Actually, the chart is pretty dam
Exciting.
Ha-ha! You made my day, viper666.
Tell you what... if it hits .50, I'll run down the street with you, and I'm no way young enuf to do that! Ha-ha-ha!
Go to the company website, IR.
Okay, SFOR was $130 roughly March 2014, some big bullies are their lunch and stole their candy, so they fell to $1 by October 2014. After that, was the Valentine's Day massacre of 2015, after which the post R/S 1/650 stock reset to .065. Then long time in the trenches.
NOW, they had a victory, a judge made the big bullies give back their lunch, and future adult supervision may ensure they get back some if not all of their candy. I says, things only get better from here; don't become mesmerized by trivial fluctuations while the MM's are just trying to cover their costs while the stock is treading water before the Quarterly report sometime in the next 23 days. If you let yourself become victim of these head-games, some big bullies may take your lunch and all your candy.
Call me old fashioned, but I'm not giving them my lunch for less than 5 cents. Per share. You know, 26 cents could buy a whole tank of gas in 1969-1970. And some people thought that was expensive.
But I might hold out for 26 cents/share, because protecting my identity is more important than one gallon of gas in 1969.
How are people going to feel if positive news breaks over the weekend, and they left on the table the 13's now available, and early next week breaks upward to .002+
Based on 4/30/15 high of 60 cents, and 1/21 dilution, the price equivalent would be .0287 or so. That is the post-dilution equivalent of last year's April 30 high.
And that .0287 was before the positive outcome of litigation with Microsoft was known, and before the increasing market penetration that is now obvious. So I think it is not entirely unreasonable, and maybe even is very probable, that we could recover to .03-.05 again.
Anyone posting falsehoods should be banned from the board.
Yeah, pand2015, agree, seems odd after the question was repeated and answered multiple times. Anyone can buy the shares. They may be being gobbled up by someone who plans to buy the company, but they can be bought via most all brokerages.
GREAT!!! Thank you!!!!!!
That sounds suspicious, like some big fish is buying directly from the company, or there is some activity going on to identify naked shorts. Maybe someone shorted internally to Scott trade so they do not have enuf shares to sell you and also deliver...
They are dead wrong that other brokers are not letting customers buy.
Someone who has lost confidence, been burned, suffering from a bout of severe depression, or going through a divorce...?
Sorry I have no PM ability here.
May I respectfully suggest using a different word than "drop" in regard to the 8K's expected in your post. People are scanning hundreds and hundreds of posts everyday. and the mere word "drop" IMHO can cause reflex negative associations. We fear that word so much in these penny stocks. How about "fly" or "appear" or "be posted".
Thanks, cjstocksup.
On the point about how far it can go, I can only say that I believe we will get above .0036 to .0065 in the near term around the next Q or afterward, intermediate term.
Another stock I held for 8 months at .0021 to .0038 recently flew to .038-.05, and has stayed up there. SFOR has a much broader market for its products right now. What I am encouraged about, is that SFOR stock is migrating into stronger hands with longer term horizons, and out of the hands of nervous novices and day traders.
I do not know of any reason it might not be more accurately valued at 3-5 cents, as their sales catch fire.
I will be happy if it reaches 1 cent this year.
That's what I'm saying, and a Thanks for sharing. We all have put SO much time and energy into the investments we believe in and care about and need to do what we hoped for our financial security. Why do we often abandon them too soon? Many are lacking the training and years of experience it takes to weather the natural (and man-made!) fluctuations in price. Even if you have all that, doldrums can work on a person's mind. Hold your course if you can. Trim the sails in a squall if you must. This case, I say, Full Speed ahead!
Very glad to hear this.
The Quarterly earnings and massive expansion of product being deployed is going to get us above the very recent .0041, IMO
There is often a significant run up before a company's earnings announcement, even if there is often a pull-back if numbers disappoint:
I don't see a disappointing Q here, and it could gap up further after a good Q, following an anticipation run-up.
