If there was nothing to hide or that they knew would raise a stink they would be happy to confirm the share structure.
All this news (not sure how much to believe although on the surface it sounds great) and the share price drops like a rock. Not even speculation held the price up. I'm no expert but it has to be lots of dilution; how else can you explain it?
I sent him an email to the same address I've used before; he replied a couple times, It didn't bounce back.
BTW he stopped replying when I asked him about the share structure and if buyers were lined up for the crop. He would only discuss what made the company look good, not hard questions about share structure or anything revenue related like if buyers were lined up for the crop.
Would be nice if Rash or Murphree explained this, I'm not holding my breath. Typical penny stock, you never get the full explanation.
One more red flag.
Boy are the red flags adding up. Its looking more and more every day like we bought into another penny scam. I need to be convinced otherwise and not by this board. Rash and Murphree where are you?
Answer the hard questions:
What is the share structure?
Who is buying the mj from the farm?
Clarify the Citi Blends deal?
How much revenue is currently being produced by your other products?
Don't just tell us, let us see it in reports you submit to the SEC without safe harbor statements. None of those questions need a safe harbor statement if you are telling the truth. I don't want to hear about "plans", "we are going to".... I want hard facts.
I am fairly certain they won't discuss any of those; and thats the biggest red flag.
I think that one made a great many people buy shares, including me. It was a complete lie from the very beginning. It sounded very good at the time until the details came out. None of that airport deal had a chance of happening. Wasn't it supposed to produce $49M a year? I was nuts to believe him; and I paid for it.
He got us good there.
Sure, the Vegas meeting is still on. We will be using all the money we made from EZ Vip, PUNCH TV, Filmon, Imagination TV, and I think I remember TV shows to be produced in China. Don't forget the ad revenue from all the ads on the website too. How could I forget Drive in Theater.
Did I miss any revenue streams?
Oh I think the potential is tremendous, no question about that. My question is do they have companies lined up to purchase the hemp they are growing? I want to know how that whole process is going. Is this the first crop? What is the expected yield for the first crop? Does the yield go up each year?
I want them to address that part of the business because as you stated there is a lot of revenue to be made.
I will be interested in who buys it and how much revenue they generate.
I just got the canned response. I don't have much confidence but I'm not throwing in the towel until after this investor thing which I hope we hear some first hand information. Also will wait till the report comes out.
Again very little confidence...
Had a couple back and forth emails from Mike. Nothing really new. When I asked about share structure and potential revenue from the various things they have going, and the concern about the falling share price and his take on convertibles being a factor the responses stopped. I was very respectful and not insulting in the least, actually I was very supportive.
He will only discuss the positive things he says the company is doing. He will not respond to any tough questions about the share price.
This is sounding more and more typical of many other penny stocks. I had high hopes, now I guess we wait for the next Q to tell the story.
Painful. Sure looks like trips are around the corner.
About time for ole SS to come on here and say there will NOT be an RS. That will be a sure sign that one is around the corner. He wouldn't know the truth is it bit him in the a##.
I question if there ever was a group buying huge quantities.
Thanks for checking this out. Finally some good news. The reviews sounded good. Have they taken over operation of the store yet?
Cut and pasted from the June 15 PR. Is this true or not?
The acquired Dallas Metroplex located health beverage café is the flagship licensee of the CityBlends smoothie and juice bar brand. CityBlends has a nationwide network of over 300 licensed smoothie and juice bar operators in addition to a growing global presence.
“The Dallas Metroplex store acquired by North American Cannabis Holdings is a longtime CityBlends leader and an ideal operation to work with in innovating a new beverage line,” said Stephanie Suddarth, CityBlends President.
“Our cannabis beverage pilot and trials have provided us the hands on research to know our destination beverage plan is a sound, strategic opportunity. Today’s acquisition provides North American Cannabis Holdings a great big leg up on the competition in the growing cannabis beverage market,” said Steven Rash, North American Cannabis Holdings, CEO.
Just emailed the CEO of Citi Blends asking where the Dallas location was that USMJ acquired. Also sent the same request to Mike Murphree.
Interesting if I get a reply AND what the reply is.
Uh oh, this doesn't sound good. Sounds like we were lied to?
I've said this before but I have no idea how to prove it. I'm pretty sure he has set up his various ventures where the revenue goes somewhere other than the company (IMTV/PNCH/ICPA) he is selling stock in. He promotes and PRs stuff but somehow any revenue goes elsewhere.
How he pulls this off is beyond me.
And another thing, if the guys running this company want to be taken seriously; that they really are trying to build something and not scamming investors; then give the investors some information of substance. Give us information we can verify.
