There was an answer from Chad published on Yahoo.

"I'm expecting 3rd Quarter out sometime next week or shortly after. The Company will be in Sweden presenting, so there will be no time for a conference call. There may not even be a news release, just a filing made to Pinksheets. The Company is close to filing its Form 10 so that is the main focus at this point.