I made a huge mistake recently cutting losses on a stock wallowing in the 25-28 cent range, a stock which I had felt certain about at 50-70 cents. It zoomed up to $3.50 the past 2 days, after revealing criminal manipulation of their stock that included false reports of pending bankruptcy. Was out 9,000, bc I failed to hold that stock, and bought SFOR instead. So I don't appreciate any selling below .0012 nor those gunning for trips again. Why don't you buy the 14's and sell them when they double.
How can one know that for certain?
THANK YOU, PROHET-of-PROFITS!
There was no specific driver to cause the stock to settle from .0015-.0016 back to today's average of .0012. Just the natural fluctuations driven by human psychology after an increase. Or, someone liquidated all or most of their position. Could have been covering a margin call, could have been an estate liquidation, could have been they got more excited about something else, or were afraid of losing any profits or being underwater if they bought 14-16's.
Of course, some very special ones, unlike anyone else, always buy at the exact lowest tick and sell at the exact highest tick, and like to ridicule others whom they deem less clever.
Thanks again. Very helpful, especially today.
Thanks very much for this!
Are you saying this is done deliberately for the purpose of shaking out weak hands?
Sold shares two weeks ago in another company, in order to buy SFOR shares. The other one went up 600% today to the price range I had predicted. So I do really hope SFOR does the same very soon. I can't believe the brightest people in this board all got it wrong...
Once in a while, someone's account gets voluntarily or involuntarily liquidated, death, estate distribution, margin calls, whatever. Or someone impatient just gets tired of waiting and decides to swap out all there shares of one stock for another. I imagine Something odd like that may have led to this dump the last 2-3 days. It didn't make a lot of sense suddenly losing momentum for no obvious reason (except maybe some people as a matter of principle do not like to hold thru a quarterly earnings announcement/report, which some had thought was due next week 5/5). The fall in price below .0014 scared people close to this hoping for accelerating momentum. We need to get back to .0015 and hold it, not be angling and fishing for lower prices.
Did you say you will hold to 0.10? Ten cents?
I'm on the same page!
Whoever is dumping 13's is doing no favors, including to themselves...
Fair enough. Half a penny seems pretty broad consensus.
Sounds a disciplined strategy. Good. Whoever is selling now has little or no understanding of the natural movements of stocks, esp. this one.
I am not a financial professional, so I regret I cannot comment usefully about any buyout scenarios. Would also welcome input from anyone knowledgable, what those numbers might look like.
Good man. I don't understand whoever is dumping 13's.
If persons on this board really believe it will reach a penny, is it not kinda silly to let .0013's and .0014's just sit there waving at you, untouched? Or anything up to half a penny, for that matter, which would be a double?
Wow.i'm gonna try them when I can.
The OTC website does not have L2 for this one, I think? On those sticks that I can see L2, it only shows the best bid or ask for each place with shares available. Currently in between desktop computers, so I cannot see much by way of L2 from any trading platform right now.
Question: anyone know where you can see good L2 info on a mobile device?
Interesting. The scope for manip is huge. Have felt something wasn't quite right since Monday... Like somebody's "oh cr_p, I missed the bus!!" remorse, so trying to rig the price back down.
News flash: the price is .0036.
The oracle has spoken.
High-speed algo probably auto-outbidding your buy and sell orders by .00001, so your's doesn't show visibly. There was a 5 million ask at 13 that showed up and dropped off at my broker, late in the day. I thought someone had bought them. Btw I think you are selling too cheaply, IMHO.
Please let us know if you find out...
I'd feel like I was elbowing my way in front of others at a buffet table, to get to the best dishes, if I added any more 13's, so please, don't just let them sit there... My will power is not that great
That sounds exactly right to me, too.
Today's behavior in SFOR is typical since the 4/15 lows... 1 strong day up, two days pullback. Stair-stepping slowly upward, in general. This is the second pullback day. Therefore, Tomorrow, the 13's may look very cheap, when the stock hits 18's. I think it will this week or early next. Early May magic + expected positive trend in Q, which is soon.
