SINO AGRO FOOD, which in two days, the gloss-bombed by the U.S. "naked-shorts" swung up towards the end again. Actually it is just to thank the New Year when the sale of quality is present already two weeks before Christmas. The company just keeps getting more valuable every day and all benchmarks are themselves fully. The company was just here and all the Swedes (almost) had a chance to listen.
The company earned 13 cents in 2009 (one cent utd), 2010, the forecast is holding at 29 cents (2.3 cents dividend?), In 2011, the company's conservative forecast 49 cents (dividend approximately 4 cents) and the following year should be over resuktatet 75 cents per share. The company is currently tax free in China because of the way it carries on agriculture.
Today, the shares were down to 115 cents = of 2011 projected profit will be P / E of 2.35.
As soon as the company crossed the SEC in the United States (document submitted 2 months ago) awaiting promotion to the big Nasdaq or ASE, and then funds and large investors act - which the Court today can not do. When should the P / E might be at 80-10 - so upgrading the course objectives can be right-handed.
What to buy when it's cheap (instead of complaining about low rate) should be obvious. The same (exact) force for SEMAFO 2008 when the price went 130-75 cents. All complained instead to stock up as much as you languished, as JF did and added golvvet to a decent management. Today's course two years later almost exactly CAD 13th A rise of one does not see too often in a heavy paper.
From the transcript conference call for August 31, 2010.
A Fishery business model consists of the followings:
A). Early year during development and construction of an A Power Modular fish farm (APMFF)
We shall contract to give services in engineering, supply of P&E, installation and supervision,
training and management of the APMFF, in term, we earn service fee and technology license
fee.
Normally, a standard APMFF will have the capacity to produce up to 250 MT of fish / year,
And cost about US$3.5 million to be established and built, as such, we are targeting to get gross
profit up to 65% on each APMFF’s service contract. AN APMFF can be built and established
within 4 months from start to operation in China.
B). at later years (usually within 7 to 9 months from day of the APMFF operation begins),
Fish sales will begin, so in the interim we shall take up equity interest in the APMFF, and in term
earn income from its fish sales. (In this respect, it will be subjecting to our internal financial
capacity at the time of how much % equity interest that we shall acquire, however it is our aim to
secure up to 75% by year 3 from the APMFF’s operation starting day.)
C.) Further down the road when there will be sufficient APMFFs built with volume of production
will come up sufficiently for us to start up a marketing net-work to sell and distribute all
production under one roof, as such, we shall earn from the marketing and sales of all production.
Principally that is the model.
How many fisheries do you target for 2011, 2012 and beyond?
Yes I am targeting 4 APMFF and 8 APMFF for 2011 and 2012 respectively
Thank you!
Some have probably sold, but it can not be many because it is so low volumes.
I think most people already have bought so many shares they want so there are few buyers for the shares sold in the market right now.
I´m not a member of the Jordan Fund. But when I thanked JF for the presentation they said that they were really, really long in Siaf. I do not know exactly what it means but it would be surprising if they are not shareholders in 5 years. But JF is made up of individuals and members act individually.
It is not written much about the company in the Swedish forum. I think everyone is waiting for the next report and when it will turn the discussion back up and running.
SINO AGRO FOOD now with the form-10 (several hundred pages, which all can watch) filed with the SEC. Approval may take 2-10 months due possibly to any questions etc.. Once approved, there are no barriers to rapid irreconcil listing on the AMEX or NASDAQ, and thus a brand new investing audience. Europe Listing herons within two years. Earnings Forecast for 2010 = 29 cents, 49 cents in 2011.
JF's forecast this year was 2.00 USD and 4.00 USD in 2011 and 2012 7 USD.
hyperboy262626, you haven´t written anything in several weeks.
What did you think about the presentation in Stockholm?
"Sino Agro Foods, Inc. expected to report Fiscal Year 2010 results on January 7, 2011. This event was calculated by Capital IQ (Created on August 14, 2010)".
