Both are thieves selling millions of stock every month
One could only pray. It's amazing that Google, Microsoft, Apple or someone else wouldn't spend a couple of bucks for Calypso.
Top executives month over month optioning millions of dollars of shares and they can't give a dividend.
He should appeal to Supreme Court!!!
Listening for the 32 minutes I think it could go either way. Realistically the 3 Judges should allow a Jury to truly hear this story from the beginning and see how Tmob and Clyw got together 14 years ago to beta test the 923 patent. Its not that cut a dry in 32 min to just say no to something that was on the forefront of the cellular boom. Jmho
Does anyone know how many true shares were purchased out of the 198,000,000 shares?
Thats great, try and sit with Sirhaggus
This infringement isn't for a couple of hundred million!!!!
I agree but the board of crooks and the lawyers who allowed them to do nothing and bill hours of nonsense stand to lose big when the court and receiver resolve all of this
I agree with you and with Dishnetwork or Sprint trying to buy Tmob, they don't want any bad press!!!!
Looks like Dish will buy Tmobile this year!
May 2014 bring the purchase of Tmobile by Softbank(Sprint) or Dishnetwork and a big settlement to the calypso longs who have had to endure the board of crooks almost destroy this company! Happy New Year.
Being that Softbank is trying to build a worldwide top notch mobile telecom business it makes sense for them to look at Calypso's Asnap technology and that fact that it is patented in 25 of the top countries in the globe!!! If the receiver knew how to do his job he would contact them and show them the technology.
What? Gilead HCV product is first to market with cure rates never seen before especially in 12 weeks. Abbvie drug still 12+ months away if all goes perfect and it is multiple pills. Insurance companies are clamoring on the cost of Sovaldi but in reality a cure is a cure. A good liver transplant in $300k+ and years of rejection meds that cost a ton. Thats if the poor patients makes it to transplant without dieing.
HR: its interesting that Tmob forgets they beta tested ASNAP in Florida, then signed up to use it, promoted it till 2010( made a boat load of money) and now have issues with its language because Calypso wants what is owed to them!
4-6 billion first 1-2 year potential, remember in a couple of months there HIV med stribild gets EU approval...another 1-2 billion
I am with you 100%. Problem is who cares why or how we got here, we are here and hoping the lotto ticket hits for all the longs. Everything else is exhausting!
Only in America can you sign an agreement, use someones patent, make a bundle of money, never pau for it and then sue for lawyer fees to not prove anything?
Why would Daic stop now!!! Might as well go the last step tontruly see if it is all for not or that CLYW is really the Power Ball ticket from years ago!
Lets hope so!!!
I understand and agree.....but you have a signed agreement to use a companies patent? Wtf
Again it goes back to 3 things:
1. Why get a patent for intellectual property
2. why did TM sign a non-infringement agreement with CLYW in the first place knowing they had a patent
3. What was this all about?
Palo Alto, Calif. — September 28, 2005 — Frost & Sullivan is proud to present Calypso Wireless Inc., with the 2005 Wi-Fi Technology of the Year Award for its revolutionary automatic switching of network access points (ASNAP) patented technology (U.S. Patent number 6,680,923) that enables a seamless roaming between global systems for mobile communications (GSM)-based cellular / GPRS and 802.11-based Wi-Fi networks.
Tmob = scum of the earth. Lets use a phenomenal patent for free and then screw them over!!!
This is far from over!!! Clyw is still in the game. Lets see what the lawyers come back with.
Tmobile star witness Hassan speaks and the Judge takes his words as law and votes against Calypso?
So filing for a patent and technology means nothing here. Having a written agreement with Tmob for using Asnap means nothing??
2008 infringement filed against Tmob. 6 weeks prior to Jury trial 4+ years later 1 inept Judge feels a Jury wouldn't understand and agrees to motion of dismissal!!! Really
Something smells that it happened 6 weeks prior to Jury???
So the judge sees that tmob signed on the dotted line to use asnap and hotspot but no trial
They will pay attention in mid march!!!
Wouldn't after the Markman trial the judge tell calypso you don't stand a chance of winning if he felt it was for not? Why waste the courts time!
Clearwire is worth $4.2 billion dollars? Really!
Big deal the judge is allowing tmob to file non infrigement. That doesn't mean anything. March 4th is still coming
That is the Billion dollar question.....how many of the Unelected BOC shares are real?
I have to believe the receiver will at a minimum remove the share from Turrini!!! What a joke of a CEO. I also feel Daic shares should be limited being that he apparently is due 28% of the TMOB settlement. Everyone knows Daic doesn't deserve his millions of shares
Does calypso try and sue for a specific amount or does jury choose?
A patent validation will also bring about a buyout from a top company like apple, microsoft, google etc. They will have ability to take the 923 international and capitalize on other infringers. We then will see max return on pps. Lets be honest, most of the telecom world is watching this unfold!!!! The telecom US market is upwards of $250 Billion. If the patent is validated then what is the patent really worth especially with spectrum deteriorating and speeds diminished? Wifi of loading is legit.
Why do you say that?
HR: so in a perfect calypso world they win in March....Tmob will appeal, how much longer will that take?
Tmobile's comments are interesting. We have been involved with wifi alliance since 2009........problem is they have been involved with Calypso since 2004!!!
