As Grey pointed out the other night, there are not a newbies on this site tonight so most of the world still does not know about this stock.
I loved this stock a few weeks ago BEFORE they announced they were able to convert the Voraxial 4000 into a submersible unit to deal with the underwater plumes. This means they have the BEST solution presented so far for shallow water (can operate skimmer boats in 2 ft of water) and they have the best solution for deep sea! Did you see the excitement on the face of the contractors when they talked about not having to bring the water onboard a vessel to separate it? It takes a LOT less time and energy to separate it underwater!
Here is the kicker, if they get just a small contract of $5 mil for some machines (pocket change for BP) that is STILL MORE THAN 10 TIMES the amount of revenue of their best year ($400,000 in 2009...which was a 300% increase over 2008's revenue). So what would that make the stock worth?
If there is still a chance to STEAL this stock under $1 until details of the contract come out then should that your lucky stars! GLA!
They need to put out a PRESS RELEASE!!!
This seems like a done deal!
EVTN has HIT THE BIG TIME!!! $2 to $4 next week!
Just found this on ESPH's board...
WATCH THE VIDEO ON THE 1ST LINK AND 3RD LINK!
Looks like EVTN got deal with BP 17-Jul-10 11:33 am

EVTN should do well next week.
For near shore clean up, looks like smaller is better.
It has not been reported on a PR yet, but it is in the news.
Buy on dips! It is the only company I know of that has developed an underwater oil/water separator! Stock will be over $2 after earnings and guidance!
It's a trial purchase order but it IS AN ORDER! They have made it this far with BP, the rest should be history! I am expecting $3.00 to $5.00 after earnings, guidance and contract details come out this month!
Great Recommendation today:

About Enviro Voraxial(R) Technology:
EVTN is the developer and manufacturer of the Voraxial(R) Separator, arguably the world's most efficient, high volume, bulk fluid and fluid/solid separation technology. The separation market encompasses a series of multibillion dollar segments, spread globally across many industries and applications. As the developer of a dramatically superior separation technology, the economic implications for EVTN should be significant. Voraxial(R) separation systems have already been proven in commercial use by some of the world's largest corporations.
TECHNOLOGY: The Voraxial(R) configuration is a unique, patented, in-line, continuous processing centrifuge, that is capable of pumping and simultaneously separating up to three components, such as oil, water and sand. Voraxial(R) bulk separation, for a given volume, is achieved at a small fraction of the weight, size, energy requirement, maintenance and cost of conventional separators. The Voraxial(R) is scalable to handle very large volume requirements and slurries with high solid content. The Voraxial(R) may stand alone or serve to enhance the capabilities of other environmental or energy technologies. Please see www.evtn.com for additional information

