-utility smart grids, create faster home networks, and create services not yet imagined.
MediaG3, Inc. a wireless technology venture, said the company is planning to exploit white spaces airwaves that exists in all U.S. cities.
MediaG3 last week introduced WiFiBridges technology, a multi-channel, multi-mode network which was designed in part to work in these white spaces. It’s chairman, Val Westergard, hailed the FCC decision.
“This new spectrum allows signals to penetrate through buildings and walls much better, delivering superfast Internet connections in places other frequencies didn’t,” said Westergard. “We call this ‘Next Generation,’ WiFi3 or WiFiCubed. This will bring a whole new level of Internet mobile device usage.
