Translated from French it appears to mean "lead in one's pencil" not sure what this is all about.
This is a good one if you have play money. It moves and I only like it for flipping. Be warned that it doesn't move like a Nasdaq and there are forces that are in control that have been playing this for years and they are good at it. They scalp the big guys and themselves.
Also be aware that earning time with this one can be especiaily volitile. Most of the reverse splits have happned this time of year.
And my favorite... no one in here can say anything to move it anywhere.
Watch a le.
Different entry points bring different perspectives. I don't know who started this 12 business but so far it is holding. Earnings report soon - this is when they really like to move it around. I think 12 is a good place for me to add but have yet to pull trigger. May be you are right and we are headed lower. Time will tell.
Someone's doesn't want is below 12 - I'd call that support.
I show yesterday's volume at 3x ave. When these volume guys move in the game is on.
Me thinks that buyer was the seller too.
They're just "messing with it". Earnings report soon - the big computer is trying to get the other computers to bail so they can grab up some more cheap before they mess with it some more.
I say the accountants have had thier say with the last few reports - now it is sales' turn and they want a good report.
Roadies selling t-shirts and trinkets at the door - not impressed.
They're just playing around to confuse things prior to earnings report when they move it all around some more. It moves - that is all I care about - WAY TOO RISKY to be in for long haul. When they eventually start making some money, the sharks that kept this alive will come in and pull out their share way before we get a piece.
Somehing big happens almost every week here. 5% swings on a Nasdaq with 4-5 billion in revenue. GOTTA MOVE WITH THE FLOW.

I say hit it at 12 and hope for 24.
They trade to themselves to trip te computer algorythms - this is what is going on - trade WITH them.
This ticker AIN'T TECHNICAL - that is just the way it is - IT AIN'T TECHNICAL.
Company gone dark. Not good. No real hook to hang hat.
How much you got into this thing ? You are chasing a dead horse and he's ahead of you STILL.
Anyone know when we see they next quarterly report ?
The computers need Volume to operate on - no volume no computer reactions to price movement. They adjust the algorytm on one side and the buying/selling on the other side adjusts to figure out how the computer reacts. All of this is really just one big chess game between human programmed computers.
Nice - on sept 24 Cisco will unveil the first system to ... (stay tuned these guys are not rookies in the space).
They always do this - they move it real high toward close or same at open then a drop. Just gotta move with it - IT MOVES! These guys are masters of this/thier ticker.
I predict that 10,000 years from now when the earth is a baren desert and all that is left are the the twinkes that survive with all ther preservatives, you all will be still keeping this discussion going. It is almost impressive.
Harry, is that you ?
Yea and the tooth fairy is going to leave me a shiny quarter for all the teeth I will loose before "all Hanna's hard work" brings us the payday.

YRCW has supply - we just need demand.
"The bottom line: General US truck-based freight volumes remain lukewarm at best for both the truckload and LTL market. That has led a deceleration of rates increases over the past year, down to the 1-2% range both truckload and LTL markets in the last two quarters"

OK-thanks for info
Hello all - there used to be a guy that posted weekly invoice counts for YRC on yahoo I think. Anyone run across this type of information anywhere ?
I personally am waiting for our guy up in Butte to weigh in on the latest developments.

Turns out I have a few GTGP shares that I thought I sold and found today in my Fidelity BAG account (I hate that account).
Interesting - big move today with standard volume.
No need to argue.
Folks, this Lasry guy is not the savior, he's just another speculator like you and me with deeper pockets. He'll be gone in a year. Today is 08/16/13.
Sorry for doom and gloom but that is just the way these things go. The more we say Lasrey this and Lasrey that, the more I know this to be another crazy curve on our YRCW carnival ride.
Excellent point. Where's that Xmas present we were supposed to get ? Santa is a thief - that is the only logical conclusion.
Soon = 2-3 years IMHO. I'll be there all the the flipping way.
This is a stock to flip - it moves - just need not to zig when they zag. Take profits and wait for next swing. Oh yea, there is very little news so that can help.
Moody's currently rates YRC at Caa3, which is nine notches into junk territory.

YRCW's improvements in operating performance are an important factor in offsetting increasing risks
the company will need to demonstrate progress in refinancing scheduled debt maturities over the near term,

I still contend that you all are the same person. How could you not share a mind by now?
Got mine at 24 and just fine with that. Don't think us "retails" amount to anything here. These are the big guys grinding blunt axes.
Ain't no one gonna take over YRC and it's obligations. It has never been a buy out candidate. You can't take negative income, deteriorating assets, the brand and the debt to any banker. It just isn't even close. Maybe Hoffa and gang make a play but that never works.
Don't know about "down, down, down" but the unions gave up a lot and they'll be wanting it back as tables turn. Big bucks for company to do so. Stock holders are in a long long line. But the price sure moves.