The Top 10 most bullish parts of today's press release are:
#1 That they have a new innovative, underwater version of the high volume Voraxial 4000 Separator.
#2 The vessels can skim oil for 10x longer since the amount of water collected in the holding tanks is reduced by 90%.
#3 Implementing this new method enables the new fleet of vessels to process significantly more volume of skimmed oil/water mixture, collect more oil, capture a higher concentration of oil and remain in operation longer.
#4 (Due to the) small footprint and low energy requirements, they can convert virtually any vessel of opportunity into skimming vessels. For instance, two model Voraxial 4000 Separators that processes over 1,400,000 gallons of oil/water mixture per day can be secured onto a fishing boat.
#5 Over 21,000,000 gallons per day can be processed by three model Voraxial 8000 Separators.
#6 These new skimming vessels can now operate in open waters as well as shallow waters close to shore.
#7 This new Underwater Voraxial will allow a fleet of high volume Voraxial skimmer vessels to effectively contain and clean current and future oil spills.
#8 Deployment of this Underwater Recovery System will be a benefit to the numerous sensitive ecosystems threatened by this crisis.
#9 EVTN is developing an advanced Voraxial Skimmer Vessel. This Vessel, less than 40 feet in length, could deploy twin Voraxial 4000 Underwater Separators with a combined 1,400,000 gallons per day capacity.
#10 A similar Vessel with twin Voraxial 8000 Underwater Separators will have a capacity of 14,000,000 gallons per day.
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 13, 2010 -- Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: EVTN) today announced that it has received a purchase order to deploy the innovative, underwater version of EVTN's high volume Voraxial 4000 Separator. EVTN envisions its unique underwater design as the core technology for an advanced generation of skimmer vessels to facilitate the Gulf clean-up effort and to effectively protect the environment from future offshore oil spills. Other technologies that have been deployed in the Gulf followed a similar trial process.
The new Underwater Voraxial oil recovery method allows the operator to separate oil from water in the ocean. By conducting the separation in the ocean, the vessels can skim oil for 10x longer since the amount of water collected in the holding tanks is reduced by 90%. The collected oil will be discharged into a holding tank while the clean water remains in the ocean. This differs substantially from the current methods of skimming large volumes of oil/water mixture and then conducting the separation on a vessel. Implementing this new method enables the new fleet of vessels to process significantly more volume of skimmed oil/water mixture, collect more oil, capture a higher concentration of oil and remain in operation longer.
Additionally, some of the inherent characteristics of the Voraxial -- specifically high volume, small footprint and low energy requirements, can convert virtually any vessel of opportunity into skimming vessels. For instance, two model Voraxial 4000 Separators that processes over 1,400,000 gallons of oil/water mixture per day can be secured onto a fishing boat. Over 21,000,000 gallons per day can be processed by three model Voraxial 8000 Separators. These new skimming vessels can now operate in open waters as well as shallow waters close to shore.
This new Underwater Voraxial will allow a fleet of high volume Voraxial skimmer vessels to effectively contain and clean current and future oil spills. Deployment of this Underwater Recovery System will be a benefit to the numerous sensitive ecosystems threatened by this crisis.
EVTN is developing an advanced Voraxial Skimmer Vessel. This Vessel, less than 40 feet in length, could deploy twin Voraxial 4000 Underwater Separators with a combined 1,400,000 gallons per day capacity. A similar Vessel with twin Voraxial 8000 Underwater Separators will have a capacity of 14,000,000 gallons per day. The unique advantages of this design provide every offshore platform, drilling rig, tanker, marina and port a compact, high volume oil recovery method that can be stored onsite and quickly deployed.

Mr. Rachfalski,
Thank you for your e-mail. The information regarding the technology that was demonstrated was sent forth to the Okaloosa Emergency Operations Center for review. The EOC along with the Unified Command Center will make all determinations on what technologies will be used depending on the consistancy of the product we are getting in our waterways and on our beaches.
Thank you for caring so much about our environment and about our city.
Kindest regards,

subject Urgent! Oil solution observed last week, when will it be deployed? re: article
Dear Mayor Seevers,
It appears that last week you and City Manager Greg Kisela along with Councilman Dewey Destin observed a solution to separating oil from water by Enviro Voraxial Technology. John DiBella demonstrated this to you and it seems to be the best solution for protecting the beaches! Please don't tell us that we need BP to approve it first, can't the machinery be deployed and use emergency funds from the city until BP reimburses the money? Please confirm that from what you have seen that this technology can save the beaches from any further damage! Please share your thoughts.
God Bless you in these challenging times! Sincerely, Andy
We are presently offering a wide range of equipment and services to BP under our Master Service Contract