Right now I think this whole thing is a scam. And I don't want to hear about disrespect to veterans, I greatly respect their service; this is business. I'm tired of hearing all the great stuff thats happening.
Sorry for the rant.
More questions:
When will the "flagship cafe open? Is it open? What are the current sales figures?
How severe has dilution been? What is an accurate share count?
When is the MJ harvest in the Vermont fields? Who are the buyers for the crop?
Why should I have confidence that my PURA shares will be worth anything?
I'm just about 100% certain there will be no completely accurate factual answers to those questions.
I'm expecting opinions, hopefulness, this is what they said, this is what the PRs said... Nothing that can be backed up with cold hard facts.
This guys been a snake for years. I hope they are on his trail again.
This is looking more and more like the PRs are a "good story". I'm having a hard time believing any of it will actually happen.
This distribution sounds shaky. My guess is whatever SP it is valued at will nosedive quickly.
I hope I'm wrong.
Remember Jethro Bodine's math? Naught times 2 equals naught.
So far me too.
Don't know who you are referring to. I've owned over 1m of this for about 6 months. I'm tired of all the cheerleading and PRs that have the share price heading down fast.
Seems like very few around here care about facts. Lots of wishful thinking. And NO I don't get paid for saying that.
Thats great, he sounds like someone we want running the company. However, look at the share price.
Doing just fine!!!!! LOL. Are you watching the share price?
I agree that sounds great. Where does USMJ come into play?
So how can we prove USMJ is growing mj and someone is buying it?
Some posters don't want to hear these things. I agree there are some red flags here. This acquisition sounds shaky to me. The president of Citi Blends did respond about their Pittsburgh location, it was inside a big fitness center. There are 8 others that are supposed to be in the Dallas area. I wasn't able to find info on exactly which one USMJ bought. The first one that comes up looks to be in an industrial area, warehouses etc. (Google earth)
Maybe the name changes and reverse splits were false starts and they finally have it right and are building a profitable company. Maybe the share count hasn't exploded. Until I see revenues on a Q from product sales, cafe sales, and sales from farming I don't 100% believe any of it.
These Citi Blends are all over the country. Has anyone gone into one and actually bought something?
Has anyone actually been in the flagship store in Dallas? Is it currently a working store?
Has anyone seen with their own eyes the USMJ fields in Vermont growing mj?
Has a company actually bought mj from USMJ grown on these farms?
Lets talk about this stuff instead of MM manipulation, shorters; and all the other penny stock crap.
I'll continue researching Citi Blends...
Anybody live in Dallas?
Anybody live in Vermont?
A search of the Citi Blends website shows 8 locations in the Dallas area. Does anyone know which one USMJ bought? Is the one they bought considered the flagship store?
I wonder when they take over?
I emailed the president of Citi Blends last week when I saw they had Pittsburgh (Pitsburg) misspelled. That's pretty much a rookie mistake. Would have taken about 30 seconds to search the correct spelling.
She thanked me for pointing it out; but as of today it hasn't been changed. That location is inside a fitness center.
There some red flags that need answered about this whole thing.
I wondered if you were still around. You yelled at me a long time ago when I questioned USOG. You were the biggest supporter.
Show me revenue on the Qs from all these PRs and investors will show up in big numbers and no amount of manipulation and shorting will hold it down.
If what they say is happening is actually happening this will be way in the $s.
It seems the investment community doesn't believe the PRs that have come out the past few months.
Just heard back from the president of City Blends. I asked about their Pittsburgh location. (they spelled Pittsburgh wrong on their website) Its in a big fitness center in a a prominent area about 5 miles from downtown. I wonder how many others are located inside businesses or are free standing?
It will be interesting if/when USMJ products will be sold in all City Blends stores.
He needs to find a writer, very poorly written for the public. At best that should have been an internal document.
The two problems I see are dilution and nobody seems to believe what the company says in the PRs that have been released.
The CEO needs to release a current accurate share count.
He needs to talk about how the mj fields are doing in Vermont.
He needs to give more details about the acquisition.
He needs to release sales figures for the products he is selling.
And, don't hide behind Safe Harbor statements. Just tell investors what is actually happening. Be up-front and honest.
I have no hope that this will happen though. This is a sub penny stock on a downhill slide.
No I don't know. But I know enough that this makes me nervous; Savannah East Africa and convertible notes.
Hope I'm wrong.
Pages 10-14 are a concern. Could someone with more knowledge than me comment on what those pages say?
Page 15 is a step in the right direction.
I hope USMJ is far away from that company and anybody associated with it.
