Not a healthy business climate in Tunisia at present.

There needs to be stability in Tunisia before SOQ can move.
Jan $17.00 calls were up 100% yesterday, as well as today so far. Since Monday is a holiday, that would be a fine time for them to issue another PR.
Cheers.
Finally, SBAY appears to be in a good spot, but for how long is the question? There are so many other players, who have D>>EEE>>EEE>PPP pockets, that I suspect they will be bought out sooner than later.
So strange, Zuckerberg goes to visit his Facebook friend Baidu's Robin Li, and then comes back and "Goldman has invested $450 million in a deal that values Facebook at $50 billion. As part of the deal, Goldman is looking to raise as much as $1.5 billion from its wealthy clients to invest in Facebook alongside the firm."
Now BIDU on a tear today, wonder if they cooked up something ??
Agree 100%. As it is now, the small investor cannot afford to buy, and with a cost basis under $200, I cannot afford to sell either, because of taxes, so I get by with selling out-of-the-money calls.
Interesting article about Coupons in China.

CHGI, can lightening strike twice, can it make a mini move, like a mini CHGS.
CHGS Thank you for that 2010 parting $20K present today.
Anyone care to venture what would be a safe January call to sell ?
Psychiatrists vs. Bartenders
EVER SINCE I WAS A CHILD, I'VE ALWAYS HAD A FEAR OF SOMEONE UNDER MY BED AT NIGHT. SO I WENT TO A SHRINK AND TOLD HIM:
'I've got problems. Every time I go to bed I think there's somebody under it. I'm scared. I think I'm going crazy.'
'Just put yourself in my hands for one year,' said the shrink. 'Come talk to me three times a week and we should be able to get rid of those fears...'
'How much do you charge?'
'Eighty dollars per visit,' replied the doctor.
'I'll sleep on it,' I said.
Six months later the doctor met me on the street. 'Why didn't you come to see me about those fears you were having?' he asked.
'Well, Eighty bucks a visit three times a week for a year is an awful lot of money! A bartender cured me for $10. I was so happy to have saved all that money that I went and bought me a new pickup!'
'Is that so!' With a bit of an attitude he said, 'and how, may I ask,did a bartender cure you?'
'He told me to cut the legs off the bed! - Ain't nobody under there now!!!'
FORGET THE SHRINKS..
HAVE A DRINK & TALK TO A BARTENDER!
May your troubles be less, Your blessings be more,
And nothing but happiness come through your door!
Anyone care to comment on what may be the safest January calls to sell?
Pee before playing.

The Love Dress
A woman stopped by, unannounced, at her son's house.
She knocked on the door then immediately walked in.
She was shocked to see her daughter-in-law lying on the couch, totally naked. Soft music was playing, and the aroma of perfume filled the room.
"What are you doing?!" she asked.
"I'm waiting for Mike to come home from work," the daughter-in- law answered.
"But you're naked!" the mother-in-law exclaimed.
"This is my love dress," the daughter-in-law explained.
"Love dress? But you're naked!"
"Mike loves me and wants me to wear this dress," she explained." It excites him to no end. Every time he sees me in this dress, he instantly becomes romantic and ravages me for hours on end. He can't get enough of me"
The mother-in-law left.
When she got home, she undressed, showered, put on her best perfume, dimmed the lights, put on a romantic CD, and lay on the couch, waiting for her husband to arrive. Finally, her husband came home. He walked in and saw her lying there so provocatively.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
"This is my love dress," she whispered sensually.
"Needs ironing," he said. "What's for dinner?
He never heard the gunshot.
I wonder what JB means by
"Geoff also needs a lot of assistance with the P2O rollout.I'll finance the stock options out of the shares I returned to the Treasury which is a way I can get paid in the future (finally figured that out)."
Also, whatever happened to the proposed purchase of the air filtration company ?
A young Law student, having failed his Law exam, goes up to his crusty old professor, who is renowned for his razor-sharp legal mind.
Student: "Sir, do you really understand everything about this subject?"
Professor: "Actually, I probably do. Otherwise I wouldn't be a
professor, would I?"
Student: "OK. So I’d like to ask you a question. If you can give me the correct answer, I will accept my marks as it is. If you can't give me the correct answer, however, you'll have to give me an "A".
Professor: "Hmmmm, alright. So what’s the question?"
Student: "What is legal but not logical, logical but not legal, and neither logical nor legal? "
The professor wracks his famous brain, but just can't crack the answer. Finally he gives up and changes the student's failing mark into an "A" as agreed, and the student goes away, very pleased.
The professor continues to wrack his brain over the question all
afternoon, but still can’t get the answer. So finally he calls in a group of his brightest students and tells them he has a really, really tough question to answer: "What is legal but not logical, logical but not legal, and neither logical nor legal? "
To the professor's surprise (and embarrassment), all the students
immediately raise their hands.
"All right" says the professor and asks his favourite student to answer "It's quite easy, sir" says the student "You see, you are 75 years old and married to a 30 year old woman, which is legal, but not logical. Your wife has a 22 year old lover, which is logical, but not legal. And your wife's lover failed his exam but you've just given him an "A", which is neither legal, nor logical."
Bye Bye BUCY.