July 8th: Ecosphere signed a significant contract with Mid-Gulf Recovery Services! Ecosphere's Ozonix Process Selected by Mid-Gulf Over All Competitors! Great, how about some numbers now!
I agree Art. I am glad to hear that corporate spoke up about the BS!
It must have been expected as there is no reaction in the stock.
I respect your opinion Eco but I disagree, skimming costs BP a LOT LESS then trying to clean it off the shore and paying claims for destroyed property plus they get to sell the recovered oil. Ecosphere's and EVTN's systems would pay for themselves in months with the amount of oil that can be captured and sold. I don't even know why we are talking about this because BP's opinion shouldn't mean sh*t at this point, Obama should have put the US in charge of cleaning the waters and the beaches 2 months ago and just left BP in charge of finding something to stick in it's hole! (which it apparently cannot do)
I agree, I wouldn't be short going into this long 4th of July weekend! The waters are calming down and the demonstration that was scheduled for last Wednesday should certainly happen this weekend if it hasn't happened already! We have the letter of intent, it would sure be nice to see the stock on Tuesday after a contract is announced! http://www.midgulfrecovery.com/
We need 10 ships the size of A Whales AND 30 machines from Ecosphere and 50 units from EVTN and that is just to start! (Oh yeah and Costner's 32 machines)
That's a good point Cork but I am not sure many money mangers of large portfolios dabble in BB stocks but maybe I'm wrong. I prefer to think that there are some good folks up in Louisiana that are getting to see this thing 1st hand (maybe they are even doing a little trial run in the marshes) and those folks want to get in ASAP. They need something to supplement their income hopefully it will be to get into ESPH now!!!
Excellent points Ecosmith!
ESPH Technology has been tested by EPA!!!
In 2005 Ecosphere's system was put to the test and then used in the Gulf region after Hurricane Katrina! It was tested by the EPA and passed all tests with FLYING COLORS! Ecosphere is listed on the EPA's Vendor List since 2006 with the following comments: It is the only filtration system of it's kind to be tested and verified by the US EPA through it's Environmental Technologhy Verification Program to clean water from a man made or natural disaster!!! It also states that Ecosphere's system strips out all contaminants to VERY LOW OR NON-EXISTENT QUANTITIES!
See Ecosphere under vendor 69...
http://www.epa.gov/katrina/EPAvendorlist...
Now for the past 2 MONTHS they held Ecosphere up AGAIN putting them through the same tests while shore communities and the ecosystem of the Gulf gets ruined! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DONATE AN OLD COMPUTER TO THE EPA SO THEY CAN STORE NOTES REGARDING TO WHAT TO DO WHEN THE NEXT DISASTER STRIKES! EPA must stand for Extremely Pathetic Agency! It never ceases to amaze me how during this Age of Information we have technology right under our nose that can help in these types of emergencies but the EPA can't remember what works from one disaster to the next!! The one department that is supposed to help protect the environment keeps failing us! There should be heads rolling in the EPA!
Here is a company video showing how well their machine worked back in 2005!

Good post Ecosmith, thank you.
I also spoke with the Robin Shannon who wrote this article and he said he is hoping to have an update by the end of the day! http://www.lobservateur.com/articles/2010/06/19/news/doc4c1be146b238e182202451.txt
Just bought more at 1.26 Thanks for the buying opportunity!
Thank you also for posting this article... http://bluetechblog.com/2010/06/24/advanced-technology-reaches-the-gulf/
I am with you Ecosmith, the disaster in the Gulf is of historic proportions and we need EVERYONE out there that has ANY chance of helping!!! Unless their product is a total sham this stock will double within a week or two! I know the Voraxial water separator that they use from EVTN is a proven success. Plus they need the oxygenation to revitalize the marshes! This is just an opportunity to BUY MORE! I am selling some other longs in the market to double my position here! GLA!
NO! No one wants a hurricane, except maybe people who are long haz-mat companies. Even then I don't know how people could want a bigger enviornmental disaster! I prefer to invest in companies that are part of the solution! BP is still sorting through 20,000 suggestions so Obama should just let BP worry about plugging the hole and he should have put the Coast Guard and Navy in charge of cleaning up the water and the beaches! ESPH and EVTN would be out there already. As I said in my previous post If I were ESPH and EVTN I would go out to the Gulf and bring along a TV reporter, if the coast guard tries to stop them from cleaning just put that on prime time news!
I agree Cork, it seems like MM's sell in the morning (maybe in some cases to use the capital to daytrade) then they buy it back in the last half hour in case the news comes out after the close. They better hope the stock doesn't stop trading and they release the news mid-day. They will regret it forever. I will NOT sell ANY shares unless someone shows me better technology that is more cost effective. Even then we need about 20 of these companies deploying everything they have for the next couple of months. This is a national crisis of historic proportions!!!
Thanks Ecosmith...I just sent this email to them. If they received a lot of similar emails we might get a quicker response!

