Apparently Sam Parks office is pushing hard on Alamos. He strength could add the lift we are all waiting for.
Sam was involved in Minefinders back at the $1 level, hopefully we see similar results here.

As discussed in private email I do work for PMV and beleive in the deal strongly. I don't hype it here or anywhere else, I've always posted news releases, newsletter coverage or answered questions. I don't use an alias, which I'm sure you can check and please verify.
Bullboards are just another tool to get the word out about PMV.
As always people can call me with questions or comments on PMV as I am happy to answer them.

Hello echarters
I am guessing you are refering to Marie Sheilds? She had been making calls on PMI Ventures, but I can assure you she is not part of the company and no longer reccomends it to her people. Arthur Fisher was very upset by her recent envolovement and has requested her to stop making calls on PMV's behalf. Hence some of the negative pressure on the stock lately.
The IR person on PMI is Warwick Smith, formerly of national gold. Arthur Fisher is the president, he has spent 40 years in public companies. Doug MacQuarrie is the VP of exploration, a runner up for the Goldcorp challenge.
The team seems solid to me. I also feel that the low volume shows it is not a paper play. They are letting the merits of the deal push the stock price. I believe it also shows that management is not bailing out of the "cheap paper" they hold. Arthur recently sold shares in order to exercise warrants so that they can continue drilling.
I respect your opinion although Im hoping it is guided towards to sheilds crew and not to those actually employed by the company.

Anyone who is intested in PMI Ventures Ltd. can call 888 682 8089 and ask for either Warwick or Larry.
No need to bash each other on the boards or bicker, I believe the deal is a good one and I would rather let the merits of the deal stand for its self.

A company I have been following for sometime is PMI Ventures and I was
not planning on putting this alert out now until I seen todays
drill results and heard rumors that the stock is going to make a
significant move higher over $1.00.
Whether it does or not, nobody knows for sure, but it definitely
has potential. The stock initially ran up from the $0.05 - $0.10
level to $0.80 in January on news of a major acquisition of
gold properties and has been consolidating since then in the $0.55
to $0.80 range, so the stock has a good base at this level.

Properties
What gives this company such good potential is the location and quality
of their gold properties.
PMV has an option to earn up to 85 per cent of the interest that
Goknet Mining Company Limited of Accra, Ghana, holds in exploration
concessions and applications covering an area of approximately 400
square kilometres along a length of 50 kilometres of the axis of the
Asankrangwa gold belt in southwestern Ghana. Goknets's interests vary
from 85 per cent to 100 per cent, subject to a 10-per-cent
non-participating interest in favour of the government of Ghana.
Consideration for the acquisition will be 3.0 million shares of the
company plus cash payments of approximately $260,000 (U.S.) over three
years
PMV will also be required to complete the following expenditures on
the properties to fulfill its option:
year one expenditure of $500,000 (U.S.);
year two expenditure of $1-million (U.S.); and
year three expenditure of $1.5-million (U.S.).
The Asankrangwa gold belt is in excess of 150 kilometres in length and
lies along the central axis of the Kumasi basin approximately 250
kilometres northwest of Accra and about midway between the Ashanti and
Sefwi gold belts. The Asankrangwa gold belt already hosts the Obotan
operation of Resolute Amansie Ltd. of Australia that has, to date,
produced over one million ounces of gold from shallow open pit
operations. Past production of the Ashanti belt that lies 40
kilometres to the east of Goknets's project area is in excess of 40
million ounces of gold principally from the Ashanti and Tarkwa gold
mines, while present resources are estimated at an additional 40
million to 50 million ounces of gold.
At present, Gold Fields is mining the 37 million ounce Tarkwa deposit
and Ashanti Goldfields is mining the 45 million ounce Ashanti deposit,
with several smaller mines adding to Ghana's stature as an important
gold producer.
The Sefwi gold belt that lies 30 kilometres to the west hosts three
producing gold mines with historic production of about five million
ounces of gold and with current reported gold resources in the order
of 12 million ounces.
PMV has acquired a very large land position in an excellent gold belt and
is surrounded by about 12 major mining companies in the area with
many producing gold mines.
Their property was explored in the past, but on a piecemeal basis by
several different companies. Over the past couple of years, a private
company accumulated property positions and assembled the data from the
past exploration programs.
Drilling has been encountering grades between 2 g/t to 40 g/t over
widths of 1 to 30 meters. The geology of the PMI ground is permissive
for an Ashanti-type deposit. So far, none of the near surface gold
occurrences on the PMV properties have been tested at depth.
The grades that PMV are encountering is equivalent or better to
producing mines in the area so the odds appear excellent that they
will make a significant gold discovery.
Ghana.
Ghana is mining friendly and has a history of gold production
stretching back several thousand years
The gold exploration boom in the 1990's targeted surface oxide gold
deposits. There has been no systematic exploration for new "deep gold"
targets on the target Asankrangwa properties. The nearby Ashanti
Obuasi orebody has been in continuous production for over 100 years
and ore grade mineralization has been proven to extend to over 2 km in
depth
Ghana has a stable and democratic government
Taxes are reasonable (35%) and there are fair mining and environmental
policies
There is moderate government participation (10%)
Ghana has a good judiciary and legal system
The Project area is served by a network of roads, rail and power lines
There is a good supply of low cost, skilled and willing labour
****************** NEWS May 29th 2003 *********************
PMI Ventures has released further results of its initial drill program
on the package of exploration concessions and applications covering an
area of approximately 400 square kilometres along a length of 50
kilometres of the axis of the Asankrangwa gold belt in southwestern
Ghana.
In total eight drill holes were completed in this initial program.
Four drill holes were completed in the Fromenda Grid B area in the
northeast portion of the exploration area and a further four holes
were completed in the Kukunapi area that is located approximately 20
kilometres to the southwest.
Significant assay results received from the drilling in the Fromenda
Grid B area are shown below.
FROMENDA GRID B AREA
2003 drill program
Drill hole/ From To Drill Au
inclination (m) (m) (m) (g/t)
03FBDDH1 44.0 74.0 30.0 2.63

