Looking for .008+ here
Once volume picks up here sky is the limit
We will definitely see a 10Q filing Mid-May based on their filing history. They are pretty consistent on when they file. They don't release much news though. Maybe that will change soon if they care anything about their PPS and market cap.
$ELED 250 million AS confirmed. Bottom set ready for a bounce.
I'm not sure. I thought it was a requirement though since all Nevada stocks do at least. This is the first I've seen that didnt.
This is my first seeing a SEC reporting company do a RS withiout filing a PRE and DEF 14.
It's a lotto for me anyway. Whatever happens, happens. Anything under 001 is a lotto for me.
Another missed deadline on the way. Where's that stupid cat we were promised?
They're not getting anything out of continuing communication at this point so I doubt it's a scam. There is no pumping here.
Where's that damn cat? ??
Lol true. Buzzie said he was letting it out today. I guess not.
Did the cat get l r t out of the bag yet? ??????
Explain how they have done this over and over without a single RS?
What made you say that?
I don't think he ever said it fell through. Just that Gary wouldn't be doing the financials anymore becuase of this delay.
I guess that's what I get for trying to read it from a phone. On the flip side. They can't dilute anymore without increasing the AS which would require around 20 days notice right? Perfect time to run it with no interruption.
That is incorrect. 1.875 billion authorized (which everyone knew because of the NV SOS) and 1.42 billion outstanding. You should look at the filing again.
What I don't understand is why file a NT-Q?
It has been confirmed via email that FFAGA is still working with XCLK. Any words of them being fired is not true. All are free to contact the company themselves for the truth. GLTA.
There has been no RS filed. That is a blatant lie.
Lol that's a possibility. Good theory.
They were so good at communication but they have really been dropping the ball lately. Hopefully that improves.
Keep hope alive I guess ????
I wouldn't call sellers impatient. The company is full of shit and some are just sick of dealing with it. They have shown no integrity. They have missed too many dates that they have set themselves with no explanation.
That's just his guess. Nothing from the company. I'm sure they're embarrassed
Sometimes you get a response from a @crossclickmedia.com address. This guy seems to have other business ventures and perhaps does not want to manage a bunch of different email accounts.
I found documents on the SEC website. No litigation's come up btw.
Stephen J Campbell. The person who emailed you back.
Looks like he was an investment adviser rep / broker for Morgan Stanley. Then his name cones up for Campbell Financial Services.
I want to see a filing.
Right lol. Fox news is just Republican propaganda.
Why isn't iHub showing the 8k filed this morning
The question is how much did they keep for themselves and what was paid to crossclick. Also who did they loan 200k to. They also made over 100k in loan repayments. Look deeper. Where is this money coming from.
pretty much
The biggest transaction was $300 and there was less than $1000 worth of volume. I'm pro XCLK but let's be realistic.
Lol nice. That painted the picture so vividly.
Me too! Good thing is this is an attractive price for the share structure so it's decent we should get a nice little bump.
on 10Q watch now. Could be filed as early as 8am eastern. They have in the past. Or they could wait until Monday.
SO once everything is filed and caught up what's next? They will file because they have to with the FEC. So what then?