As Jobs said at the launch - magical. The keys to its success are compactness and portability. We know that with the advent of the computer, life on this planet changed, and now, it is beginning to spread equality, and a sense of humanity to all sorts of special groups and life situations. Very soon, orchestras will no longer have sheet music, just ipads - but with bigger screens I think.
BUCY addind 515 new jobs !!!

There is going to be a boost to sales from the mute nation, who can now converse!! So how many more units worldwide - mind boggling!!
Now Apple has opened up the world for persons who are speachless - Face Time, using sign language. Today the world has changed for that group of people. O.K., I will admit, that my imagination cannot fathom what will come next.

Winner Medical reported net sales of $26.1 million for the second quarter of 2010, a 26.4% increase from $20.6 million in the second quarter of 2009. PurCotton(R) products sales increased approximately 71.1% to $1.9 million in the second quarter of 2010 from $1.1 million in the second quarter of 2009.

The scariest thing I have ever seen, and I was actually watch AAPL, and saw my new car disappear before my eyes. So what we saw really had nothing to do with fundamentals, but rather sentiment. As far as our China sector is concerned, I am not worried, since one by one, I think the values we hope to sell at in the future will be realized. Tonight folks are going to review this Greek tragedy, and ask the question, how does it directly or indirectly affect me, and they are going to decide, yawn, nothing I can do about it, and life will go on.
SBAY
"The Company's entertainment media business assets, consisting mainly of copyrights to Chinese motion picture productions, are being marketed to potential buyers and to date, certain assets have been sold yielding gross proceeds of $6.4 million.
Adjusting for the sale of its trade services and entertainment media businesses as discontinued operations effective March 16, 2010, Subaye now estimates fiscal year 2010 revenue of $38.3 million and net income of $12.5 million, or $1.77 per share, from continuing operations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010."
They have copyrights on the books, valued as $24.386M, and Crane wants us to believe he can get full value for some old movies - he has to, since that may be the only way they can end fiscal 2010 with EPS at $1.77
I just don't see that happening.
There was a great article on AAPL in Businessweek April 26. Now I guess, in addition to Apps revenues, developers can also get a cut on iAds.
Personally, I'm sure that there are many individual investors in the position I now find myself in, it's too expensive to buy, and too much to pay in taxes if I sell.
Didn't MSFT and HPQ launch a tablet just a couple weeks before AAPL? Whatever happened with that device? As you point out, the competition needs more Apps and money, as opposed to AAPL, which as I recently read, has a payroll of 34,000 and 125,000 unpaid developers.

Hepatitis jab reaction was all in children's minds
(Xinhua) Updated: 2010-04-24 01:39
GUANGZHOU - A mass psychogenic reaction was to blame for the hospitalization of 46 children after receiving Hepatitis B vaccinations Thursday in south China's Guangdong Province, local authorities said Friday.
The children, among 84 who received the shots at a primary school in Huilai County in Jieyang City, claimed that they had developed symptoms of a reaction, including feeling nauseated and dizziness, Wu Junqiu, head of the county center for disease control and prevention, told a press briefing Friday.
The number hospitalized was 44 by 6 p.m. Thursday, but it rose to 46 after two more students went to hospital later, Wu said.
The symptoms in most students disappeared after placebo treatments such as intravenous injections of glucose, Wu said.
All the students had been discharged from hospital by 4:20 p.m. Friday.
Initial investigations by the provincial, municipal and county heath authorities showed the illness was not caused by the shots, Wu said.
The HB vaccine used came from a batch of 110,000 doses, of which, more than 90,000 doses had been administered, but no other abnormal reactions had been reported, Wu said.
The vaccine, which had a use-by date of September 1, 2010, was produced by a company based in Shenzhen city of Guangdong.
BSPM does not have a vaccine for Hep B, it's a capsule.
