Yes we did. Adjusted, it's at .016 now. Hey, when are we going to get our AZFL shares Ted promised us on a conference call.... for being patient. Bwahaha
Me too.
Yes.
Thanks Comp.
Late again? What the heck? Hey BILLYJACK can't you do something about this terrible injustice? (I seem to remember something about your right foot). LOL
Cue music:
Go ahead and hate your neighbor,
Go ahead and cheat a friend.
Do it in the name of Heaven,
You can justify it in the end.
There won't be any trumpets blowing
Come the judgement day,
On the bloody morning after..er...er...
One tin soldier rides away.....
I don't think there is a need to get the franchises onboard for financing approval, or for the deal to go through. IMHO of course.
The franchiser receives royalties from the franchisees. If you bought Subway for example, you wouldn't have to own every single franchised location to have huge revenues. Ace is the parent corporation is this case and was quoted as doing $69 million per year in revenue.
Howdy Dude, Clarence over at the general store said he saw a new face in town. Good luck with your DD this weekend. Looks like you're a good man for the job. Please let us know your thoughts when you're done. Happy Easter!
I agree forlilygray. As a refresher, and for new folks, here's a re-post of an article from a few months ago that talks about the potential of EGCT.

Your analysis certainly was spot on Comp.
Yes, looking better today. Maybe we are getting close to the ACE deal finalization. Yes, good catch on the terms Comp. You seem to have a pretty good grasp on vocabulary.
Agreed Comp. Surehopeso.
LOL. That's funny stuff Chill.
Eggscellent!
And the faithful few said, Amen.
Nice volume today!! LOL
Hi Hilljack. Tiimmmbeerrr!!
Yes, thanks Comp. Nice summary as always.
Wow, lots of volume too.
Very nice!
Well, there's a little noise to break the silence. Now we just need to hear from the company!
Thanks my friend!
Thanks Comp. Could you please post L2 for the peanut eaters when you get a minute?
Comp hows the L2 looking this morning? Are those 40000 still gone?
Thanks man!
Hey Comp could you post a L2 for the peanut gallery when you get time?
Maybe the dingo ate the baby.
Looks excellent! Thanks for the L2.
Nice find Comp. Today's news is yet another great step in executing the business plan.
Incredible to see the 14516% increase on Dollar. 5000% on Avis etc. in 3-4 short years.
The kind of Wall Street firm PR'd today doesn't mess around with a penny stock company unless they think it can have similar stock growth IMHO. Double digit stock price for EGCT. Loaded, buying more and holding!
So your sayin' a profitable company that does 70 million in revenue, has other acquisitions pending, and a great business plan could trade for $2.50 per share? Outrageous!
Already got em at .255 the other day. Gotta wait for reinforcements!
Looks great! Where did the .29s go? I was just about to slap it and he pulled back to .32? WDCO? lol
Thanks for posting Comp. L2 looks 1000% better than the current share price.
Thanks Comp.
Comp. Any chance of getting a L2 for the peanut gallery?
Excellent point. Amazing that spew works at all. More dry powder tomorrow for my own super cheap fruit!
Nice volume today! Even though it's probably our new friends shaking the tree and picking up the scared little fruits. lol
BMO is the only financing from Canada I ever heard about as well. I do believe this is our very first true bash post! Exciting!
Doing a little speculative math, $1,380,000 = 3% of Amazonas Florestal. $1.38 million/23,000,000 (approx. O/S count less Ted's and his wife's shares) is .06 cents per EGCT share. Nice patience gift! Thanks Ted.
Nice work Comp. The only difference I heard was Ted stated Eco will have a premium valuation like Dollar/Thrifty based on it's unique position in the market. Not a dollar for dollar comparison. Which makes sense because we would have about a third of their revenues.
I think the caliber of these guys and the level of execution is virtually unheard of in penny land. I am so in for the long haul.
A rare opportunity indeed! IMHO
