This may have already been answered but does anyone know why my shares of MGRN have a # sign at the end instead of a D?

Dear BRNPND:
I am responding to your question regarding the status of your shares in Encounter Technologies Inc.
On May 18, 2011 Encounter Technologies Inc, announced a mandatory forward split, in which existing shareholders of ENTI will receive 1.033 new shares for every one old shares. Unfortunately, the new shares are not eligible for electronic delivery through the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation, DTC. This means that we are currently waiting on the new shares to be delivered by the Transfer Agent. The average timeframe for receipt of the physical shares generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks.
We will post the new shares to your account once payment has been received from the depository or agent. In the meantime, the symbol ENTI.C1 is a contra symbol used to hold the place for when your shares will be received.
If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact your local Scottrade branch office. The staff there will be happy to assist you. You may obtain the telephone number of your local branch office through our home page in the Branch Locator.
Sincerely,
Brent F.

ENTI.C1 and my share count includes my 3.3% DIVI
Should update in the morning to the current ENTID shares and PPS.
Scottrade told me that they do credit shares on NYSE and Nasdaq stocks but not on OTC stocks. Its my understanding that any brokers that dont go through DTC are able to send their certs back to the TA and get new ones.
DTC wont speak to individuals only to Brokers. Customer service gave me a back office contact at Scottrade so that is my next stop.
Im on hold with them now. I dont know if its allowed or not but I dont like people messing with my money so I'm going to try at least. I will let you all know what I find out if anything.
Same info that I got. I'm going to try and contact DTC. Good DD.
Tranfer agent says to contact broker.
Scottrade is saying that they have already requested new certs from the TA but are waiting to see if the new shares are DTC approved.
Going to call TA again. All sounds really fishy. IMO
IF my shares of ENTI# haven't been converted to ENTID by the time the 1 for 1 divy occurs will I be left in the cold?
Share Structure
I just got here today but do we have confirmation that the share structure has changed? Did the company authorize new shares into the market yesterday?
thanks in advance
Ok then in your opinion what path should we take to get this resolved?
Its hard to produce a link when you are making up your own news.
Scottrade just told me that the shares I held were sent back to the TA electronically on Friday and they are waiting on the TA to send shares back. They had an anticipated swing date of May 2nd but since that has come and gone I should talk with the TA to make sure they are on the ball. I'm calling them now.
My ticker shows ZERO volume today. I wouldnt qualify that as nice. IMO
Is anyone getting the .0001's or are they going to straight to the mm's?
Did someone confirm that the S/S had changed?
What L2 do you use. Scottrader Sucks!
So your explaination is mm's trading shares to each oher at a loss? Or at least under the bid?
So when you refer to dumping you mean the company selling shares to some MM at a lower price so then the MM can sell those shares on the open market for a profit?
I've been asking myself that and can't figure it out unless they were short at .0008. Which again doesn't make sense to me because I can't short an OTC stock. Plus they sold them to who? If they sold they had to be bought.
Looks like some solid upward momentum again today.
I feel the pr's that have been released so far have this company going in the right direction but I agree with you. If the acquisitions can't lead to increased revenue then there is no point to them. I'd love to see some geology reports showing the mineral content.
ok now we need some steady buying at the ask. IMO
HOw do people take a short position on an OTC stock? My broker will not allow a short position on OTC stocks or < $1 stocks. Any thoughts?
Can you give a more technical explaination for your deduction?
Understood. I understand buying at .0002 but explain to me who is out there selling their shares at .0002? And a lot of them.
So does this have anything to do with the recent change in s/s? I'm somewhat new and trying to understand the correlation between this type of trading activity and the 5 bil newly authorized shares.
Yeah I'm with you Slojab. I was replying to the guys to thought they were all buys.
160,000,000 volume mostly buys and the pps goes down. Really?
stop-losses?
Another step in the right direction!
NEW YORK, Apr 08, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Monogram Energy, Inc.'s (Pink Sheets:
MGRN) aka Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc.'s Astrolobe Technology has entered into
discussions with hardware providers for its latest wireless project in Guyana.
The Company is not wasting any time in getting this project underway, it has
several meetings scheduled over the next 2-3 weeks where it plans to find the
right match for its unique needs. Terrain and weather conditions have a serious
impact on electronic infrastructures, so it is important the Company has right
match.
This is the first of a series of steps the Company will be taking this quarter
to build out the infrastructure which it says "will transform the city and
compliment the One Laptop Per Family (OLPF) programme recently launched in
Guyana."
The OLPF programme aims to commit families to benefit from the development
offered through the use of information communication technology (ICT) in terms
of enhancing skills and gaining access to digital information that would aid in
their development.
"The timing is actually perfect for this project. The majority of our target
city has been priced out of internet services for quite some time now. We are
going to be offering a product which is roughly half the price of what is
currently being offered in the area. Combine that, with the initiatives which
the Country is currently undertaking to ensure that ordinary Guyanese could have
access to information, and you will see the potential of this project." says
Marquis Tech Holdings CEO, Saratu Phillips.
In addition to getting the discussions underway for the system build out, the
Company has retained a top consultant to spearhead the project. The consultant
previously worked on the major wireless network currently servicing the
Country's largest city, Georgetown. The CEO further stated "It just makes sense
at this point. As we expand business divisions, it is important to ensure each
project is getting the attention it needs to become a success. He has in-depth
experience working on the largest wireless network in the Country, and so far
has exceeded my expectations. We are happy to have him aboard."
Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc. is currently in the process of building a successful
portfolio of revenue generating technology and real estate assets. In our role
as managers, operators, and marketers of technologies we believe that leveraging
our industry experience and capitalizing on our strategic relationships are the

Ha cute. So was mine. hopefully its big enough to get this thing moving north again. GLTY
I was filled right away at the ask. Nothing huge but it went thru almost immediately about 30 min ago.
Any thoughs on the after hours buys @ 2.1116?
Just saw another come thru at 15:41:38. 25,000 @ $2.10. Would employee options show up like this?
I do have one question. Any thoughts on the occassional sells of 25,000 some .20 under the bid? i've seen five today.
I'd talk more but its hard to type with such a big smile on my face. Great volume. Great movement.
Now that that has been established, can you explain to me why after such positive news this stock has been going lower?
Well if that is the case I hope they keep it up so I can cover my position. Ha.
Any thoughts on the recent movement? Anticipation for earnings report?
