Umm, isn't JUNP's corporate status revoked? (See NVSOS.)

Hear, hear! I was wondering about an update.
It seems like a lot of the intro material could be shunted to a sticky or two and the focus could be on current information and pictures, such as they may be.
Also, that giant font "Skull and Crossbones for CRWN" up at the top of the intro is so big that the letters get cut off (at least in my web browser). Looks kinda bush league, you know?
Thanks again, guys.
Cheers.
Many, many thanks for posting the recent photographs.
I am cautiously optimistic (and crossing my fingers to the point of pain) that this means better days ahead for this stock.
I have seen the prior postings about the purported relationship between CWRN and PAMVMEX, but it bothers me that Cotton & Western Mining, Inc.'s status with the Nevada Secretary of State is still listed as "Default." I hope that if CWRN profits from the activities in the recent photographs that it will take care of this issue right away as necessary. Does anyone "in the know" have any updates on this front? Are CWRN's attorneys aware of this issue? Has someone alerted them to it?
Speaking of CWRN's attorneys, I just checked the online case register for Geo's Texas case in Harris County and I see that the parties filed a "Rule 11 Agreement" to extend the Discovery Response Deadline for defendants to Friday, May 3, 2013. So it looks to me like at least as of the date of that filing, May 3rd, the litigation was still going forward, CWRN was still being represented by its attorneys, etc., etc. In my humble opinion, that's a good thing, to the extent it suggests CWRN is still a going concern.
I don't see anything new on CWRN's California case against Geo. It still looks like there may be a hearing set for June 7, 2013, and, if so, it may be for a hearing on CWRN's default judgment prove-up. Does anyone have any new information on this one?
Thanks again to those of you out there ferreting out info and even taking trips to the port! The efforts are much appreciated.
I hope we can someday soon eliminate at least two of those interloping zeros in the stock price!

¡Es un barco muy largo y muy lindo!
Thank you for sharing these pictures. Should they be stickied by the powers that be?
So between the three of us that's 5% of the shareholders.
Where are the other 56?
I'm actually happy to see something for 2012!
Thank you for posting this link. (I'm among the 59, too. Maybe we should print t-shirts ....) I'm not sure what to make of the report, but at least for all it appears there was still something of a "there" there at VIPR as of the date of the report ....
Anyone else out there who has had any contact with the company?
Thanks, Rocket Man. This is an interesting read.
I stand corrected: a response from Nevada SOS
I contacted Nevada's Secretary of State's Office and here is the exchange below (emphasis added by me):
Thank you for contacting Secretary of State Ross Miller's office. Yes, once the filing has been filed the status will change from default to active immediately. If you have any further questions, please contact our office.
Thank you,
The Office of Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller

Subject: Question about "default" status for a corporation
Good afternoon.
From a business search on the Nevada Secretary of State's website for a particular corporation, I see that the corporation's status is now listed as "Default" and that its list of officers was due 12/31/2012 and that its business license expired 12/31/2012.
If, hypothetically, the corporation were to resolve the default by doing whatever is necessary to resolve it, would the Nevada Secretary of State's website page for the corporation be updated soon thereafter to reflect that the corporation was no longer in "Default," or would its status not be updated until on or after the next anniversary, i.e., 12/31/2013?
Thank you in advance for your answer.
How can an LLC replace the corporation here?
I understand that some believe CWRN, a corporation, is in transition to a limited liability company, but I don't understand how that resolves the "default" status listed with the Nevada Secretary of State for the corporation; nor do I understand how such a transition would/could affect shareholders of CWRN, a corporation. Maybe somebody can explain this?
I read from at least one prior posting the implied suggestion that it is possible that CWRN's status listed online as in "default" with the Nevada Secretary of State might stay that way online until it is updated in 12/31/2013—that is, even if CWRN has since "fixed" the default. If that is true, can anyone find out if the status issue has been fixed? Maybe the lawyers know?
I would love to see this stock climb back up above 1¢ (those were heady days!), but it is hard to imagine how it could possibly do that until there is solid, current, positive information available.
A happy weekend to all ....
Has anyone contacted CWRN's attorneys in the lawsuits?
Does anyone know if CWRN's California attorneys are aware of Geo's Texas lawsuit and if CWRN's Texas attorneys are aware of CWRN's California lawsuit?
You can see the SEC case on PACERS.
Or at least, I should say, you can see "a" SEC case on PACERS, Case No. 12-CV-61072-RSR, which I assume is the one you're talking about.
I won't pretend to know the ins and outs of federal SEC litigation (so, as they always say, "Do your own due diligence here!"), but when I looked up this case awhile ago, it looked to me like a Judgment of Permanent Injunction had been entered against Mr. Cotton.
Maybe one of you guys can check PACERS for an update and further details.
I wrote info@pamvmex.com and I never heard back.
Info about the Geo JS Tech Corp case is available through the Harris County (Texas) District Clerk's website.
Info about the SEC case is available through Pacer (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).
Has anyone tried calling the phone number listed on the pamvmex.com website?
You beat me to the punch on this!
I was wondering this exact same thing. If the document is dated February 28, 2013 ("28 de febrero de 2013") are we sure it's already in the system such that it should show up on this other site?
Where did people find this document in the first place? Can someone post the steps to get there?
Again, thank you in advance.
Muy interesante. ¡Gracias!
Wait! Where did that post from microcaps go?!
I could swear he had a post a few minutes ago that supposedly had a link to a 2013 permit.
I just logged in to say that the link was taking me to a "Page Not Found: Error 404" blank page, and, now that I've logged in, I see that the post itself has disappeared.
Is it going to be reposted?
I really want to see this 2013 permit people are talking about.
Thank you in advance.
What law are you talking about? Please cite.
You wrote:
"Company names are required by law to reflect what the company does."
Again, has anyone heard anything from CWRN lately?
I see that if you hit the "List Fees" on the Nevada Secretary of State web page for Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. Entity Number C22484-1995, the total listed is $3,500.
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/FeeDetails.aspx?ctok=sF3t%252fOB2l1jphg5OUKnBLw%253d%253d
A blizzard of posts with recycled information and pictures is not what I'm requesting here, because by "recent" I mean since January 1, 2013.
Thank you.
Isn't the entity status "revoked" per Nevada SoS?
Here is what I get when I search the Nevada Secretary of State for Juniper Group, Inc.:
http://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=2PoClxxebR5w1LR%252b%252bOph4w%253d%253d&nt7=0
Or does JUNP reflect some other entity?
Has anyone received any recent pictures or emails?
Nevada Secretary of State links for three entities
As of the date and time of this message:
-- Your link shows that the status of "Pan American Mineral Ventures, LLC" is listed as "Active" with the Nevada Secretary of State:
http://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=EOjmlKf8qSP8VpI1ilCD3A%253d%253d
-- And the following link currently shows that the status of "Pan American Mineral Ventures, Inc" is likewise listed as "Active":

Has anyone heard anything from CWRN or PAMVMEX lately?
And am I correct that the following means that CWRN's entity status is in default and that its business license has expired?

I really have a hard time believing that Shirley Lee would use the phrase "PINKY LAND," but I'll admit: this company and its stock have surprised me many times over the past few years (sometimes with good news, sometimes with bad), so I will continue to hold on ....
I wouldn't get too excited. I think we're talking about a total of $10,000 today. Remember, the shares are worth close to nothing right now. And when the price drops, some of us rush in and buy more.