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/snapshot/snapshot.asp?ticker=SIAF:US
But I´m skeptical, I think it´s to soon.
"Any mention of these vertical integrations in Sweden?"
It wasn´t mentioned on the presentation that I attended.
If I understood correctly, they can not come up with new earnings estimates after Form 10-12G and that is why they have not raised the profit forecast for this year. I am convinced that q4 is better than q3.
I didn´t hear that. That was said on the presentation for JF members on thursday. That presentation was more extensive with specalists talking about China. On friday there were just people from JF and SIAF.
A comment from a swedish forum by "Petrejus".
- I am not God and I can not control the weather. There are always risks involved in investing. But I think we're doing the right things right now and if normal conditions prevail, we believe we can grow by 100% per year over the next few years, "said CEO of Sino Agro Food, Solomon Lee last night in Stockholm.
Asked about the outlook, he declined friendly and said he was prevented by the rules for IPOs. Later in the evening in an informal context, with a salami and brie ciabatta-in his fist, he hinted that the projected profit for the year of 29 cents per share, perhaps it felt slightly too low as well as guidance for next year at 49 cents.
Siaf strategy has been to tie up partnerships with new joint venture partners at a brisk pace. These JV partners have a relatively large part of the new company and Siaf retains a small portion to make it as attractive as possible for new partners to make money and enter into collaborations with Siaf. This allows Siaf rapidly grow their business and ultimately have a large exposure to one of the huge Chinese market. Today Siaf a relatively small company with a niche product, but the strategy adopted is to provide means for rapid growth.
Throughout the process of building a JV Siaf earn money by selling its concept and its know-how to its JV partner. JV-partner assumes the cost of building new production facilities. Rapid growth will reasonably affect the stock price in a northerly direction, even during the growth process.
Solomon Lee shrugged, shook his head and smiled when he was asked about the company's future capital. -I Do not Need Any Money.
Peter Tan, who is responsible for fish breeding part of Siaf activities, described in detail the intricate systems that make it possible for Siaf to charge more per fish (water) surface than conventional fish suppliers. Siaf can produce 25 tons of fish per 72 square meters surface, while conventional vendors producing 0.5 tons per 660 square meters. Siaf need one person-year labor of 50 tons of fish, conventional producers need a man-year labor to 6 tons of fish. For it must be added to the fish Siaf produce through organic farming method is a much higher purity and quality. Production methods will not only end product is of much higher quality than comparable products, they also mean that production is so much kinder to the environment than anything that exists today in China and that in itself is a very strong trump card for Siaf.
For it will produce the so-called drakfrukterna, beef cows and dairy section.
After getting to talk to Siaf management, we think that much of what we were told almost sounded too good to be true. A large proportion of visitors to Siaf Stockholm Presentation of the week will certainly be found with his finger on the purchase button on Monday.
Siaf is in a win-win-win situation. Their JV partners earning good money. Chinese authorities get expert help to improve and establish a strong and high quality domestic food production. The Chinese consumers get good food. Siaf earn money the whole way. If you just may walk free from extreme events or natural disasters. we believe that Siaf will make its shareholders happy in the coming years.
A comment from a swedish forum. He was at the presentation yesterday.
"It was pretty much nothing new in the direct presentation of extending beyond that of the preceding comments.
The short sounds interesting is that they are planning to build four "fish farms" in 2011 and a further eight 2012th This is the situation now, but if the demonstration farm is successful it may become the talk of many more.
Very almost sounds too good to be true. We'll keep our fingers crossed that they play with "open cards". I think 2011 will be a very successful year for Siaf!
Riddle,
Hobbe"
I recorded the Q and A with my Iphone.
It´s really poor quality. I hope you can hear at least some of it.
You must turn up the volume.

