...and then a month later after the PP closes, they're askung for a 1:10 reverse split approval at the upcoming shareholder meeting - nice move :(
Unbelievable these levels imo
Define ‘near future’
Nice dip :)
Post the RS drop might be a good entry point ?
Nice entry point imho
Correct. Can’t deposit with a regular brokerage firm (not DTC eligible) due to the new penny stock rules. There are a few specialized firms that take them (google them); but fees can be significant. To the best of my knowledge, even those few firms won’t deposit/convert your PP shares if trading range is below a penny.
if it's so promising - why stop filing then??
whoever didn't head for the exit yet will now imo

knew all too well what was going on behind the Synergy scenes;

if you make a multinational company lose a couple billion $ in short order & leave them stuck with trial deaths, AND expect anyone in the pharmaceutical industry ever to trust you again, you need to have your head examined imo. he's probably looking under his car every morning...
there's a really nice package deal available for you though from the experienced crew, if you're still game for it:
Synergy, $6 in January, now on sale at $1.90, Trovagene, went public at $24, now marked down to 51 cents for quick clearance, and ContraVir, $5 as recently as 2015, but now available for just 49 cents! Yes, you get all three of these made-to-be-sold companies for just $2.90! And, if you act now, we'll throw in 10 shares of Callisto Pharmaceuticals, a company which sank beneath the waves with Cap'n Gary at the helm!
Surely he didn’t buy them because he wanted to burn money and the matches got wet. He’s obviously looking beyond 2017...
Enjoy the front row seat to the final act of the drama, sure was expensive enough...
Q.e.d.
indeed.
harvest the tax losses & forget about it
Good luck to'ya!
a no brainer from here on out IMHO.
No thanks. I've heard enough fairy tales.
Concur. Look up antimony on the British geological survey list of critical metals. A steal at these levels in my humble opinion only , of course.
we'll see - time will tell :)
Looks like WOLV isn't either? Nothing on their website; no press release indicating a deal that involves them?
game over here imo
Agree!!
What deal ??
Time to back up the truck
Actually 68+ million shares short now :

and even of the original Labrador claims ("Cache River Property"), out of the 12 claims groups comprising >500 claims originally, only one group (Hamilton River, 6 claims) is still active; all the others have been cancelled as well.
you can look it up at the mineral rights inquiry page of the Dept of Natural Resources, Newfoundland & Labrador:

(then enter "Wolverine")
not so much. claims are gone.
check the last filing:
(quote) : "...On June 11, 2013, we entered into an agreement with 0969015 B.C. Ltd to acquire the Eureka Project Claims located in the Cariboo Mining District of British Columbia. We issued 35,000,000 shares of our common stock to 0969015 B.C. Ltd. at a fair value of $0.01 per share as full consideration for the acquisition of the Eureka Project Claims. On August 9, 2014 a total of 17,500,000 common shares issued pursuant to the acquisition of the Eureka Project Claims were cancelled. We have been unable to complete any exploration on the Eureka Project Claims other than a prospecting program conducted in August of 2013. As a result all of the claims have lapsed...."
