All such deals are hush-hush, because there are many spoilers out there. Also fierce competition for government contracts. That said, I have no information of any kind about Strikeforce's business plans -- other than what is stated in public filings.
It is a very impressive advisory board they are putting together. Cyber security is certainly a national priority. Please keep sharing your insights with us, bspader. Thanks!
Interesting.
It is still being faithful to its pattern of 2-3 day pull-backs. I will be very surprised if it falls below .0009. Maybe .0008, but I doubt it. Strong bids at .001, and those were only the visible bids. "All or None" orders do not show up in the cumulative quote for the bid and ask.
The deficit was halved, and the company has re-positioned itself and is proceeding aggressively. The 10Q did not emphasize the $9 million revenue stream coming in over the next 3-4 years from one source alone.
Some are jackrabbits, some are agile gazelles, and some of us are like slow-moving gorillas. On the 20-30M volume days, a few of the most nimble could profit on 1-2 tick trades, perhaps make a few hundred. But not every day. It's a lot of risk and time and stress for modest gains. The 800-lb. gorillas don't hop in and out, but they will ultimately decide where the price is going to sit.
Sounds mystical.
Ok, didn't show up when I checked T&S earlier. One trade for $150.
But you haven't yet. Not even 9's.
They have to have a card left up their sleeve!
Thank you, Moeclay.
No trades at 15, few at 14's... So far today. Why do you want to sell at 15's?
I have no training reading balance sheets. It says there is a 7.6 million dollar stockholder deficit, which is half of the deficit from the last report. It states "going concern" cautions, based on this and limited sales so far. However, the recent initiatives to expand sales distribution, and the belief they will prevail in other infringement cases, together with two new products, and their 2 million "cash in hand", is grounds for hope in coming months. How much hope will no doubt be reflected in share price, and may be unstable until sales figures or other news turn red to black in the stockholder deficit box.
Apologies to all if I have misunderstood the basic facts stated in the 10Q.
Other board members here like diligentcpa can no doubt interpret this better than I can.
Sheep will follow a bellwether right over a cliff edge. In the movie, Far from the Madding Crowd, you can see a mad dog drive the whole flock right over a cliff edge, blindly following the bellwether, who is running away from the mad dog. The herding dog was immature, improperly trained, and just plain had bad instincts.
Investing and trading are not games to see how many followers one can get. People's life situations can be at risk. Make a bad call, and others will remember it. So, be very careful what you wish for.
That is my hope, as well.
Oh, very cool! Previously, I was very interested to learn about your book on Technical Analysis, and thought how great it was to have someone with your knowledge on this board. Then, after thousands of messages processed, had forgotten your "handle" here. Now I will remember!
Glad you're contributing to such important work.
Great story!
I hope to one day achieve some goals that would allow me to auction lunches with myself on eBay!
Don't dare tell them such a thing!
Little kids don't understand idioms: I once lost a toy, age 4 or 5, and when my mother found it she said, (annoyed at having had to look for it): "WELL, if that was a snake it would have bitten you!" -- an old expression meaning something was so close that anyone should have seen it. But I was afraid to walk near that door the rest of the time we lived there.
I bet you have worked at a healthy lifestyle, exercise, etc.? And I imagine enjoyed the energy that financial success brings with it. Congratulations on having children such delightful ages.
Most people would probably prefer to do whatever they want everyday, without any pressing responsibilities, but on the other hand, many people take satisfaction in taking on a challenging project or profession and making a great success of it. All about balance, and having enough time for family and relaxation, travel or hobbies, or writing a book, etc.
Wishing you every success with that... Soon, too!!
One has got to have what one author described as "Fire in the Belly", in order to take on Microsoft and prevail, -- and then, instead of being exhausted, talk about the next campaign plan is 'slay 5 more dragons' . No, I'd have to say this is a man on top of his game. Lifestyle has a huge effect on how a person feels, more important than age, per se. I guess I don't feel it is appropriate to make reference to the CEO's age or personal life. No offense intended....
Financial security is a great thing at any age, but lack of it does affect life span, no doubt. Poverty is a huge stressor. How very very fortunate for your great grandmother, that she can be comfortable.
Thanks, Osullman!
Good luck to us all. I'm hoping the juxtaposition of the Full Moon and Mars this evening is a good omen.
It feels really strong, and some very sharp and dedicated supporters. Thank you.
Ha-ha!
It's possible you might have one last chance to get .0009. Not perhaps likely, but possible early next week. After that, I'd be very surprised.
"Too many" is relative. If they are locked in strong hands so that daily volume is modest, it doesn't really matter, does it.
No.
The brilliance of the current share structure is that the float is now distributed across many more hands, significantly reducing the risk of any sudden single-party dump like the one that cut us down from .0041.
Suggest read everything about this that's been posted for the last 2 months.
No kidding! Great to have help to put the word out! 1.02 million followers. Wow!
For the most part, only animals follow me... But very loyal animals!
It may happen again if there is a 2-3 day pull-back to 9's. From there, I would guess it goes skyward, but a pull-back to .0009 - .0010 would fit the past two months pattern, and should not be a cause of panic.
5 or 10 cents would be very welcome.
Yes, he certainly would be "excellent husband" -- and all around upstanding guy -- if his optimism could help this grow to $1.
I don't think .05 is unreasonable, all things considered.
Much grace, intelligence, and superior strategy comes with age. One is only as old as they think they are.
Sorry, I don't understand what you wrote...
Okay with me!!
ok husband --
if you can turn this into $1/ share,
I'm pretty sure you can have several wives if you so choose
tthutch -- you were quite right, the ask is thin. At less than 1/5 of a penny, even Millions is thin. A stock I followed for years, with much less currently going for it that Strikeforce has, came out of dormant, "shell company" status, knowing they need to redesign their products to be useful, have less than $150K "cash in hand", and yet they rocketed from .0038 to 14 cents today. Any real money here, as opposed to one tick players, could similarly send this to 5-10 cents. Any serious investors, this will rocket up like a hot knife thru butter.
I missed out big time on a stock just coming out of shell company status. They had a little over $120,000 cash on hand, and their products needed to be redesigned before being attractive to defense contractors or private sector. Went from being at .0031-.0038 for many months, closed at 14 cents today. No sales, no real cash on hand. Compare with Strikeforce!
Or maybe some cautious optimism following the shareholder meeting. Those small sales by officers looked like an annual tax withholding requirement.
Why not check back in two years, then.
Very interesting indeed. Thanks!!!
No it will not.