MR Lee said that he thinks that there will be very nice growth for the next 10 years!
I don´t know who is selling, but it´s not the management.
Are you going to the presentation next week?
Emliez, look at the link, you see "after hours last trade".

If you click on "trades" you will see the details.
It´s called Form t.
Here is an explanation from Yahoo.

Under new tax legislation of China beginning January 2008, the agriculture, dairy and fishery sectors are exempted from enterprise
income taxes.
SINO AGRO finally ready [2010-11-12 15:09]
Autumn has been intense for Siaf with formalities and presentations in different directions. Now that all these manipulations TODAY finally completely ready, the ground leveled for the consideration of the best climbing on the "listing steps" to come.
The first step was that the revised bokslauten past two years, which has dragged on for various reasons, but now since a few months is clear. Then it was Q2 and now time weeks Q3 reports punblicerats, both reports were very good. While the company made its first dividend for 2009, which is expected for 2010 increased by 150-200%, as reported (8% dividend policy of the bottom line).
So today, finally, do you submit (files) the "form-10 to U.S. authority, the SEC, which means that you can note on the Nasdaq BB if you like. The company, however, are considering whether it should instead be aiming for listing on any of the major lists directly instead (AMEX or NASDAQ) to more quickly now, various investment funds and investors.
Upcoming Week in Stockholm is reason to ask current issues to the company on any of the presentations taking place. Between 200-300 people are expected. All presentations are fully-booked. A supplementary question must be unstinting:
Now that company has at least 30% of its shares in Swedish hands, we get a bit later, maybe see a dual-listing here in Stockholm?

JF's forecast is also unchanged Regarding share price 2010 = USD 2.00. For 2011, 4:00.
There was an answer from Chad published on Yahoo.
"I'm expecting 3rd Quarter out sometime next week or shortly after. The Company will be in Sweden presenting, so there will be no time for a conference call. There may not even be a news release, just a filing made to Pinksheets. The Company is close to filing its Form 10 so that is the main focus at this point.
Warm Regards,
Chad Sykes"
"SIAF expected to report Fiscal Year 2010 results on January 7, 2011".
I can´t understand how it´s possible to publish q4 as soon as january 7. It would never happened in a swedish copmany.
Sino Agro Food - Investor Confidence Interview
http://china.fixyou.co.uk/2010/11/sino-agro-food-investor-confidence.html
There is no conference planned for 3rd Quarter, however I expect one for 4th quarter/Annual. Once the Company is registered with the SEC is will begin conducting quarterly earnings calls.
Warm Regards,
Chad Sykes
As far as I know there is no big event in Stockholm that week so there should not be any problem for you to find a room.

Fully on-Siaf presentations [2010-11-03 18:01]
There will be a record for single company presentation in Stockholm November 18 to 19 when SINO AGRO FOOD (SIAF.pk) will come to Stockholm. More than 200 people in total and "note on the door." Meanwhile, the great turnover shares made their way up towards the old peak of 1.68 today, now around 1.67. 53 million shares are outstanding and the company has so plenty of money (profit) that has just had its first dividend. Profit for the new working year 2010/2011 or even triple compared to the year 2009.
No, I don´t own shares in SensoDetect (swedish company).
12 november
The signature Lovedale on a swedish board writes about a
presentation in Germany 14-15 november. Have you heard anything about that?
She is just a shareholder but the information is trustworthy. She has copied most of the information from JF.
I think you should contact JF or contact SIAF.
I´m sure that they will try to help you.
Send your mail to JF on monday. nisse.jordanfonden@bredband.net

Because of the trip is editor of o now closed for the weekend until late Sunday evening. Therefore grateful that no emails are sent into. The phone also closed, except the mobile phone for important cases".
No takeover.
"On another note, Strindberg, what would it mean to have SIAF cross listed in Sweden? If I understood the gist of that brief Jordan Fund comment, it sounded as though Sweden has a rule which states if Swedes own 30% or more of a given stock's available common shares it entitles it to be listed on the Swedish exchange. Can you explain how SIAF's dual-listing would be beneficial? I'd appreciate it. Also, would that mean one could buy SIAF shares at different prices?"
No, there isn´t any rule. But we've all seen what has happened to the share price since the Swedes began to buy shares. Swedes can´t demand a dual listing but because Swedes owns many shares it is quite likely that the company will arrange a listing in Sweden.
It would also benefit Americans. The company would certainly be greatly appreciated on the Swedish stock exchange and the valuation of the company would surely rise. It is also harder to short shares in Sweden. If the share price rises in Sweden it is likely that it does in the U.S. also. If there is a difference between the stock price makes it possible to make arbitrage.
I´m sure that it would be very positive for us all if we get a dual listing.
By the way, the swedish stock exchange is owned by NASDAQ.

SINO AGRO STOCKHOLM [2010-10-19 13:28]
SINO AGRO FOOD coming to Stockholm for the presentation November 18 to 19 Those who first receive the invitation are the customers of those institutions who arrange meetings, and JF-members. IF there on Friday and "extraordinary" meeting by any chance would be places left, it may be possible that members can bring a family member or friend. Are there any "outside" but with larger holdings can also be a chance - but interest is already as large as it seems doubtful.
