I bought some 70's once - not too long ago (less than 1/2 year ago) - and the outlook was MUCH MUCH worse that it is today. Just a holding here.
Agreed - Haven't seen a a volume day in this week - we're due.
I think they have the boat down there. He is staying on the KRUSER. http://www.boatinfoworld.com/registration.asp?vn=48538
I think his 30 bucks took it down 15%
Hold'em - will be tempting to sell - ride it out.
In my opinioin - Get the 20's - YRCW will be around for while.
The three Scenarios -
1 - Common shares stay fully in tact POST BK.
2 - Commons cancelled.
3 - Something in between.

Anyone know the mechanics of removing the Q from the end of this ticker ? In other words, what needs to happen for qsgig to become QSGI from a procedural perspective.
QSGIQ Board up there - #3 on top 15
Yesterday $140.00 moved this stock up over 20% - 20% on one hundred and forty dollars. So the move down today on low volume is no surprise to me. 50% swing today should attract some more volume tomorrow. Until there is some solid news that means something, I hope to have more fun watching my shares here than my stupid google shares.
Need some big volume about now.
The springs - Our Laguna Pool Bar has an ideal regulated temperature of between 88°F and 90°F for enjoying cocktails without sweating or getting cold on either sunny days or rainy nights.
HOD yes HOY time will tell...
Now if someone would just call the judge - I think we can get to 15.
The shares I've bought in the 20's have never failed me. Now the 60's that is a different story... Hoping to see some action with all this delisting stuff. In my opinion BIG PAPPA won't let delisting be an option.

Anyone remember what yesterday's volume was ?
Is this a typo ? "we can assume is the on or before 8-08-10 date"
As they say on Yahoo - "BIG PAPPA" working this one.
Tempting to add here - hoping Q3 report should get us to 34. Any magic in those charts you'd like to share ?

In all seriousness, they appear to be very good and very mature/proven. Not too long ago, the disposal process of old equipment was haphazard at best. Now, with all the litigation and patient/consumer confidentiality awareness,, upgrading equipment can no longer include he risk of data ending up in the wrong hands (or on ebay). Today you need to actualy pay to dispose of valuable hardware if you want to gaurantee the due dilligance to aid you in a lawsuit. These guys have been doing this for years - and if they are doing it right - most likely making very good ROI.
As for why they got themselves in BK court - now that is a good question - my uneducated guess is that they made a bad deal with JR and it got personal.
You guys may or may not be aware that the nature of the space that this company is in = "stealth". That is ... take my old servers with all the incriminating/HIPA data on it and get rid of of it. Really Really erase/destroy all the data on my old servers-and don't tell anyone about it - just make it go away.
So the fact that there is not a lot of info (sales history/web site, ect..) on this company is not at all surprising to me.
I'm here all week - don't forget to tip your waitresses and bartenders (and the busboys too).
Forgive my ignorance here but what SEC filing will be required ? As I hope to see it - they are registered with SEC all ready - maybe they need to get Q removed - but all else remains same??? Surely they don't need to file a rise in PPS with SEC?
Thanks - so one could speculate that the counsel replacement bought the time to negotiate with remaining credtors to do debt to equity swap ? Modeled after what they got MAK to agree to. Just would hope it's our shares they would be using.
MIQ Logistics ?
Looks like they may leave us 10% in the green today ?