IT HAS RAINED OIL IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. PLEASE HELP NOW BEFORE THE HURRICANES COME!!!
PLEASE RELEASE SOME NEWS STATING THAT SOME OF ECOSPHERE UNITS ARE BEING DEPLOYED!
It is REDICULOUS that they cannot go out and start removing oil while the contracts are written up! They should just take their units out to the Gulf and start using them and bring someone from CNN or Fox with you, if the Coast Guard stops them then it will be all over the news and there will be a public outcry to let you proceed! WE NEED THEIR HELP NOW!!!
We have had oil mixed with rainwater in Louisiana and central Florida! I have spent 8-10 hours/day the last 2 weeks promoting their company to news stations, politicians, friends, families and anyone who would listen. Please let us know that you are not waiting for the red tape to be cut through and something good is happening! PLEASE GIVE US SOME HOPE!
A hurricane will dump 10x more oil on the land! What will happen then? Will people have to be evacuated? Will haz-mat teams have to be called in to clean the streets? Does each state or US govt have enough money to clean all the cities that can be affected? BP will be bankrupt by then! It is bordering on negligence that you and Ecosphere are not being more aggressive to get units out there!
This is an excerpt from the articles below...
About 4:15pm or so eastern, coming back from Tampa, FL, north on Veteran's Expressway...about 7 miles perhaps from SR 54...it sprinkled some gray watery and solid black oil on my car. Thought it was bugs, but so fast did not make sense and windshield wipers just smeared it. Got out of the car and looked on the paint and there were solid black dots on my car...I touch it and realized it is OIL! As I continued my trip I began to smell it also!

The best way to learn about the Voraxial is to watch the videos on their website www.evtn.com, I have also been trying to gather as many of the videos and articles as possible and posted them on Facebook. Type in EVTN and the following page should come up "Use EVTN tech to clean up the Gulf". Then type in ESPH (who is one of EVTN's largest customer) and watch their videos, they use the Voraxial as part of their unit. Ecosphere videos can be on their website also http://ir.stockpr.com/ecospheretech/video-presentations. Welcome to the board and good luck!!

It is starting to rain oil in LA and FL and we haven't even seen a hurricane yet! We need Enviro Voraxial Technology (EVTN) & Ecosphere's (ESPH) machines out there NOW to clean the oil out of the Gulf! This article refers to central Florida, near Tampa.
A hurricane will dump 10x more oil on the land! What will happen then? Will people have to be evacuated? Will haz-mat teams have to be called in to clean the streets? Does each state or US govt have enough money to clean all the cities that can be affected? BP will be bankrupt by then!
Everyone should email this video to every state official, politician and TV station that you know. Ask them the same question about haz-mat teams and whether this means living in these cities will be too toxic once these black rains
come!!!
I have already sent this to AC360, Larry King, Bill O'Reilly and local politicians in the Clearwater area along with over 100 emails to family, friends and business contacts. That is NOT enough. We Need Your Help!

It is starting to rain oil in LA and FL and we haven't even seen a hurricane yet! We need Enviro Voraxial Technology (EVTN) & Ecosphere's (ESPH) machines out there NOW to clean the oil out of the Gulf!
Ask them the same question about haz-mat teams and whether this means living in these cities will be too toxic once these black rains come!!!
I have already sent this to AC360, Larry King, Bill O'Reilly and local politicians in the Clearwater area along with over 100 emails to family, friends and business contacts. That is NOT enough. We Need Your Help!
Raining oil in LA...
Wow, raining oil in LA already. This is a VERY telling video that shows that Louisiana is already experiencing oil mixed with it's rainwater!!! (Just posted on ESPH board!)

I just called the reporter of that article and he is following up with Mid-Gulf today. He said he would provide an update so I sent him the email below and I will post his response as soon as I get it. (He did indicate in the title of his article that it COULD happen AS SOON AS Wednesday.) I know it is hard to have patience but not all great stock buys pay off within days, sometimes it takes a week or two...(sometimes years!)
Robin,
Thank you for taking my call! I want to say that your news article and your information about Mid-Gulf Recovery's pending deal with Ecosphere was the BEST news I have heard since this oil disaster began. Ecosphere's equipment is the best by far that I have seen in the last two months and it will be a God-send once those machines are deployed. Any update you can give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