including 52.0 69.0 17.0 3.59
03FBDDH2 82.16 104.85 22.69 0.89
-50 degrees
including 97.41 104.85 7.44 1.44
03FBDDH3 52.0 77.24 25.24 0.86
-60 degrees
including 72.12 77.24 5.12 1.86
This initial drilling at the Fromenda Grid B area has demonstrated
that the shear structure that hosts the gold mineralization is
approximately 25 metres (83 feet) in true width with grades of up to
3.59 grams per tonne over a true width of 17.0 metres (56 feet).
Further drilling is planned to test the rake of the mineralized zone
more completely.
In the Kukunapi area, four drill holes were completed of which results
have now been received for the first two drill holes as shown below.
KUKUNAPI AREA
2003 Drill Program
Drill hole/ From To Drill Au
inclination (m) (m) (m) (g/t)
03JGDDH1 30.82 34.40 4.08 1.66
-45 degrees 77.55 83.52 5.97 4.67
including 90.22 91.90 1.68 2.21
including 77.55 78.55 1.00 21.59
03JGDDH2 24.00 27.00 3.00 1.34
-60 degrees 41.00 47.00 6.00 1.44
including 95.90 102.41 6.51 2.24
The initial drilling at Kukunapi is regarded by the company as
successful since it has demonstrated the existence of the mineralized
structures grading up to 4.67 g/t Au over a width of 5.97 metres
(19.59 feet).
The company is pleased with the results to date of its first drill
program since potentially economic gold mineralized zones have been
identified to date at both the Fromenda Grid B area and at Kukunapi
over significant widths.
Much of Ghana's gold production is from very large low-grade gold
deposits such as those of Newmont, 115 million tons at 1.82 g/t, and
at Consolidated Goldfields of South Africa, 168.4 million tons at 1.66
g/t.
Further results are expected in the next two to three weeks. Douglas
R. MacQuarrie, professional geologist (B.C.), the vice-president of
exploration for the company and Goknet Mining Company Limited,
supervised and directed all work associated with the drilling program.
All sample analyses were conducted at SGS Laboratory Services Ghana
Limited in Tarkwa, using industry standard 50-gram fire assay and
screened metallics fire assay techniques, with atomic absorption
finish.
PMI has an option to earn up to 85 per cent of the interest that
Goknet Mining Company Limited, a privately held Ghanaian mineral
exploration company, holds in these exploration concessions and
applications. Goknet's interests vary from 85 per cent to 100 per
cent, subject to a 10-per-cent non-participating interest in favour of
the government of Ghana.
Further drilling is planned to test both the strike extent of these
mineralized zones and the extension of the mineralized zones to depth.
